IFR is well organized with quality furniture set in actual room settings. We were looking for a kitchen table and chairs to replace an older set in our kitchen. They had a clearance section with a line of Ashley sets made for other stores. Great price as you can see. They also rent furniture and sell furniture that had been previously leased. Teri,our sales person,was friendly, professional and very helpful when we called a week later to change our delivery time earlier than we had previously decided on.Delivery was smooth and they were very efficient. Certainly would shop here again.

I bought some furniture here last year. It was a great experience. The salesperson was so friendly. Now I came by to look at some more items. I wasnt acknowledged or even greeted by anyone. I continued to look around. Not one person said a word but both sales ladies saw me and made eye contact.

Small store quality furniture at great price. I spent a week looking for a recliner at a good price and couldnt find anything. Our parents had a whole apt furnished today with delivery. The crew came in and VERY efficiently stocked the whole place with anything and everything one would need for a new place (they were displaced due to a fire). They were so pleased with the process and attention to detail. The movers worked quickly and made sure to put everything in its place, make the beds beautifully, and set up tv’s lamps etc. They deforest have my business in the future! Love this place! We’ve been going to IFR For over 18 years, and have gotten to know a lot of the employees working there. We just moved into our New House and needed some new furniture so off to IFR we go. I work frequently from home and I was looking for some solid home office furniture which I have been unable to find at Staples, Office Max, or the typical department store. These guys do not stock much but they have a large selection available that will arrive in days. I explained to Jared what I was after, he showed me some samples and put together a great home office for me at what I feel was a very fair price for the quality. Very happy with these folks. A little out of the way for me but I will definitely make this my first stop for furniture from now on. RECOMMEND!

I worked with Julianne on selecting several pieces for our new home. Julianne responded to all my requests and emails almost immediately. She was incredibly helpful in giving suggestions and pointing out things that I may not have thought of. She was also very patient when I was wishy washy about some choices. She helped me think it through and never rushed or pressured me. I would highly recommend IFR!!! I was so impressed with the sheer quantity of choices to select from. I love this store. They have a beautiful selection of furniture and accessories. The quality as well as prices are very good. I have recommended this store to many people. Everyone I have sent there is well pleased. I would like to add that the manager, Laura, and the sales force are very knowledgeable and helpful.

Worst customer service. We purchased a queen bed set, then to realize we wanted the bed set in a full. Called IFR and was reassured that the bed set we had bought would accommodate a full bed. Turns out in order to fit a full bed, we would have to break down the bed set and only use headboard. We called IFR and they told us that this was basically on us for signing for a queen bed set, even though we had called to change the order and were reassured it would all work out. Will never go here again, if you want to work with an accommodating furniture store, who understand that what you are purchasing is expensive and want you to be completely satisfied, do not go here.Also, we were working with the manager, to correct the error. The issue was the furniture would have never been shipped to our area if we had been advised the whole bed set would not accommodate a full bed and we would have been understanding and paid the 25% restocking fee due to our error. The manager basically said this was error even though we were advised the whole set would accommodate our mattress, had it shipped to us, and then basically was going to charged us extra fees to return it. They then claimed to negotiate with us, which was buying a new queen mattress at full price or a used mattress for $200 and then deliver to us, a day they would be in area that actually wouldn’t have worked for us. Save yourself the headache and go to a reputable furniture store, that is the path we are taking for a now needed queen mattress.

Another good day at IFR. This time i went in looking for bedroom furniture. I got a great deal today, excellent quality as always, friendly, courteous service.For the same price you could purchase lesser quality new furniture for, that same amount of money at IFR ckearance center will get you better quality items that last much longer.Very satisfied, i will be a customer for a long time to come and think of IFR first before i go elsewhere for my furniture when i need to purchase.

I have visited IFR many times and have always been impressed with their professionalism, quality, decor, and prices. I truly appreciated that I was given breathing room to look around the store at my leisure without being hounded by a sales person. I was greeted by cheerful employees and offered help if needed. I thoroughly enjoyed my visits to IFR and look forward to doing business in the future. I really love that they are not your average furniture store.

Great place. I have purchased things from their clearance center before and Im always pleased. If you are on a budget and want a better quality and more cleanliness than you find on Craigslist but dont want payments or furniture financing I suggest the IFR clearance center. Furniture is clean and sanitary, good prices. They even have delivery for an additional fee or you can arrange to pick up your stuff yourself. You can purchase one day and even come back another day for the pick up if you are unable to take it that same day.Update....Went to IFR today to arrange delivery of recently purchased items. Same great service and friendly helpful employees. I even found an Ashley bench for $45. Check out IFR you wont be sorry. Lots of beautiful leather furniture in the Clearance center today deeply discounted. Good selection.
