Need to pay attention to the Plan you’re searching for and be SPECIFIC ABOUT THE PLAN YOU WANT!!! They ignored my request for THE PLAN I WANTED and Applied a MORE EXPENSIVE PLAN and it took me 4 days on the phone with Verizon to get it all straightened out. When I picked up my phone, there was only a receipt and phone in the bag - NO USER’S MANUAL or anything. You’ll have to ASK for it, ESPECIALLY IF YOU’RE CHANGING FROM ANDROID TO IPHONE, etc….GOOD LUCK!!!!

Went in today to take care of my cellphone issues. Ignacio, very kind and courteous, took the time to look up my account details and offer up a solution plus a couple of other alternatives. With his patient assistance, we arrived at the best way to fix everything. Ignacio explained everything in excellent detail. I admit I didnt quite grasp everything at first hearing, so I had to stop him a time or two to go over something again or to confirm if my understanding was correct. Great job, Ignacio!In the hopes that I have some pull at Verizon, I hereby nominate Ignacio for Employee of the Year! Verizon, dont let this guy go to a competitor.

You know I love my verizon phone service never fails me, but DO NOT EVER!!!! try and call customer service it is the worst things in the world you will never talk to anyone, the computer takes you in more circles than Disneyland. It is horrible!

They offer great and fast customer service. This review is specific to only this location. I go into this location only to go get customer service from only the employee Amanda. She has helped me out with any troubles I have had with my phones. I have personally gotten extra discounts that she has obtained from me from talking to her manager. The five stars is mostly for the great customer service since the coverage and service they offer is the best that can be provided and everyone already knows that Verizon has the best coverage.

Worthless they cant help you personally with a phone problem you have to call Verizon. I am still having problems nothing is fixed and the wait time with Verizon on the phone is horrible. Bad service we have other choices in company for same amount of less.

Went in to buy some Moto mods was talked into a pixel and a plan only to find out theyre 4 lite that they showed coverage for my house close to 281 at Paso Real would have a great signal. I return the phone due to for quality on the Google pixel camera and cancel my contract due to the fact I had to stand outside with my tongue in the air to get a signal.

Me and family went by and charlie Gonzales attended us. The service was great. We were there for about 2 hours but it was our fault because they have so many phones you want to choose from. The reason why its 4 stars is cause charlie forgot to tell us there is activation fees. I think its 20 dollars a phone to activate. So in just activation fees it was 100 bucks if Im not mistaking. Later I messaged him and asked if he could remove the fees due to him not telling us about them but he never responded with a yes or no. Family went to location and they did not remove fees. First bill came out to allot! Oh, also the theft alarms on the phones kept getting triggered and that was annoying. Poor workers kept having to turn them off.

This place gave the worst service I have ever had. Went in because their corporate office had told us that the store associates would help setup our plans that we purchased, and when we arrived they told us they did not do that. After explaining that we had spoken with the operator they said ok. So they told us to have a seat and they would take care of everything. After sitting for an hour we went and asked if any progress had been made with our plan and we were told they do not do that again. So we asked why did yall need our phones and they began to tell us they did not have our phones. So the guy that took our phones walked by and we said thats the guy with our phones, the manager asked him why did he have our phones and he explained that corporate had sent us and said to take care of us. So the manager said not to and to call corporate and tell them they do not have time. So the guy did and was told to take care of us because this had been going on for about 2 months. When he told the manager she said well they will have to wait until we get to it. We told her we were there before the other customers and she said we dont like doing plan imburstments as it takes a long time and is complicated. We asked isnt that part of your job and she yes but she dont like doing it. So we waited another hour and a half and called corporate again and spoke to the lady that sent us to the store. She asked to speak with the manager and we gave her the phone. After a number of OKs and I understand she gave us back the phone and the lady from corporate said it should be resolved now. When we got off the phone the manager yelled in back for someone to hurry up and take care of the trouble makers and get them out of my store. So we just told them to give us back our phones and we would go to another corporate location which is about 15 miles away. She said as we were leaving I wish yall would have done that from the start and save me a headache. So we call corporate again and spoke to lady again and she was very nice and apologized for the mishap and gave us free stuff but thats not what we wanted, we really just wanted better service.

First of all, do business at any other Verizon except for this location! This location opened an unauthorized sub account under my name and gave me the run around in fixing it! Their fraud department was not much help either, making me amend a police report 4 times before being sufficient. The RSAs at this store are rude and unwilling to help you if you are not there to activate service. Even 2 managers tried to get me to just leave the store so they wouldnt have to worry about helping me resolve the issue one of their employees caused. This place is overall terrible in customer service! Nothing but a bunch of rude individuals!! BEWARE EVERYONE, THE HEAD DETECTIVE OF HARLINGEN POLICE DEPARTMENT STATED TO ME THAT A LOT OF PEOPLE HAD COME INTO THE DEPARTMENT FILING FOR FRAUD AGAINST THIS VERIZON WIRELESS LOCATION!!! They MUST be investigated!!!

Worst place to come .... They were going to transfer a phone to another location ... But I decided to come get it myself .... So I came here and now they are giving me the run around saying they have to call a manager and they have no control on the transfer ... Instead of saying no we cant they should say lets see what we can do ... Would not recommend for anyone trying to get Verizon or a Verizon customer to make buissness here
