Our contact Matt was extremely helpful during the appointment keeping us informed of the service and the results and answering any questions concerning the findings. The service itself was routine 30K mile check and oil change plus a couple items that we wanted checked out. Everything went smoothly and was done as agreed to when the appointment was made. Electronic reports were sent so we knew what was done/checked and the results.There was one item concerning a fob related charge that was questioned and taken off the final bill. Also when we arrived to pick up the vehicle all service done was reviewed and questions answered.Overall a very good experience as expected, since each time we are there the service is same high quality. Also the service team is very friendly and motivated to make the customer experience a good one.

The service tech completed the work in less time than expected and left great notes with what was done and what needs to be done in the future. Its a bit pricey, but you truly get what you pay for. I service my Nissan through these guys because overall, the service is top notch and the relationship we have built over the years.
I just bought a new 2022 Nissan Pathfinder on Saturday 10/16. My salesman John Gonzalez was AMAZING!!!! Greeted us with a smile and kept that smile and laughing and joking up the entire time. They are not pushy and definitely want to help people get into the vehicle they want. They work really well with you on trying to get you the prices you want to. I would like to start with the fact that i liked the service advisor that took care of my issues i had initially If I remember correctly his name is Michael. great guy ; but i will not be taking my car back here. The sales department basically left me feeling as though I was scammed out of my money. I was lied to numerous times about the services that were going to be provided for my vehicle at the time of purchase. Im not a picky person and I came in the door knowing that I wanted the vehicle i purchased and still had a bad experience.

Went there to buy I used car. New car I bought I wasnt happy with. Test drove it loved the car. The car was. 2013 with 87,000 miles on it. Wasnt perfect. They were asking $10,500 for it. Doesnt come with a factory warranty or anything. That would cost me extra. So they appraise my new car. 2021 with 4,000 miles on it. No accident unlike other car. It comes with a 100,000 mile factory warranty. Its turn key ready to go. Youd literally just run it through your service department quick and resale it. They offered me $10,000 for it. REALLY!?!?! So Ill own money on my current loan still. Plus pay a extra $500 for your car plus your taxes and fees. This is ridiculous. Thats insane my car new was worth $16000. Your telling me I lost $6,000 in a few months?!?! You couldnt help me out at all. Never coming here again or referring anyone here.

Made a appointment for Oil change and tire rotation online. Showed up this afternoon and pulled right in there bay. Gentleman met me as was getting out and we went over what I wanted done. Very professional and courteous. I waited in waiting room until they came in and told me truck was done. In and out in less then 45 minutes. I highly recommend Nissan of Harrisburg for any service needs.

I was looking for a new 2022 Pathfinder and Faulkner had the exact model that I was interested in. I live three states away so I did most of the deal over the phone and via email. When I got to the dealer to pick up the car and sign the paperwork everything was exactly as I expected it to be. They were very thorough courteous and efficient.

We bought a pre-owned car from this dealership for our teenager. Matt Hartung was our sales rep, and it was a great experience working with him. In this market, it is a bit hard to find a car, but we found one there online, and he guaranteed that it would be there for us to look at since we made an appointment. We were pleased with how thorough they looked over the car. They even mailed us a new visor because they saw that the old one was missing the mirror cover. Matt was professional and so was Faulkner Nissan. I highly recommend going here to look for a car and if you want someone to go out of their way to help you, ask for Matt.

I was seeking an an inspection and an estimate on some body work. Staff asked what time I’d need the vehicle back by. I indicated 3 pm. At 3pm I had not heard from them so I reached out. Turns out my car was finished and I had not bene notified. I requested a shuttle which was sent to the wrong address. The driver cancelled it. I reached out again and was told another would be sent but o had to wait. By the time that shuttle would have arrived service would have been closed. Beyond initial contact my service Rep Matthew NEVER contacted me or responded to texts on the designated number. I’m sorely disappointed and ended up having to pay for my service over the phone and have my father drove me to the dealer to pick it up after service had closed for the day despite having my vehicle since 8am. I won’t be back.

I enjoyed my experience real time. The service staff was very patient and explained everything to me in detail. I have to say, I was really impressed with the service manager. While we were having a conversation about a coupon, I had noticed he had on a bbq apron.. I inquired about it and he mentioned that he was grilling steaks for his guys.. He is definitely a good leader because of how he treats his guys. This is a direct reflection on the ownership/management of the dealership. Extremely frustrating experience with finance manager/GM. (Sales gal was great!) We were searching for a lease for my son- spoke with sales and the Finance Manager, and a deal was written which included the payoff of my sons old lease. (There were only 2 payments left.) We later discovered the pay off on the car my son traded in was incorrect (the dealership didnt speak to the proper people in acquiring the pay off amount) resulting in us overpaying on the trade by one monthly payment. That payment was refunded to the dealership. The dealership, after repeated attempts at courteous resolution on our end, ignored our questions and calls, and ultimately refused to refund us the overpayment. When they finally deigned to speak to us, they were rude, and refused to honor the deal as it had been originally written. We were out the overpayment. It was not a large amount of money (under $200) and we decided in the end to just let it go, but in principal, they completely lacked integrity in their handling of the situation. Zero courteous interactions as well...they were dismissive and combative. Will not purchase there again, nor recommend to family/friends. Ethical business practices matter.
My engine light was on. Faulkner Nissan took the time to go over my warranty to get me the lowest rate possible. They did an excellent job and I was able to get my car back within 4 hours.

