No sense of urgency with these customer representatives. Asked me to wait so they can verify if product was available. Never came back. How do they not know what they have available? & where do they go to check that it takes them forever? Very unimpressed with their service. Unskilled workers & very incompetent. Dont waste your time & go to the one on Harrison!!!
It’s Sunday the store was supposed to open at 11 and it’s now 11:05 and I have other places to be at the store should open when it’s supposed to be.

Terrible. We walked in and just stood there while three employees were gathered around talking about personal stuff and ignoring us. If they were off the clock or on break, they should’ve been outside or in the back because any customer is going to think that a uniformed employee in the front of the store is available to assist.
This was my first time at this store. A young man named Daniel waited on me. He was very courteous, attentive, professional and knowledgeable of the available products and services at this location. I spent about $1,200 in less than 45 minutes. All my Christmas shopping was done in one spot. If you visit this location, be sure to ask for Daniel. You WILL enjoy the experience.
Just want to say that having to go to this place they always make me feel like family. Always appreciate the things they do and always leaving satisfied.. Keep up the great work...

The representative was very helpful and informative. Didnt bash our current carrier or none of that and just stuck to the facts and what Tmobile could do and bring to the table. Looked at every aspect of switching over from phones and numbers, and also made sure that they had coverage in the areas where we would most be using the services. Have been to other locations and they seemed rushed to get you signed up so they can move on to the next customer, but here they did not do that and Jasmine was awesome and stuck with us as we had lots of questions and there were other customers in the store and she made us feel as though we were the only ones in there.
Staff helped me with the best discounts they had available. Great experience.

This store is by far the worst in harlingen. Not only is it poorly run but it also takes a while for anyone to acknowledge you. So you walk in and are left standing there waiting for someone to approach you and take your name. I typically try to avoid this location but I live on this side of town so that’s why I stop in. When someone does help finally they aren’t as helpful as you wish they were. Corporate should really check this location and help get it in shape very disappointed! Smh!

Sucked big time. Went to make a payment in person instead of online so I could look at getting a new phone. Was able to do niether
False advertising. Pure and simple, im sure borderline fraud. I went in to get the two free lines promotion which was supposedly added by the rep. Christopher T. Only to find out that that deal had ended three days prior and he didnt tell me so now i have the two extra lines full price.
The supervisor guy is very customer friendly. He pulled some strings to get me what I wanted.

The store is great very friendly and helpful but once they sell u the product thats it. No follow through. Nothing....I was told Id receive two products for pre ordering the note 8....in store they were out of watches I was told Id get a call when they got it....my phone came in ....watch....nothing....Phone call,nothing......for the second item the charger Im supposed get it through Samsung, my receipt shoulda been emailed....No email....next I talk to Samsung and they say u only get one item and no watch....that comes from T-Mobile....now Ive been trying to call the store online it says zero minute waitAnd they close at 9 yet after repeated calls still no answer
Save time and head to a different store. Employees either dishonest or uninformed.

Horrible service can’t believe this is an official T-Mobile store compare to other T-Mobile store. No acknowledgment, employees talking among each other, still no greet to other customers walking in.
