Absolutely had a great experience buying my Stressless Chair. Jane and Susan were great to work with. When I stopped in to actually buy my chair...Jane was off so Susan helped with the sale. Absolutely professional while at the same time having a relaxed,fun experience. All the staff are friendly. This store has quality furniture and is set up so inviting.

We have had a wonderful experience at David’s. A couple years ago we were shopping for living room furniture and we stopped in just to look around. We had never been to David’s but had heard good things about them. Duane Bell was extremely helpful and assisted us in choosing the furniture that would look best in our room and we ended up ordering everything we needed. This year we needed furniture for our family room and we immediately contacted Duane. Once again he listened to our needs and desires and then he guided us in the layout and picking the pieces that would best fit our space. We are thrilled with the way our rooms have turned out. We have gotten so many compliments on our furniture. Duane was so helpful and I am so thankful that we stopped in that day “just to look around”.

I worked with Dave about 8 years ago. I purchased a chair and hand knotted rug. I HATE shopping! BUT- working with Dave was a perfect experience. So much so that I went back today as I am replacing some furniture. Again, perfection. After 8 years, he remembered me by name (even with a mask on) what I had purchased before, and my cacti! I discovered Davids on a quick trip to Harrisburg. I was immediately impressed with the stores original and unique selections! My sales designer Robin was very welcoming and gave my friend and I a tour of the store. She was very patient and offered her suggestions when asked. My husband and I are so pleased with our furniture selections from Davids Furniture. Make no mistake, it would not have been possible without Janet Megonnell. She personally assisted me in store and at home with measurements to scale, hours of looking over fabric and placement of furniture that was drawn up to scale by Janet. Pulling the living room together with an area rug created warmth.Janet has assisted us with choosing the best color to paint walls prior to furniture arriving as well as the best color paint for accent walls and exterior front doors for curb appeal.Janet assisted me with choosing fabric on my chaise lounge with an outrageous, colorful pattern and matched it with upholstered dining room chairs with a different, complimentary pattern. I could have not done that on my own.

I visited Davids again today and had such a nice experience. The folks there are polite, helpful, and wonderful to work with. Several stores I visited were going to take 6 months to get a sofa. Davids had some companies that can make a sofa in much less time. I will definitely be back soon!

Dave Sauer made my living room remodel very easy and he had great design ideas. Always available and quick to respond. I will look forward to working with him on future home updates.

A couple weeks ago I bought a beautiful leather Scandinavian design sofa (Stressless brand) from Davids Harrisburg store. The overall experience was excellent. First and basically, they had Scandinavian design sofas, the only place anywhere near here that carries these. I even checked online and saw little that compared to what they carry. Second my experience with sales person (and designer) Robin Schuldenfrei was outstanding. Unlike what I have come to expect in customer service from sales people in a variety of fields, she was attentive, responsive and accurate in all details, what a true sales professional should be. With her able and friendly help I was able to make an informed decision among a variety of factors for this significant purchase. For these reasons I would recommend both the store and this sales person.

Janet Megonnell was so easy to work with she makes buying furniture a very pleasant experience! She is extremely patient and able to listen to what your needs are and expertly assist you with your choices. I really enjoy working with her.

I love the warm and luxurious style of my home today, and it wouldn’t be possible without them. My designer, Sharon Brill, not only has an amazing eye for design and style but she subtly carries that design all the way down to very last fine detail. She patiently pushes me to the edges of my comfort zone, yet remarkably never loses sight of my personal style and there’s never any hint of sales pressure. All told, they bring a gold-star standard to their customers time and time again. I highly recommend them to anyone who’s ready to explore the possibilities of falling in love with their home. I, for one, won’t shop anywhere else.

The wood furniture was poor quality. The sales workers judged me because of the way I was dressed, my age, and assumed I could not afford the furniture when I would have purchased several items. I was asked about my job. Also I was told there are other options that are lesser meaning less expensive when I was interested in an item. Overall, it was an unprofessional experience and poor ethics at the Harrisburg location.

Robin at Davids Furniture is absolutely wonderful. She is professional, caring, and goes well out of her way to ensure excellent service. My fiancé and I appreciated her design expertise and guidance as we chose stools for our space. We could not be more happy with them and with the experience we had at Davids furniture. We had an excellent experience with Davids Furniture. This is the second time we have made a purchase there. Robin, our sales associate, did a wonderful job of making suggestions and was quite knowledgeable. We do not shop often for furniture but when we do Davids Furniture will be the first store in the Harrisburg area that we will visit.

I went to Davids last weekend, for inspiration- it did not disappoint. Dave Sauer was the consummate sounding board, he let me know he was available without being pushy. It was like a guardian angel guiding me though the store. When I saw the chair I ultimately purchased, and was in and out and inquisitive about fabrics, etc., he was efficient and helpful. And unlike some experiences in furniture stores, he stood back and was helpful and patient as I considered various fabric combinations. He followed up, and was genuine. His design aesthetic was also key to me being confident in my decision, and I cant wait for the chair to come in! I havent felt this well cared for, as to what I wanted since Doneckers in Ephrata almost 20 years ago. So while it costs more, in quality and surety of getting what works for you, Dave made Davids worth it. Go, I know Ill be going back.

I cannot thank Janet in the Harrisburg store enough for her guidance as we waited for our new home to be completed. Having a very open floor plan, I was so intimidated by furniture placement. She laid everything out beautifully and we are so happy with the flow of our rooms. She completely saw my vision for the asthethic I was envisioning, and she helped me choose the perfect colors. Moreover, Janet was a calming presence as I made decisions. There was no pressure to hurry my decisions, she was great with keeping me updated on timelines coming from factories, etc., and she helped me stay within my budget. We had a great experience at David’s Furniture & Interiors picking out a dining room table and chairs for my new house! Our Interior Designer at the store, Robin Schuldenfrei, expertly walked us through selecting the perfect table for my home!! I can’t wait to get it!

We have done significant business with Davids over the years, but my most recent experience with them and their salesperson, Cerise, was unprofessional. First she called us and told us our purchased sofa had arrived and we thus arranged to give the sofa to a friend. She called back the next day to tell us it was a mistake and the sofa had not arrived. We then had to undo the gift. Next we bought a Stickley recliner from them four years ago and the fabric began to tear and wear badly, which should not be the case considering the high price we paid for the piece. Cerise agreed to contact Stickley to determine if they would correct the issue even though Stickleys warranty on fabric is only 2 years. It took Stickley well over a month to get back to Cerise who told me that Stickley would not replace the chair, but agreed to pay to upholster the chair (which costs nearly $2,000). I thought that was a fair resolution. She said she needed to get some documentation approved by Stickley and would get back to me when that was received. She got back to me, but said Stickley would only pay $500 towards the the upholstery. Needless to say, I was angry at her (and Davids) for all of her miscommunications and would not recommend Davids or her to anyone.

As always, Davids did a fantastic job from order to delivery. Thanks to the computer schematic diagrams, we were able to work through the perfect pieces of furniture and room placement. I felt comfortable with how the furniture would look in my room. The design, fabrics and color advise from Davids are always spot-on! My room is gorgeous and very comfortable. And, as always, I have the comfort of knowing Davids stands behind everything they sell.

Dave was so knowledgeable, patient, and helpful! I am thrilled with my new desk and I wouldnt go anywhere else for our furniture needs.

Dave worked with me from the moment I walked in, and did an incredible job designing for my particular floor plan.
