I always come to store they always very helpful employees Elias and Danny. I have been coming to these store for years an no complains at all. These is my favorite store in all Harlingen.

I went to but a new phone and Elias was very knowledge and explain me the different on the phones that he had and also help me transfer everything to my new phone and gave me and my husband some tip how to use our phone.

Had a very nice experience purchasing a new phone, the salesman was very patient and knowledgeable with the phones and listened to what I needed. He explained the different phones they carry .Im very satisfied with the service I received today .

Been purchasing for years at this store, they have always been helpful but now this person Glade who works there says she will only help me for 5 minutes then I have to leave the store and call customer service for help. She pushed refresh on my inter net app several times and says your 5 minutes are up you have to leave..this is a work phone needed for our plumbing company to service the community... I will go to and shop elsewhere from now on.

Cricket stores seem to be everywhere, I have an unlocked iphone so I can use any carrier I want. I choose Cricket because it was a great deal for me. No contract, 5 gigs data and unlimited voice and text only $35 per month.

Switching from T-mobile to Cricket was the best and now Im getting $ 300 with Cricket. Elias helped me very well, he explained me very well on the phones and how much I was going to pay with them. I recommend this store 100%.

Excellent shop to buy, Elias helped me with everything in my new phone that I just bought, I had never had an iPhone and Elias helped me understand the phone and create an icloud account and other questions I had.
