Scheduling and service done in a timely manner.I felt the price for my 15,000 mile service was a little high for an hours work.The normal complimentary car wash was not done because of a plumbing problem. If that had happened at my previous car dealer, Rahal Toyota I would have be offered a complimentary wash sometime in the future.

Staff are friendly, attentive, and helpful. My truck was there for inspection and oil and filter change/lube. However service tech neglected to rest the error code which displays once you reach preset mileage for recommended change. Check light still illuminated on dash since this was not done. They have always reset this in past visits.

This is our 2nd time leasing 2 Mazdas during the same visit and both times, it was a great experience. This time was especially enjoyable because we knew what we were getting in to. I reached out to Alyssa in advance and she was GREAT! She answered all of my 600 questions quickly and thorougly, and while she didnt have some of the inventory that we were interested in (not her fault...Covids fault), she still set us up with awesome alternatives! She truly took interest in what we wanted and listened to our needs. Kat was a lot of fun to talk to and was able to work her magic and put us in the price range that we wanted. She and Alyssa seemed to be in sync. Then there was Marcus. Theres not much you can do to make paperwork exciting but he pushed it through as quickly and easily as he could. He explained everything we were signing in detail and the importance of some of the coverages (i.e., Gap). The team was very professional, easy to work with and most important, personable even though the store was beyond busy the day we were there. They did a fabulous job and well be going back to them for the trifecta when these leases are up in 3 years! As a side note, we didnt see Jeremy and Penny that day but have been visiting them for service with our old Mazdas for the last 3 years and theyre wonderful too! Yesterday I completed the purchase of my first car (used). I can honestly say that everything about the experience with Faulkner Mazda was amazing! I worked with Dirk Bauer, Katrina Funk, and Marcus Fissel but also with Jason Lowry and Lucas Latourette. I know, a lot of people! Katrina was so incredibly helpful when discussing the auto loan - but also with tons of general credit advice, and how to use the loan to improve my credit score! Dirk had all the answers, and was extremely accommodating with getting my insurance figured out as well. I worked with Marcus for the financing and contract at the end, and he worked with Jason to get me a significantly lower interest rate (10%-3.5%!!) So that I could reasonably get their full service package (which, might I add, covers quite literally e v e r y t h i n g) I left feeling excited about my vehicle, and like the folks over at Faulkner Mazda really value the experience of buying, but also owning the vehicles they sell. I really do feel so much safer knowing that with their service package, anything that happens Ill have great coverage options for. I could not have had a better experience here, and will 100% be returning for my next vehicle (and for maintenance - their service package includes 2 years of oil changes and tire rotations!)

I haven’t had my car for about 5 months and I am already putting money into it. I had to get front rotors because supposedly they were warped by my driving, as they say. Then I had to get a side marker bulb put in as well. I guess that was my fault as well 🤷🏼♀️ I believe I shouldn’t have to put any money into this car just yet but that’s my opinion. They told me I wouldn’t regret getting this car but I do regret it. I should have went elsewhere for my service because I deserve better. It seems like I’m paying all this money for this car and things are still not right with it. It’s definitely a lesson learned for me. I just wanted to be happy with my “new car” that’s it. P.S. they do have some good sales people that works at Faulkner Mazda so I can’t take it out on the whole team.

I Contact the dealer Faulkner Mazda Harrisburg for a 2002 Toyota Highlander Limited which is priced at $ 6000, and ask to make an offer of 5,500. The managers response was.. that they Dealer do not negotiate price, and that is the final price. It is a bad experience with the dealer that they do not lower 500 dollars from a car that is the year 2002 with 130 thousand miles.If it is a dealer they should do better business to sell.Update:I called the manager who told me to call to discuss what happened with the seller, but it was worse, the manager says that the seller did the right thing, that the price was fair, that $ 5,500 is a price less for what he paid for this toyota ( a complete LIE), This manager is even a liar, and he does not know what business is either, he is a real cheap liar, if the owners of this dealer do not sell more because this type of managers they have. It is a shame.

I have been a happy customer of Faulkner Mazda Harrisburg since I bought my first CX5 in 2014 and another purchase in 2020. The sales department is professional, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable . Their service department is well managed with an amazing attentive staff that has done an excellent job servicing my autos all of these past 7 years.
I go to this dealership/service center for my current vehicle because of the customer service, speed and quality. Ive been to various other shops (i.e. Goodyear, Meineke, local all service shops, Jiffy, etc) with previous cars. Prices can sometimes be more expensive compared to others, but you get what you pay for. If you want better quality and speed of service, I recommend going to this place.

