What a waste no customer service. They installed my door about 12 years ago. My door broke and I called to get service.BTW I know I would have to pay for the service. Left a message and called twice the next week both times I was assured by the receptionist that I would get a call back to set up an appointment. Its been almost two weeks still no call back. Get your garage door work from a different company.

I had a new garage door opener replaced a little while ago . Great service, they arrived promptly, and did the installation quickly and efficiently . It works great no issues .
