I needed to replace the torsion springs and balance the door. It had not been two hours since I placed the online request with Alliance when I had it done by two amazing professional mechanics. The price was fair, minding the promptness of their response to my call. I was told the price for the work upfront, and there were no inflating tricks in the final bill. Had a great experience with Alliance! Our garage door spring broke late at night, so it was too late to call. Filled out the online contact form and received a phone call and email from Rachel immediately the next morning, including the price quote and time slot available for repair that same day. They are unscrupulous with their business practices. They charged me $150 to come out to do the consultation. The garage door did not close after they did the work. They charged me another $50 to come back out. Use any other company. I will NEVER use this company again.

Excellent showroom, customer service, and quick installation of three quality priced 2 steel garage doors with insulated glass. No more snow or wind blowing in these new doors and this company also prompltly followed up/resolved one small issue after-the-sale without hesitation. Highly recommend both their sales and service.

Not a very good experience. When i received the estimate for my garage door to be fixed i explained how my sensors were not working for years and i needed them fixed. It was explained to me that it would all be taken care of in the estimate i received. They arrived when i was at work which is fine got the call everything was complete and was charged the price we agreed on. When i got home my garage door still wouldnt close without me holding in the button to close it on my wall how it has been for years and was suppose to be fixed. When i called they told me to unplug it then plug it back in that still did not work. They said they would be back out which they were few days later and called to say id be charged an additional 60 dollar service fee plus 45 dollars for the parts. After arguing about it they decided to drop the service fee but still charge 45 dollars. After paying originally 465 dollars which was fine for them to fix it which they promised it would be in working order after that. But to come home and it not be fixed then them to charge me again to come out to finish what they were originally suppose to doesnt sit well with me. I always try to use local businesses when i need work done and for them to treat a customer like that is just taking advantage of residents who expect better froma local buisness.

If I could give 10 stars, I would. They are the most professional, courteous and responsive company I have dealt with in a long time. While completing the job they are completely honest and will save you as much money as possible.

The service was great, they were here when they said and did a great job and cleaned everything up. I would recommend them if you need a Garage door and opener.

Excellent service and prices!

The spring on our garage door broke sometime early in the morning before we were to leave for work. We discovered the issue at 8:00 a.m. when we were leaving for work, and, essentially stuck, immediately called Alliance Garage Doors. I spoke with Rachel who was very professional and friendly. I was impressed that she knew exactly what had happened based upon the brief description of the damage that I described to her over the phone. She rerouted her crew to my emergency and provided me with an estimate for the repair. The two-man crew arrived within an hour of my call, professionally repaired my damage and made some adjustments to my door and system. The final cost was within $20 of the estimate (materials needed for the repair) and I was operational by 10:00 a.m. I was extremely pleased with every aspect of my interaction with Alliance. I hope to never need them again, but if I do, Im confident of their service.

They came out on Saturday and rescued my car from the garage. Professional and friendly. I highly recommend them.
