My husband and I have been T-mobile customers for I think 6 years now. This Hanover location was great. Brent and the store manager took great care of us doing our Jump On Demand -old phone turn in. We have done 8 “jumps” this was the first time it went smoothly. I love the jump on demand program, the issue we run into is, we get the higher memory phone models and they are never in stock locally, we end up ordering them through customer service. Our customer service people are located in Maine and they Rock! Anyway, when our phones come… we are instructed to bring them to the closest local store to us to turn them in. Every time/except for this last time we have had problems because the system will not let the people at the store click on the phone to turn it in. It’s grayed out but they can’t select it. So we get turned away and end up mailing the phones back after hours wasted on the phone and in person in stores.Sooooo…If you’re looking to get a phone or do a jump or need help with anything… this is the place to go!Excellent experience I cannot recommend this location and these two guys enough.

I walked in with an issue accessing my phone. They didnt care at all, made absolutely 0 effort to fix it then told me its impossible to fix in the state that it was in. Meanwhile I go home and fix it myself in 20 minutes, instead of telling me that it cant be fixed you should probably try coming up with a solution for my problem, at least pretend you care about my issue instead of making my day more stressful. If I had gotten the employees name this wouldve been a complaint, not just a review..

Was at the Hanover Store on Labor Day to do a factory replacement - (OnePlus 8)Both guys did a great job. First finding the phone and then getting everything perfect.These guys definitely went the extra mile and represented the company in the best way possible.

Giovanni, was super knowledgeable & nice. His guidance & assistance is the reason why my family decided to switch to T-Mobile after being life long Verizon customers. I found him to be a top notch sales professional, who kindly & calmly offered solutions to all our questions & concerns....I highly recommend Giovanni and this store in general as his manger Gardy was also very helpful. Yesterday I brought my mom in and purchased her a new phone and Gardy was super helpful with the process. He was patient, knowledgable and we left feeling we had exceptional customer service. Gardy had another customer he was also helping at the same time and he made sure each party was given his attention.

I recent bought a used Apple watch on Ebay. When I went to set it up, it wouldnt work. I called T-Mobiles tech support line (spent an hour on the phone) and they couldnt get it working either. As a last effort I went to the T-Mobile store in Hanover, MA. The Cellular Expert I got was Otis. Otis spent a half hour working with the watch and my phone, figured out solution and got the watch working when I though it was hopeless. Thanks Otis for going the extra mile for a customer!

I switched from Verizon to T-Mobile about 2 months ago, although its different and were still getting acquainted with their ways, I have to say that store manager Gardy and his entire team in Hanover have been above and beyond helpful and patient with this transition. I had an issue with my phone and its been completely resolved and Im fortunate to have taken the leap over to T-Mobile. People really DO make the difference!!!

Excellent experience with Gardy and team in this Hanover T-Mobile store. My family and I have been loyal Verizon customers for over 17 years but recently we started to experience unexpected billing issue, dishonest phone upgrade offers and bad customer support/service. Walked in to this store just as curiosity check to see what T-Mobile has to offer, and soon after talking with Gardy ( retail store manager) and observing the way the team dealt with the customers as well as their upfront service plan offers and clear explanation, my wife and I came out with our mind made up to leave verizon and join T-m. Very satisified with this experience and the decidion we made. Thanks to Gardy and team!

Wife and I walked in around 6:30-45 2-26-19 to a nice welcome and Paul was super nice in helping us get new phones cause my older phone fell out of my jacket and into some water got a great deal on the phones he and his coworker was very tired but did a super great job making it well worth coming in then today 2-27-19 around 10 am i came in my self and Paul set up my phone today cause i did not have my older phone yesterday thank you so much to both of the Guys that work in the Hanover store

I am posting this review for informational purposes. Please be aware that T-Mobile doesnt actually directly pay your early termination fees. We were led to believe in the store that they pay Verizon directly. This is not the case. You have to go to a website and set up a reimbursement account and attach your old phone bill. We were NEVER ADVISED of this. Further, it takes up to 8 weeks to get reimbursement in the form of a MasterCard. I only found this out after 3 weeks into our services with T-Mobile after calling them to find out why they havent paid Verizon yet. Good thing I called because I also had an overdue balance of 6 days that I never knew about because I NEVER RECEIVED a bill from them. I asked why and was told I had signed up for paperless billing. Yet...they didnt have my email address. :( Not off to a good start at all T-Mobile. Dislike.

I have never had a better experience at a Mobil store in my life . NICK WAS GREAT!! Nick was so informative and right to the point. He didnt rush us at all. I had 10+ years with Verizon and 4 years (so far) with Sprint. I went in to ask questions about changing 2 (out of 6) of my Sprint lines to T-Mobil. It was 7:30 and they closed at 8pm so I knew I wouldnt have time to switch them over but I just wanted to see what they had for offers and plans and how hard it would be to change only 2 lines from my Sprint account. Nick and Paul were so helpful and kind . Well lets just say I walked out of there at 8:30 with 2 new activated phones from T-Mobile. We would have been done sooner if I could have remembered my password for my sprint account. I still cant believe I switched over 2 phones in less than a hour. Thanks T-Mobile for making it simple.

I stopped going to Hanover Tmobile. Employees are rude. They all talk to either each other or the same customer while you stand in line. Because I can’t stand for long periods of time, I asked for a chair,and was told they had none. Went and sat in my car and watched a person with a cane go and and all of a sudden, they had a chair. That store is also the store that sold me a zmax pro and said it was a great phone. Worst phone ever! Now I go to Raynham or Plymouth. The customer service is great at both stores.

Micheala from T-mobile is unbelievably rude and salty. I think She needs to learn how to sell better. Terrible customer service she constantly puts down every other cell carrier and rolls her eyes when you ask questions.

Awesome and knowledgeable staff that makes your switch to TMO painless and seamless. Make sure you get a new router with your service. Odds are that the Asus AC router they will give you to expand your wifi calling is 10x better than what you have now and its free!

Nothing good to say about this painfully slow store. 3 people working all talking to one customer for about 20 minutes now, theres 5 people in line all extremely pissed off about waiting for incomptent employees.Update- its been almost an hour now, store is closed and Line still hasnt moved. Id rather be at the DMV
