Wonderful design options but found them to be a bit out of my budget perimeters.

Their signage was excellent giving all the details you needed to know about all the items offered.They were available for any questions and when I made my choice, they were very helpful.Will return there.

I had never been to Boston Interiors until my sister was shopping for a couch. We had such a great experience with Julie in the Hanover store that I went back for a rug that I had seen. Again, great service!! Would definitely recommend that location to others!

Ordering online was great, delivery service was efficient and courteous - would absolutely order again! Corresponding with customer service was the only issue - they did not always have accurate information, and did not always respond back in a timely fashion - did not end up ordering through them. Overall, very pleased with my purchase.

Saw a sofa I loved in an advertisement and went to the Hanover MA store to see it in person, sit on it, etc. Sarah Miers showed me the sofa and similar ones as well. She was so knowledgeable and informative. Answered all my questions. A couple of days later I called with a few more questions and ended up ordering the sofa and taking advantage of a sale and free delivery. As it turned out delivery was available that Saturday. Delivery called me the day before saying it could be 7-10am, perfect for me. They showed up right at 7, which was great, and there were two gentlemen that brought it into my living room and placed it exactly where I wanted it. Delivery was flawless. I love the sofa, it looks great!.A few years ago I bought a chair from the same store with the same experience. I would buy from them again and highly recommend them to others.

Our experience was great! Sarah Miers at the Hanover MA store wasvery knowledgeable about what was available in the store based on our needs and went beyond to find comparable items online that could be ordered. We left the store with a full print out of the items we would possibly go ahead and order with pricing so that a future ordering process would be speedy. Overall very impressed with our shopping experience.

Diana was FABULOUS..attentive, accommodating even after closing. We had a house fire in 2010 and replaced ALL our furniture at Boston Interiors with Judith Struble who we miss VERY much but grateful for Diana who helped us with all the variables on choosing couches and beds and we ended up very satisfied with all our choices.

We have bought accent chairs before from Boston Interiors & we’re very satisfied. I was looking for a comfortable and smallish recliner and saw a few on the Boston Interiors website. I called the Hanover store & spoke to Joe Hickey. I wanted to be able to sit in the recliner - I never buy furniture on line. Joe was very helpful. Hanover had 2 of the 3 models I had identified. He was available at the store when I arrived & showed me the 2 models, explaining the details of each. The Keys Recliner was comfortable & the stock upholstery color is perfect for my room. Joe handled the sale efficiently & was able to schedule delivery two days later. Another great experience with Boston Interiors.

She did not rush us at all and even sent us personalized schematics with different options. They have beautiful furniture in store in Hanover - I could have went with at least 3 different models. Highly recommend Boston Interiors Hanover! We worked closely with Diana C. and found beautiful pieces that will work in our space. The use of the room planner confirmed that the pieces would fit, and Diana even moved items around in-store so that we could visualize the pieces together! The way in which most pieces of furniture can be customized makes it impossible to leave without finding something you’ll love! Excellent design services, quality pieces with endless options, etc...and purchasing during Bonus Days was the icing on the cake!

Loved my experience working with Boston Interiors to find the perfect sofas for our summer home. They were delivered today and couldnt be more perfect!!!

Just left this store after patiently waiting for an hour for assistance. When we arrived, the sales associate, Diane was already assisting a customer. We happily said no problem and that we knew what we want as we’ve already been in and we’re reay to purchase 2 sofas and 2 chairs and possibly some tables. We were happy to wait our turn. We walked the store with our 7mo old while she finished with her current customer. 25-30 minutes later it was our turn. We asked one question about fabric. She took us over to the fabric and left us to help another customer. Another 25 min gone by that we waited for her to finish with the other customer that came in after us while we entertained our 7mo old. Finally our turn again and she started to come back to us and instead, decided to help ANOTHER customer that came in after us. I was/am so angry that we left the store because we couldn’t wait any longer as our 7mo old had enough. We waited patiently for our turn only to get skipped twice. A complete hour wasted and unfortunately for Boston Interiors they just missed out on a decent sale of 4+ pieces of furniture.

I was very pleased with the help of the staff. The selections were great. We were a little anxious about some of the selections we made and they were very patient with us and offered very good guidance throughout the buying process.

We had the best experience yesterday at the BI tent sale! The sales associate LIsa was awesome - she made me feel confident about my purchase and made me really excited for my sectional to be delivered. Looking forward to adding more pieces from Boston Interiors to our new home!

I had a horrible experience here. I went there to look for a dining table set and firstly no one came to help me. I guess I don’t look like a customer that would buy furniture there according to my appearance. I was judged severely by how I was dressed. I was in the store for 20min and during this time I was ignored the whole time, and in the last few minutes I walked by one of the employees there and she made a face at the other employee when I passed by like I wouldn’t see, but I did. I called her out on it, then I quickly left the store after. I don’t like making a seen but it was really upsetting. If you want to go to a Boston Interiors, go to the one at Dedham and or Stoughton they are nicer and don’t judge you by what you are wearing or your skin color. (I’m Latina) The women were both older women and the one who mistreated me more was a white woman with blonde hair.

We are so disappointed. We have purschased much of the furniture in our home here in the past, and had a credit on file. We went in today to purchase an accent chair, and were told our credit had lapsed. We were not notified of the impending lapse - we certainly would have used the credit if we knew it was short lived. Do not buy into the sales gimmicks to be disappointed later, as we did.
