Only complaint is the bathrooms. No hooks for purses, floors filthy, plunger and cleaning brush out in handicap stall...like they expect the public to clean and unclog toilets. Countertop needs good wash down with bleach...whole room does.Other than that...nice store

Love the outdoor furniture and accessories, but I learned that Big Lots will not return items without a receipt....period. They cant look up receipts using your credit card either. They need to get with the times!

I enjoyed shopping at Big Lots today. The employees were very friendly & helpful in finding what I was looking for. The prices are great. I found a very nice gift for a special dog in my family for Christmas. I was well pleased with that & a few other items that are difficult to find elsewhere.

Today my husband and I had the pleasure of meeting Melissa, who is by far one of the most kind, understanding and professional individuals youll encounter!!! Were purchasing a new home next week. At the moment Big Lots has a great promotion - spend $1000 get $200 off. However, the timeline was not accommodating with all moving parts.I was afraid, I would miss the sale price because of scheduling. However, Melissa was assisting another customer and informed she would be right back. Not a second later, with the hand truck in tow, she stopped and said, How can I help? I explained my situation above and told her that I could pay for the furniture today, however I would not be able to pick-up until 8 days out. Without hesitation she replied, We can hold your pieces until 10/10. I was floored, happy and relieved! Sometimes a person doesnt know how much that one bit of kindness has helped a person in an enormous way. Melissa willingness to help and talk me through the process was amazing. A LOT OF DIFFERENT ITEMS YOU CANT FIND AT WAL-MART

My bf and I went here for the first time and I liked how cheap everything was and we basically looked around and got some stuff. We had a nice time however when we went to go checkout I think the woman I think her name was Bon bon she gave a look because my boyfriend put a dime in and took a penny out. Boy if looks could kill. Other than that and the gum in the Christmas tree it was an alright place

This store is in another town a hour drive from my home. It was set up different from the store I usually shop in. They must be restocking via the change of season as there was some many isles of empty shelves. Reminded me of a store going out of business . I purchased some cleaning supplies. Friendly checkout personal. Probably a great place to shop

Again, this location doesn’t disappear!!! The staff is fabulous, kind & overall amazing. I’ve been in several times to purchase items for our new home. I bought outside patio cushions there 3 years ago that were $20.00 a piece. These cushions are thicker and more pleasing to the eye than any other cushions around. Still using them and they have not torn. They are faded of course but that is to be expected. This store has a little bit of everything and pretty good prices which is great! Great store if looking for nothing in particular.

Employees Taylor and Jayson were both extremely helpful to us yesterday. We came to purchase a TV stand and weren’t sure if we could fit the box in our vehicle. Taylor was so friendly and willing to assist us and wasn’t impatient at all even though my husband and I were taking turns going into the store to get information about the size of the box. (We had sleeping little ones in the car and one had to stay at the vehicle with them.) Thank you for the impeccable customer service!

The middle aged black haired lady cashier was so rude that I ended up just walking out of the store without completing my purchase. I understand times are stressful but taking it out on customers is not the way to go.

The selection was quite nice. Lots of stuff to pick from. Prices seemed quite reasonable as well honestly. The employee in furniture was very helpful. Very willing to answer questions but not pushy at all! It was a pleasant surprise honestly.. A non-pushy but helpful salesperson! Looking forward to returning when we have more time to shop!

Big Lots just keeps getting better and better. I really enjoy seeing something new each time I visit. I especially love being able to get great buys on organic + non-gmo groceries. Also the people who work there seem to enjoy there employment which says alot. Keep on keeping on 👍

Trucker perspective: The 1 star is specifically for the receiving department docking area. Truckers with 53ft trailers and sleeper cabs beware when delivering to this location if you are not familiar with the docking area. Blind side jack knife 90 required to get in this dock and there is not alot of space between the hill like curb and dock to maneuver your truck and trailer without risking getting stuck or tearing up your front end. Very unpleasant experience....

Gone down hill in the last 5 months. Prices went up a bit, which is okay....but the store is badly organized, so that it is difficult to find things that were easily located before. Used to shop there regularly (at least once a month) to stock up on things...been there twice since the change - first time, I couldnt find the items I needed - dog food and cat food, so I went to Walmart. Second time, I got Nonnis and left...went looking for the cream my mom loves, but left without it as I could not located it. Hate to go to Walmart for everything I bought at Big Lots, but there is no other option....other than the Dollar Tree which rocks!
