Zach was absolutely wonderful with figuring out the issue with my iPhone X. I had planned on updating the device with a Samsung but after finding out that android wasn’t too my liking wanted to switch back. Zach was direct, focused and patently got my information switched back over to my X after numerous hours of frustration with countless corporate agents. It is because of him that I am staying with sprint and will be returning in particular to this location (even though it is over a hour away) in the further. :)

Brandy was amazing and always is. She helped with a problem that took up a great deal of time and was pleasant and driven to help me. The young man working with her did a great job supporting her while I monopolized her time. Brandy really understands customer service. Thank you so much.

I wanted to say THANK YOU to Brandy and Gabby.These two ladies put up with me and my family for several hrs.We where on the line with sprint customer care for 3hrs .Brandy and Gabby get all the credit to everything.The customer care team had the girls going in circles until Brandy figured it all out.Gabby was very patient and helpful aswell.Everytime I have an issueBrandy always finds away to fix it and seems like she has trained Gabby to do the sameSomeone give these girls a raise.☺️

GO here First! My daughter’s phone wouldn’t turn on, after a drop to the floor. We tried another Sprint store & the guy there didn’t even TRY to turn it on! Told us to file a claim with the insurance company. Left there, went to Brandy’s store & was SO happy that we did! She got the phone to turn on. Did some research and we were able to get the iPhone 12 for less money per month than the old phone. She signed me up for Autopay and saved me more money! Great customer service! THIS is how you take care of your customers!

This is by far the best Sprint store Ive ever been to. The staff goes way above and beyond and does what they can to help you out. They offer great service and do what they can for customer satisfaction guarantee. Im very pleased with the Sprint location and how they help customers. Would definitely recommend this place to friends and family.

I would not recommend this particular Sprint store at all. The willingness to help for some employees is subpar. On top of that, they want to charge you more for a phone down payment than they previously quoted and then act like you don’t know what you taking about. You are way better off going to the Sprint store in the mall.

This Sprint store is hands down the BEST both times I have been there everyone was so Friendly and Helpful.. I dealt with Brittany today and she was awesome, also there was a guy in training didnt catch his name, He showed my 2 kids the tablets and was great with them !

Hit or miss. Depends on who you get. Id say usually Ive been lucky enough to get someone informative and helpful. It gets very crowded sometimes and the wait can be long. I wish they would get a local repair store.

Great experience getting a phone replacement at this store. I stopped in without an appointment to see if it was a software issue causing problems on my phone or something more complex. Paul took the time to go over the settings, reload the phone and try many options to see if it could be fixed. He backed up the phone and ordered the replacement since the phone could not be repaired. When the phone came in, he carefully transferred everything and verified with me that everything was there before wiping the old phone. Paul has a very pleasant, helpful attitude. Great customer service. Excellent job, Paul! Thank You!!

The salesperson here ran off the sale of 2 iPhones. He made it crystal clear he was ready to go home and even though they were still open, he wasn’t willing to go the extra inch. This is the second store in a week that has weak self centered employees and management. Get it together Sprint.

So helpful in helping decide on the right phone and plan. Witnessed several customers that came in and needed help they are eager to help.

Went last night and the guy that helped us had long hair in a pony tail that looked like it hasnt been washed or combed in days. Didnt seem to care about us personally but more about commission and making us spend more money. Lied to us multiple times about how much we needed to spend when we didnt and only focused on us buying things then my other actual questions about the plan that I asked more than once that he still never looked into for me. Definitely wont be going back. Doesnt even deserve one star

Brittany was very personable and helpful. She worked to help get the upgrades for my kids that best suited them and helped me to save money in the process.

It was a great visit, because I was finally able to find a representative that could figure out what was wrong with my phone, and why it hadnt worked correctly since my MIL changed the phone number. Unfortunately the only fix was to upgrade to another phone, but it was a relief to have an answer and leave with a working phone after 10 months of working with the call in center and tech support for sprint with no answers, and no working phone.

Worst customer service ever. Some blonde guy sent my wife down the road 25 minutes for a SIM phone chip, but due to lack of communication, SHE WENT THERE FOR NOTHING. If they made one call or email, this could have been avoided. Thank god customer service sent it for free, and gave us over night shipping. Sprint is great, dont get me wrong, but damn is this store a pain in the rear.

Brandy deserves a raise. Often working by herself, managing customers expectations and multitasking to try and get customers taken care of simultaneously.

This particular sprint store has excellent customer service ...highly recommend them!

Terrible experience I chose sprint after being on my parents plan for some time. When I finally went to get my own plan the lady that set me up said that my bill would be below $100 a month and I asked her multiple times every bill since has been $120. To top it all off I ask about the replacement plan she said no charge just pay the $7 a month called to get my speaker fixed ( broke 2 weeks after I got it) and it would be $50. Terrible

If you own a Sprint phone its a close place to go if you have any questions

Do not get Sprint. You get no signal anywhere on the outskirts of Littlestown or on your way to Taneytown from Littlestown bon 194. I had then for 2 years and lousy signal. You get no signal West on I 68 all the way to Pittsburgh and no signal from West Virginia to The Cactoctin mountains. They say they give you unlimited talk/text,/data for a cheap price... Yeah they can offer you that because you rarely get a signal. And the staff at that store are not very friendly or helpful.I live in Hanover and right outside my house no signal. No signal up in State college PA. EitherLook at their map, zoom in and see their lousy coverage area.

Customer Service is horrible. The manager is rude and obnoxious and will not give you the time of day. Will not get any more of my business. Also, filed a formal complaint with Sprint! Plus they dont open at 9 am, they are too lazy to change on web to when they actually open!

Stay away from this store. 1st bill had almost doubled from what I signed up for. They add all kinds of sure charges and when I asked about it, they called a number and put me on the phone with customer service. This place was literally a waist of time and total rip off!!

A plus to have in Hanover PA for Sprint customers with service needs, phones & other product needs.

When a phone store doesnt have a floor person walking around greeting customers with an iPad or some type of knowledge of any plans or products and you have to wait 1 hour to get an 3 sentence answer, then you know something is wrong with your store.

The only place Sprint has coverage in Hanover is near the library if you don’t live near the library don’t switch to sprint because their coverage will suck Sprint in the borough of Hanover Pennsylvania is terrible don’t switch to them

Dont use Sprint!

Coverage sucks, and they are very expensive, but customer service is good.