Bob was our salesman — he was down to earth and went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable in my new vehicle, informing me of all the new vehicles features and buttons. Justin showed me around the establishment so I knew where I was going when coming in for maintenance, and gave me his card to call if I ever needed anything/had questions. Once I settled on a Mazda, I started the process of shopping. I did the entire shopping by e-mail, asking many Mazda dealerships for quotes. There was some back and forth but at the end nobody could touch Faulkners price. A sales consultant from a competitor actually told me that I was getting an amazing deal!Once I got to the dealership it was smooth sailing. Katrina, Justin, Steve, and Bob were awesome! Katrina really knows her stuff and we were in and out in a jiffy. It was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. Its a no frills dealership that offers very competitive pricing. In full disclosure, this was the absolute easiest car purchase of my life.Katrina setup the initial intake appt and then it was over to Steve for the trade-in appraisal...both very professional and a pleasure to work with.Now, to the star of the show...I was introduced to Alyssa Humes and she started with the expectation management portion to ensure she could maximize my needs and then it was off on a few test drives. I ultimately chose a 2021 CX-30 AWD in Preferred trim. Amazing little machine, and I couldnt be happier with it.The real joy came in working with Alyssa, shes committed herself to the craft and a consummate professional...being a young lady working in a male dominated industry, shes embraced the challenge and grinds everyday to make her customers happy, all the while being a brand ambassador for Mazda, and Faulkner Automotive as a whole. Made an appointment for the complimentary oil change following the purchase of a used car. It was done on time and with a car wash too, Five Stars! But I didnt even drive as far as the other side of the dealership building when the valves started making noise and the oil pressure light started flashing. I turned back to the Service Department thinking they forgot to refill the oil. The technician determined that the metering pump used to automatically refill engine oil from the bulk tank in the Service Department did not add the required amount of oil and then he forgot to check the dip stick after the refill. I dont know how the technician who drove it from the wash bay back to the Service Department did not hear or see the problem. The experience did not leave a good first impression.
I do not recommend them at all for service needs. They over charge and diagnose problems that do not exist. I took my car in for a check engine light regarding air intake. I was told it was the gas cap, charged almost $200 for a replacement, and then within a month the check engine light came back on with the same error code. Took it back and was told it was something else causing the issues, this was a bill over $500. One week later the light came on, again. I was told to bring it back again and I stressed that I needed my car back the same day and was told it would not be a problem. I waited ALL day (service desk closes at 5) and called repeatedly about my car. I finally was told at 4:45 that I needed a new hose because there was a leak on an elbow that was hard to see. I was told it was $180 to fix.They also wanted to change my rear shocks at a charge of $380 per tire. I was able to do this myself for less than $80.Long story short I took my car to a real mechanic who immediately saw it was an issue with the sensor, there was no leak and Im willing to bet that the other issues I had were probably imaginary as well. $700.00 lesson learned. Do not go to them for any of your issues.
Faulkner Mazda sold me a car with a tiny chip in the windshield (which was fine it’s barely there) and passed me for inspection last year but decided this year to NOT pass me because it was on the drivers side... lol it’s always been there!! Sounds like they were trying to just push a car off the lot and didn’t care about fixing the chip if it was truly a problem... They said I needed my whole windshield replaced for something they initially sold to me and passed last year. They then put the new emissions sticker on my windshield that supposedly needs replaced :)! Make that make sense... if I have to pay for a new emissions sticker when I take it back for state inspection, I will be requesting to speak to the manager. I will not be returning to Faulkner Mazda to have inspections done since I have several friends who looked at the chip in the car industry and said that should’ve passed. They just want your money and will take advantage of you.

