Everyone was very courteous and helpful.

Went here to get my grey hair touched up but she decided to color my whole head. They did not have enough product for my hair so she made a concoction, my hair turned black except for the roots. When I called the next day the manager got me an appointment to get it fixed, I had to drive to Hanover but it was well worth it. It came out better than I expected.

Good store with multiple shopping options. People are kind & polite. Only thing I warn is anyone with scent allergies the prime is middle of store so stay to outside walls. Miss when was in front right hand section, was much easier to move quickly through front area & got on with my shopping

I got a hair cut at the ultra salon with katelynn she made me super comfortable while I was doing a drastic change. Kept a positive upbeat attitude the whole time while taking to me my whole appointment. She did an amazing job and I’m very happy with the result I’m definitely making her my only hair stylist I go to!

Nice beauty salon that offers lots of different services from nail care, facial, and massage.

Erica is professionally and medically trained and does excellent facials. Their brow bar maps eyebrows and does the best shaping. Erica is excellent at makeup for special events. I like their help with selecting the best makeup to buy for yoir skin type and color.

All the staff are very welcoming and ask if you need any help with anything at all.

Katelynn is a miracle worker! I had just gotten my hair done about a month ago at a different salon and the hair dresser legit turned my hair yellow and barely cut it. Katelynn sat down with me and asked me exactly what I wanted done. She definitely knew what she was doing and was able to color correct my hair and give me a very flattering cut. My hair looked and felt way better. She is also super super sweet and talkative. Highly recommend her!

I had a gift card to use. Some of the pricing is high but if you look for sales you can usually get some good deals. The ladies that work there are very friendly and helpful.

Katelynn is an absolute miracle worker! I called today to set up an appointment to chop my hair. She scheduled me a few hours later. My hair was so dead and honestly embarrassing and I was prepared to lose a lot of length. I was prepared to cry at how short my hair would be. She kept my hair longer then I expected and did such a fabulous job. It doesn’t even look like my hair anymore! On top of her amazing hair cutting skills, she’s also very bubbly and personable! I felt like we were old friends! Will definitely continue to go see her and recommend anyone looking for a new salon to go pay Katelynn a visit!

Very friendly staff that went beyond my expectations. They helped me find a new line of makeup that works well for me. I also learned some new techniques for applying makeup. Overall it was a very pleasant experience and I never felt rushed or pushed into buying anything.

I can always find the beauty product, cosmetics or styling equipment at Ulta. The prices are reasonable and the store associates know what products will work well based on your complexion or hair type.

So I got my eyebrows waxed today by this girl named Alyssa and she messed up my eyebrows so bad. They are to far apart two different shapes and one is higher than the other. I DO NOT recommend getting your eyebrows done here.

What isnt to love about Ulta? Besides buying too many products from browsing and staff recommendations (with tutorials), I love their services. Brow bar cant be beat with how awesome theyve made by brows look and Katelynn is an amazing stylist. I went in for a quick blowout for a wedding and ended up having her also do my makeup, which looked gorgeous! She was VERY honest with some bad coloring that had been done to my hair (which I didnt realize) and told me what her plan of attack would be to correct it and Ive been going back ever since. Ive always wanted someone to give me their take on what to do with my hair (cut and color) because I have no clue how all the processing/laying goes and I finally found that person. Would totally recommend!

This place is a bit pricey on every item. I do like that when you buy some merchandice like perfumes they have little gifts that you get for free just for buying those perfumes once I got a Terry cloth poka dotted robe and one time I got a pink handbag from the nicki Minaj collection that was awesome. I did not know that you guys also cut hair and you make overs in the back that was a surprise to me and was very cool. If I cant find items elsewhere for cheaper then Arthur is my next stop always they always have what Im looking for.

I could not be more pleased with my experience at Ulta, thank you Katelynn! Not only did my difficult hair turn out beyond amazing but, I felt so comfortable there. Katelynn actually asked and listened to what I said. From ‘what’s your day to day hair routine’ to small tips about being able to jazz it up easily. I am a busy Momma of 3 kids 8 and under who works and it is not hard to forget about taking care of yourself. Katelynn has conquered my thick unruly hair with an amazing cut full of layers and added blonde with no yellow tones. Very manageable now. Just amazing! I will not go to anyone else ever again!

DO NOT GET YOUR HAIR DONE HERE!! I had received highlights for my birthday almost a year ago. I never have had highlights destroy my hair like this did! It has been almost a year now an my hair is STILL breaking horrifically.....even after i quit using any type of heat appliance to it AND babied it with paraben/ sulfate/sillicone free expensive conitioners and so on.I believe the girl who was doing it left it in too long and even after a birthday discount I still paid 152.00! This place has terrible quality at best for the money you spend on their services. This is the second time I was burned by Ulta. No more chances.

This place is amazing! I have been getting my hair done here for three years.

I brought my mother to this store. The employees were so incredibly rude to her that we dropped our things and left.Megan, in particular, was beyond disrespectful. Directing a costumer to check out doesnt require a nasty attitude.I will NEVER go back to this store.I would advice any potential shoppers to skip this place unless you like being treated like crap.

Went to Hanover location today looking for a few things. Found everything just fine. My fiance and three year old son, were followed around and hawked down THE ENTIRE TIME by some very rude girl employee. This made the shopping experience VERY uncomfortable... So much that we decided to leave and go elsewhere. Seriously unacceptable for her to be giving POTENTIAL customers creepy looks while very obviously stalking them around the store.. Ew. It was like she was trying to chase us out. Well it worked... Ill stick to the York location or Sephora. Never had a creepy experience like that anywhere before. Didnt get her name.. But has dyed black hair... Extremely Thick uneven winged liner as well as brows.. And was pretty tall. Never again!

The worst establishment and customer service ive ever had. A woman who works in the salon claimed she knew how to sculpt eyebrows ruined the hair on my skin and took off half my brow hair. The manager was a small blonde petite woman who was very rude when I explained to her what happened.Dont go to this Ulta for any skin or hair service . Most of the women are novice licensed, careless and rude if you have a problem or question. This manager is childish and doesnt run her store well. Im reporting them to district management.

I got a hair cut here. The girl had no idea what she was doing. She did an awful job. I would never recommend getting your hair done there. Also, this sylist charged more than the other sylists there. If she is quality service there, the i would hate to see what any of the sylists under her are like.
