A word of advice. Get the App. Drive thru gets busy after 7AM. This location makes the best warmed oatmeal. Whoever handles the AM does an excellent job, of being friendly and efficient. My favorite is the Blueberry Oatmeal. Perfect consistency.

I usually skip Starbucks after dropping the kids off for school because of the long line. Today though I needed some caffeine to get me going so I decided to go by. Super long line so I was already expecting to be there for a while... I was wrong! Employees were in a good mood and service was quick! Definitely made my morning and will be going by more often!

I took 20 minutes for a simple black iced coffee. I would see people come in and out frustrated because they would make the order wrong. Is very understaffed. Order was wrong! Crazy right? Since it was just black coffee. Staff was not polite nor friendly. Never again will I stop at this Starbucks

These People are great.. we were in a jeep with no doors in drive through..employee left the window open intentionally so we can get some cold air in a hot hot day. Great gesture.

Was just passing through and went to this one, but service was good! Frappés were served fast, and cashier was nice.

I went to get a simple wrap and my favorite matcha green tea latte on 7-24-21. I absolutely love going to the Starbucks on Ed Carey….but the baristas inside attending the Mobil orders / inside the store are very rude. They don’t seem to know common customer courtesy. Not even a “thank you” just a “yeah” or even not even a simple “you’re welcome”. One of them made me feel ignorant for not knowing where my order was because they didn’t call out my name. I felt the lack of respect from them as a customer. Very unprofessional and that ruined my whole day.

Slowest baristas in the whole valley, honestly I’ve been to plenty and they are always running around doing ninja moves. Now this crew sheeshhhh les escurre, they move so slow. I mean it’s Starbucks what do they expect for us to expect. I live down the road but would much rather order from Starbucks on Morrison. Just wanted to vent and btw they are rude as hell 😭

Have always got my drinks perfectly made but today I was highly disappointed the lady at window said she would call me when drinks were ready asked for my number never called. SO after the 30 min she said they would take I went ahead and headed over to pick up and drinks were ready but looked like they had been sitting on counter all melted and they didnt even offer to replace them sad sad day I love starbucks but today they lost a customer. But will try other location next time. Total of 4 melted frappes

Great coffee and great service at this location!Workers were friendly and helpful. They served my drink and food quick and efficient. The atmosphere and the music was good.Starbucks coffee is always a good choice to star your day. If you need a good drink, this is the place....one person, one cup, and one neighborhood at a time.

Terrible super slow service! The only reason it remains in business its the location. If you want quality & timely service, do yourself a favor and drive to the one on Tyler Ave!

Love my Starbucks! For how busy their drive through is, you get through that line pretty dang quick! Staff is nice!

Fast service. Always friendly staff. Consistent coffee. Lots of room inside with a mix of comfy chairs and tables with chairs. The drive through is normally quick. I love they are open late.

Didn’t receive any help when having trouble with a mobile order. First told my order was in line then told my order didn’t exist. The app wasn’t showing me if I placed it at a different store because for some reason it unselected my home store. Person behind the counter basically told me they couldn’t help despite showing proof I had already paid for the order.

The slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Other locations are just as busy and faster (understaffed ?) Other than that, drinks and customer service are great.

Love this place but its always a hassle to go to the Harlingen TX locations bcuz they are always short staffed and take forrrrrrrrrever. I waited an hour once in the drive thru!? Not many cars either.

At the drive thru at 9:45 am on Ed Carey Dr Harlingen. My Husband and I placed an $30 order. One of the order items was a hot chocolate, and we forgot to ask without the whip cream. When we got the hot chocolate and realized our error. My husband apologized for ordering a hot chocolate without the whip cream and handed the chocolate back to the lady. My husband saw she was just taking off the whip cream and asked her if she would please make a new one because my wife does not like the whip cream. A male employee comes with the new cup of hot chocolate and rudely says, next time make sure you order it without whip cream because thats the way it comes. My husband tried to apologized again and he ignored my husband and rudely walked away. I am more than sure that we are not the only persons that has order a cup of hot chocolate without whip cream. We knew we made the mistake and if he would have asked us to pay for it we would have. Besides other restaurants ask us if we are okay with the whip cream or not. The new cup of Chocolate that was given to us without the whip cream taste water down. We will definitely take our business elsewhere.

The workers here are so sweet and diligent! I was sitting outside and accidentally knocked my cup over and as a worker was leaving she asked if I would like a replacement 😭😭😭 so freaking nice ❤️ Thank you!

I dont like Starbucks but my two teen daughters do. 1 hour in the drive thru line. Waited 10 minutes to order and no one answered to take my order, and the ordering screen went to a black screen so I thought it wasnt working. When I get to the window I told them I needed to order because no one took my order. They told me I would have to wait some more because they already had orders in cue. After explaining to them what happened. They still wanted me to wait, they asked what I was ordering, 2 tall mocha frappuccino, they made them for me right then and there for free. I wasnt asking for a hand out but I did appreciate the gesture. Starbucks needs to work on serving faster.