New tires, wipers, inspection/emissions, new battery, engine clean, carpet steam clean and lube & oil change. Top notch job and Dirk was very helpful. Comfortable experience.
I have had two very good experiences at Faulkner Mazda. The first was in 2018 when I was getting a new car for the first time in 12 years. Jamie the salesperson was very honest and up-front and I put down a deposit on Saturday and had my new car (CX-3 GT) on Wednesday (it had to be driven from another dealer). My total time spent in the dealership was collectively less than 2 hours. Everyone was nice, friendly and honest and it was an overall great experience.Fast forward to 2021. I am a lease guy and the terms were 5-6 months away from coming up. I inquired online and was contacted to go look at the new CX-30 turbo. Seeing as how I was attempting to ground a lease, I was not sure how it would go. I test drove a really nice CX-30 but I wasnt crazy about the color. They searched for another one in the Northeast, but nothing really fit for me out there. We were kind of in a holding pattern. Out of sheer luck, they got in almost exactly the colors and features I wanted out of the blue. Dirk the sales person texted me and I was in to see it the next morning at 9am. I wanted to go over the numbers, so I left to review everything. I went back at 3pm that same day and was out of there with my new CX-30 Premium Plus before 5pm. Again, my showroom time was about 2 hours, tops.Both times I have been there, I was treated wonderfully even though I am likely not the most ideal customer out there. I cant thank them enough for making what would be an anxiety-inducing ordeal into something more welcoming and rather enjoyable.Bonus points: They are very compliant with the current pandemic parameters. Masks, hand sanitizers and distancing are in place and handled well. Great job!

We took our Mazda CX-5 in for inspection and emissions check. The vehicle was done on time. They found an issue that was fixed under warranty. They did a nice job. We will be going back to Faulkner Mazda in the future.

I came her to test drive the CX-30, convinced that was the car I wanted. Lucas LaTourette was very informative, helpful, full of information and since he didnt take the test drive with us, front loaded all the information about the features of the car. I was disappointed when I realized this car was smaller than what I was looking for. Lucas was pleasant and helpful even when he knew I wasnt going to purchase. I appreciated that. The only reason I took off one star was because of the new manager. He was not as kind, patient or helpful in the short time I talked to him. He was dismissive and did not take me seriously. If you visit, ask for Lucas.
Lucas is a true Gem! I had plans to test drive a chevy when Lucas called me before I even woke up! So on my way to stop by chevy I stopped by Faulkner Mazda, and let’s just say I never made it to Chevy!!!Lucas greeted us, and he was super busy, (end of the month busy) but we still felt very much like a priority! After finishing up a sale with another customer he took time to listen to my wants and needs! I went in and originally wanted to test drive a certified pre owned cx5 after speaking to me, the first car I test drove was a 2021 cx30!!! And it was PERFECT for me! After test driving the cx30 Lucas had to the CX5 pulled up for me to try next, I got in it and didn’t even have to drive it!!! I knew it wasn’t it!!!! Lucas is excellent at what he does!!! To take it a step further with an honest conversation about finances he made sure I got into the car at the price I wanted!!! Everyone on staff checked in on us the entire duration of the process and seemed very concerned with our well being while we were going through the process!!! I have never felt more valued as a customer, even after buying the car I’ve gotten emails, text messages just checking in!!!! I can’t speak on maintenance service, and I hope I don’t have any of the issues I read about in the reviews!!! But in terms of my buying experience it was exceptional!!! Lucas even offered to pick us up food while we went out to grab his own!!!! I can’t stop Raving about my experience to friends and family!!! I keep my cars for extended periods and do the recommended maintenance so I take it back to the dealer and they keep track of what I need and send me notices.
As a nearly 10 year customer of Faulkner Mazda, it saddens me to have to leave a 2 star review. Ive had my past 3 vehicles purchased from this dealership and was ready to purchase my 4th had it not been for the terrible mannerisms and lack of customer service we experienced. Not only from a sales associate, but from two.. TWO managers.. communication was lacking, as promises of returned calls or emails were made but never followed through in a timely manner or at all. We completely understand it’s common to be busy or get sidetracked and miss a promised return call or email, however given it was three different people, it’s concerning as a former loyal customer to your dealership. Based on these circumstances we felt our business is not and would not be needed, and so we went elsewhere to which we had excellent communication and assistance to wrap up the order and delivery of our new vehicle within a week with Freysinger instead! The shining star of consistency and customer service at this location is for Penny and Jeremy in service who have always been friendly and helpful for all the service needed on our vehicles. Wait times for cars were a bit longer than expected but they always took the time to explain and help their customers.

