Erica Gonzalez did a great job attending me. I went in during my lunch, and when I ran out of time she offered to finish the installation and deliver my new phone. She went out of her way to make sure my phone was covered, even after there were no phone cases available. I had the best experience!

Very very unhelpful. I had a 30 min lunch, my phone needed a new sim. This store is down the street from work. They said the couldn’t help me cause I had gotten my phone at the AT&T on 77 sunshinestrip, and had had to go there. It was a inconvenience having to drive all the way across town with a 30min lunch. They helped me on 77 but was about 20min late to work.

Stacey is by far the most incredible AT&T employee Ive ever had help me. She was knowledgeable, nice, and she knew how to make you feel comfortable in the store. It was a breath of fresh air after dealing with not the best AT&T employees over the years, but Stacey really is a rock star in this Harlingen location. 10/10, definitely would fly back to Harlingen just to have her help me again!
