Amy went above and beyond to help me and too switch my number over from straight talk to cricket. I worked for Sprint for 5 years and she did everything we were taught in customer care training. She was great.

We were not very happy with our other cell phone provider and decided to go into a Cricket dealer. Were so happy we did. Amy was very helpful and took time teaching us and getting us set up. Place used to have someone working there that was knowledgeable and had good customer service. Walked in today with my mask on and was told it wasn’t right and was fussed at loudly. She said I had to wear it her way because her kids had heart problems, rather than her staying home to protect them. I explained I had health conditions to and was told I should be staying at home. After that I explained the problem with my phone and was forcefully told it was because it was too old even though I had bought it at cricket less than 4 months prior and is still an apple supported phone and was told by apple it was not a problem with the phone. Very poor experience and making me consider going to a more expensive carrier to get better service from the employees.Disappointed

The woman who sold us our phones took advantage of the fact that we were occupied with our twins. We went in for just phones and she grabbed cases and charging ports etc making promises of buy one get one free and discounts etc she stated my first transaction was so high because my second was going to be extremely low etc. she straight swindled us and then told me she advised accessories were not refundable which she NEVER had or I would not have paid for them. I get it she makes commission but lying and thievery are not the way to earn it. I will drive the whole way to York if I need something just to avoid this store.

First visit to Cricket in Hanover, and it wasnt as pleasant as my experiences in Texas. I love this service provider, and Ive been very happy with the coverage and price. But both employees in this store had their masks below their noses, and one pulled hers down below her chin when she was on the phone. If was disconcerting. I knew exactly what I was buying when I walked in, so the transaction was fairly smooth once I got to the front of the line, but the associates hands were visibly dirty and obviously she touched every part of my new S10. Ill try to avoid the in-person experience until the pandemic is completely over and stick to online service.

Ive been with Cricket for about 4 years. Much happier (and far cheaper) then my previous provider. I needed to upgrade my phone so I checked and found two locations near me; Westminster and Hanover. Based on those reviews I chose Hanover. Boy am I glad I did. Amy handled everything perfectly even though shed only been there a short time. Thanks to Mia and David as well. Great people.

Mia was amazing and full of information on both phones i was considering. She was not a pressure sale, but knew everything about each phone.We came in today 11-20-2020 to actually buy a phone and Mia was on a conference call, so Amy helped us! At first i thought she wasnt very friendly, but she rocked it for us like a rockstar!!!She set up my new phone and took my old phone and tansfered it to my husband. She was funny, patient, helpful and very friendly. She apoligized for amia not helping us, but I was very happy with Amy!!!I couldnt be happier with the staff at this store and cricket as my provider. This review was added by a store employee.... Not by me.I had a horrible experience, they are very rude. The manager chased me out of the store because i was asking too many questions.... You can never leave a message when you call because they keep the mailbox full. As not to bother them. They open when they want to. If you show up at 10am dont expect it to be open. Drive to Red Lion or York they care about you. They dont care about much at this place.I had a wonderful expwrience. Amy has gone above. And beyond to help me and answer my questions. Ive been in and out of here and amy is always wprinf hard to help customers efficiently she really makes cricket a pkeasant visit where i wohld like to just bring lunch and hang out with cricket. You did a great job cricket.

I love my Cricket Wireless. Have had them for 2 years now and whatever they quote you is an accurate figure. Ive had other phone companies that tell you a price and every bill that comes in is different. Ive NEVER EXPERIENCED that problem with Cricket. I highly recommend them; you CANT GO WRONG.

I bought a phone on the recommendation of the owner. I had a small crack in my old phones screen and instead of suggesting I just by a glass protector, she suggested buying a brand new phone with a protector. $175, a nicer phone yes, but I couldnt get the voicemail to work. I own a business and I rely on people leaving messages. She also tells me she cant transfer all my texts to the new phone! She did on my older phone to the cracked screen phone.The first phone she brought out wouldnt charge even after a half hour on the charger. She gets another phone and this one no voicemail. I left for Wisconsin the next day, no voicemail, the Cricket service guy on the phone couldnt fix it, no one can fix it. I dont get back to Hanover for 8 days. I tried to get it fixed in Wisconsin, they cant and say I have to go to where I bought it. I get there nine days later and another girl in that store tells me, I cant return it after 7 days. So Im stuck with a $175 phone that I cant use. I like theyre pricing on the service and I like the cell coverage, but dang I cant believe they wouldnt give me a comparable phone so I had something that actually works!

Full of liars, literally any cell provider is better than this den of liars and theives, lots of bait and switch, the sales people use fast confusing talking to trick you into a lease for a phone than takes the price to over 1,700$$ for a 800$ phone

I have been with Cricket for almost 2 yrs and I love this location. The young woman named Mia is always so helpful and sweet and she now has a young man I believe his name was David who is just as nice. I think she is the store manager and she has done awesome with my self and my family and teaching her team the same traits she has, I will be returning !!! I love this location

Went into the store and saled person was with another customer did not even acknowledge I was there as I stood around for 20 minutes. Trying to do a warranty exchange and he was not even sure how to do it and didnt even want to try to help me.

I went in to buy a BYOD sim kit from this store, I was told they do have them but he wont sell it to me unless I let him activate it. I assume they dont get credit for the activation if i dont let them do it, either way they lost a sale!(I know you can buy the sim kit WITHOUT activating it because I have gone to a cricket store in the past and bought one no problem)

Service was awesome, David got us in out snd set up in no time even told us how to earn some of the money we spent in the store back by setting up this cool app I think he said I can earn $250 a yr by refering 10 people thats awesome.