Saw the car we were searching for using Carfax. It was at Faulkner Mazda. Reached out via email and received reply within minutes and scheduled test drive appt. Arrived and car was ready to go for us to test drive and we were met by our sales associate, who was delightful and ready to help us with the appointment. Test drive of the 2018 Jeep Wrangler Sahara was awesome and the car was everything we were looking for. Came back to the dealership and was driving home within an hour of the purchase transaction starting. Very easy to work with the sales associate and manager and the associate designated for the financing part of the purchase as well. We will recommend Faulkner to anyone who will listen!!
Katrina is a rock star. Made my wife and I feel at home and took amazing care of us. It was a rough year and re leasing a car was a huge worry for us. She took all that worry away within 10mins of being there. Alyssa is another rock star who helped make sure we knew everything about the car before driving off. Marcus was equally fantastic during the least fun part of signing paperwork. Overall Faulkner is the best place to buy a car. Especially a Mazda.

Good service, but the receptionist was not wearing an appropriate mask to protect her mouth and nose. As a nurse, amouth shield only is not considered adequate protection.

I was looking for a very specific Mazda CX-30. Tried several local Mazda dealers in my area with no results. Faulkner Mazda in Harrisburg came through. They located the exact trim level and exterior/interior color I wanted. Everything was done online, which I also preferred. Faulkner Mazda delivered the vehicle to my door, which is located over 2 hours from their dealership. They made this easy for me. Thank You to the Faulkner Mazda team for helping me. My appointment for state inspection and emissions testing went smoothly enough for my recently purchased 2019 Mazda CX-5. However, when I went to check out, I was surprised to receive a charge of $50 for the emissions testing for I thought it was included free of charge with the vehicle purchase. Pretty disappointing and a bit annoying. Next time I’ll just take my vehicle to a local garage rather than driving the extra distance to the dealership. Finally, the dealership has a large pothole at the entrance and weeds growing around the building. My other vehicle is an Acura and their dealership is impeccable inside and outside.
Ive been going to Faulkner Mazda since i bought my 2017 mazda 3 for about 2 plus years now. Ive had no problems. The staff is friendly. Always there to talk to if any problems come up. They always ask about the service issues and how they can be handled first before they fix them like other servicers do. Which i think is great. I like when i get a chance to add my own input before my car gets worked on. In all i will keep going to this mazda.
I bought my CX-5 in May 2019 and had an overall good experience with my sales rep, Tyler. The dealership is 1.5 hours from me, but had the color and features on the model I wanted. They were pretty slammed, and I had to wait an hour after my appointment time, but Tyler was enthusiastic and eager to make a sale. He even went out of his way to help me turn my lease in to another dealership. I will say that he is *ultra* responsive up until you buy your car.My problem is that as a young woman on her own buying a car, this place definitely feels like a boys club, with a tremendous amount of arrogance and mansplaining. At one point, I had been back and forth with the corporate office and this dealership, and while the finance bros were transferring my call, they did not mute themselves and I heard how they were rudely discussing which one had to take my call. Sorry I was such a nuisance, but maybe if you were able to deliver on what you had promised, I would not have had to keep following up. Also, learn how to transfer a call properly and use the mute button.Lastly, I was promised free maintenance/oil checks for a year, but they did not extend this due to Covid-19. I was scheduled to have servicing completed in May at the height of the pandemic, and when I scheduled in July, they said the free maintenance period had lapsed, and they were not authorized to extend this. The service rep I spoke with was pretty rude as well, saying that Id driven too many miles in between service visits anyway. (The woman at the service shop I spoke to at my first oil change was awesome though!)All in all, a generous 2-star experience.
Had recall work done on my Mazda CX-5 Mazda quoted 2 he job they got it done in 40 mins. Jeremy my service rep was kind and answered any questions I had I will be returning in the future for sure

Flawless experience working with Cameron Winters here. I was looking at a used car from 3 hours away, he went as far as sending me a detailed video of the outside and even a video of him riding in the car so I could hear and see it. Couldn’t rate him and the dealership highly enough!
Very happy with this dealership! I contacted them on-line and got a good price on a CX-5 Signature. Honestly, I went into the dealership expecting a bunch of games, but I couldnt have been happier. They stuck to the price, gave me a fair value on my trade in, gave me the 0.9% financing, and even the lady who sells the extended warranties was not pushy. I never thought I would say this about a car dealership, but I highly recommend them, and would purchase a vehicle from them again.
