Fast and Efficient -- Called one day, got a two hour window for service visit the very next day, was automatically quoted the charge for the visit and informed that only additional charges would be for parts. Technician arrived on time, did the job efficiently, answered all questions and was very personable. Parts were priced in advance of doing the work. Charges were as quoted. Our Serviceman was very helpful, courteous and answered all my questions. Did not try to sell me something I really didn’t need. He made suggestions on how to handle problems in the future. He made adjustments, thoroughly lubricated all areas on two doors and pointed out cables on one of the doors were starting to wear. Had Garber Garage Door Repairs replaced but was under no pressure to do so.

I had the technician come out to give me an estimate for a fee as explained to me. I gladly paid the $39 estimate fee. The quote seemed high so I got another price. They were going to charge me the same price for all 3 doors, but I should’ve only paid for one service call fee. I had another company come out today at 1/3 the price. I’m going to have that company come back and replace the sills.