Sandwich had no flavor and my coffee was cold. I had bad experience last time i was there. Swore i wouldnt return. Gave it a chance and they let me down again. Coffee shops should have excellent coffee but they concentrate more on the high priced sugar drinks. Sad.

I love the breve latte with extra foam from Starbucks! I get the same drink at any Starbucks in the country and its a simple drink, but its always done the same. The only thing that varies is the foam. I love it when its thick, smooth and almost creamy and not every place gets it right. I think this place gets an 8 out of 10 on the foam because it was almost there. Im certain it varies by barista. Service was fast even though there were LOTS of cars in line and the barista had a fairly upbeat attitude.

I work at VBMC so coffee is a must, but with this heat a TRIPLE mocha frappe does the trick! Theyre so damn good. Fast and friendly drive thru service. Will be returning of course.

Is the second time I visit this location. Im really disappointed of the organization with everybody processing the orders. They make you wait longer that it should... They never doble check orders... You have to go back because they forgot to give you something... They mixed orders.. Names... Etc. Horrible organization...

Visited this Starbucks again while visiting family in SA. Went inside to place my order. Visited the RR while waiting for my order. Nice clean establishment.

Mocha frappe coffee ice cold and with two of them because you just cant have just one!!

Ridiculous that they dont allow any indoor seating. Restaurants are able to comply with 6 foot spacing. They allow their baristas to have nose rings make your coffee and homeless lie in their entrances, but suddenly starbucks is the leader in helping the world be safe? Or is Starbucks using covid as an excuse to rid their businesses of the homeless problem without it costing the company a dime? Starbucks is a heartless corporation!!

All aside the long lines on drive thru sometimes, they are the friendliest employees. My orders are either ready right on time or right before I get to the store😊

There was a pop up party so we got some free drinks. It was very awesome experience. The staff was working so efficiently and all orders were very fast. Everyone seemed in a good mood despite the chaos of customers wanting free things. The manager stepped in and started handing out drinks at the counter as well. I like this place. I will definitely be heading back soon.

Terrible, they attend to the drive-through before they attend the customers inside. Even the line was WAY shorter inside than it was outside. Took me half an hour to get 2 drinks. Again, terrible service.

I really enjoy Starbucks coffee but with this current pandemic the wait time is ridiculous. I understand the lobby is closed due to safety but I dont understand why curbside isnt an option. Starbucks is the only restaurant that doesnt offer curbside and makes their customers wait over 20 mins in drive thru for an online order thats been sitting on the counter. Every time I get my coffee Im late or my coffee is cold and I have to reheat it. Find a way to improve traffic or better customer service.

Best coffee ever

Ordered the Double Chocolate Chip Frappuccino and it was extremely watery, it was not what I was expecting. Normally, the orders are on point.. not today! Also, I called 3xs and no one answered those 3 separate times..very disappointed in todays experience.

I love this place. Plenty of seating. Short wait time. Friendly and talented staff. Great atmosphere. I spend many night working on my masters degree and trying new drinks. Not one thing I have tried has left me dissatisfied. Delicious concoctions. My hangout for sure.

A typical high-quality Starbucks franchise. The staff was a bit aloof but Starbucks is this way sometimes. I would have given 5 stars but the mercy and food were poorly stocked.

Wouldve given five stars, but they need to find a way to squeeze in a second window, or at least speed up the drive-thru. Friendly staff though, and how can one go wrong with yummy coffee?.... :-)

I love this place, the customer service is outstanding. And a wonderful place to do network. Jay is an excellent employee.

This Starbucks location was remodeled in early 2017 and now has much more seating. It is very close to Valley Baptist Medical Center and is accessible via the Burger King Parking lot as well as directly from Ed Carey Blvd. The employees are typically friendly and are quick to get your order out. Recently they have begun selling breakfast food products as well as desserts such as cake slices and cookies. The bathrooms are usually clean. The parking lot is a little undersized, but there is a drive through.

This is my stop before going into my night shift at the hospital across the street. The drive through is always really quick and staff is always smiling. Would recommend this Starbucks to anyone.

I love how this store is the largest in the Valley & that they are now a Reserve Store & offer clover coffee. There is so much space & there is always someplace to sit. My drinks are always made delicious here also. Thanks for being the best!

The workers are friendly. They need more things products in the store to sell. THE ED CARRY STORE IS MUCH Better. Make the other store a little happier. Carry some breakfast lightly roasted coffee for sale in kcups.

Starbucks is pricey. This place has limited parking when busy. Getting in and out during rush hour traffic is tough due to the location. Latte with cinnamon was might fine.