I had an appointment at 12:30 to have standard maintenance done on my car. I arrived 10 minutes early and was told it would be 45-60 minutes. Over 2 hours later I had to track down someone because I hadn’t heard anything since I was checked in. Needless to say I was extremely unhappy with my experience. No one apologized for the inconvenience and I just feel like the customer service was severely lacking.UPDATE: The service manager reached out after seeing this review and explained that there was also a recall service done on my vehicle. So, it makes sense why it took longer than I was originally told, but I was still not told about this during the day of my service. I am happy the service manager reached out; he was very nice. I’m still not thrilled with my experience, but I really do appreciate him reaching out and explaining what happened.

I was there twice, first to see and test drive the car, and then second time was to make the purchase. I gave the price range I wanted to stay within for my monthly payments and they were able to get me there. Gabriella and Jay were so personable yet professional. I drove away with the car Ive been waiting for. Also, the facility was nice, big and clean and they were time efficient which is always appreciated. I love it that they treat me like a platinum member and they wash my car after they perform my oil change and tire rotation. Also they update you on anything that need to be taken care of in the near future. Besides that I liked that they have lyft to come get you if you have no transportation to get to home from dropping off your vehicle.THAT IS A GODS BLESSING

He was not pushy at all, he was genuine, and wanted to help us out with this big purchase. We didn’t find a car that night, so he looked for us on his own vehicles that came in to various Faulkner’s in the area. He went out of his way to do that. Would 10/10 recommend John in sales if you would like to purchase a vehicle at any of the Faulkner’s.
My wife and I went to Faulkner to check out a Frontier. I did not hear the best reviews relative to other midsize trucks. I expected to just check it off the list and move on. We were both very surprised and happy with the truck. The midnight edition looks great. The price is great value. The dealership was easy to work with and stayed late to finish the paperwork. I will surely be going back. Hit up Skylar if you are in the market for a new vehicle.

My experience with the dealership was relatively positive until it was time to complete the financial paperwork. The financial person hurriedly reviewed the details of their extended warranty program and instructed me to sign at the bottom of the page. He didnt ask me if I wanted to add the program (which would raise my monthly payment by over 33%), but simply told me to sign, thereby accepting the warranty. Thankfully I stopped and questioned this before signing. I repeatedly told him I did not want this program and he continued to hound me about purchasing it. When his attempts to sell me the extended warranty failed, he brought his supervisor in to try. Again, I repeatedly stated I was not interested. One good thing about this was that the supervisor slipped and told me I had been approved for a lower interest rate than I was originally told by the first financial person. I am pregnant (which these people knew) and was purchasing the car without my husband present, so the incessant pressuring cause me a great deal of anxiety and made me feel very uncomfortable. It was so intense that I seriously considered not purchasing the car and just leaving to escape their hounding. I dont think I will deal with them again.
Friendly and helpful, flexible with my schedule, aware of my concerns. Please require workers to wear mask OVER their nose - many of us have health issues and we are delaying service because we arent sure if people will be careful. (doing a quick inside clean inside the car as workers have been in it repeatedly would be comforting and encourage us to come in more - advertise that!).
Went in for an oil change and asked that they check the tire pressure in my spare tire because it was low. I checked the air pressure in the spare tire once home and found that they hadn’t touched it, even though they say they did in the paperwork. Makes me question if they really performed the other services I paid for. In both of my visits here, they have also pushed for expensive services that are really not needed.

Extremely impressed with this dealership. Two family members now have purchased vehicles and both times everything went well. We had with Angelo, a great guy for the finance portion and My one son purchased a Nismo 370z from George Danner and the other just recently a Murano from Jay Rathod. I highly recommend them honest and No haggling. Plus, when you walk on to the lot everyone is friendly and attentive. They offer an in-door glass enclosed express lane to get you in the service shop during inclement weather along with a gigantic service bay onsite and a very good part selection. The waiting area is nicely furnished with multiple sitting areas free high-speed wi-fi and snacks, free coffee and tea, water. Multiple vending machines with soda and snacks.Very good selection of new and used Vehicles with everything from the Super CAR GTR, Nismo 370 to a family-friendly sedan and rugged SUV and full size and small trucks. I have tried to include pictures of the service shops, showing both they seem to have a large drive in garage area and then in back an extremely large workshop, one thing I noticed is everything is visible from the waiting area. you can even sit and watch your car being serviced if you chose to do so. If something would take a while in walking distance you have a nearby Mexican restaurant next door that’s less than a 45-second walk. Overall just good group of people offering good quality products and service you won’t go wrong buying from these folks My family has always had a great experience and I’m sure yours will too.
I would stay away . I got a 2020 pathfinder Nissan brand new and transmission went out . 2 months after I had to get my windshield replace which they wouldn’t cover. I had safelight come out to repair it and they told me there was a defect on the glass. I got the car oct 2020. Now my back tail lights went out already. This is ridiculous, I would not recommend going anybody going here.

I scheduled my first oil change for my 2020 Faulkner Marauno to be done today April 28, 2021. There was also a recall issued to check for numbers on the front lower control arms. The numbers were ok and no further action was needed at this time. My first oil change was done for free. The service was done quickly while I waited in their clean and comfortable customer lounge. My Service Advisor Tyson was friendly, professional, knowlegeable, explained everything to me and answered my questions. I am very happy with the service I received at Faulkner Nissan where I purchased my car. When car shopping I recommend everyone to visit the Faulkner Nissan Dealership.

This isnt the first time weve dealt with Faulkner. That should speak for itself...went back for a 2nd vehicle! We dealt with Jake this time-he was fantastic! Kind, patient, well informed and so easy to work with!The only thing that they need help with is having enough finance people to get you in and out with the deal-we waited an hour and 45 minutes to sign the documents. Now dont get me wrong, finance was ready to rock, had us in and out in no time. I realize its tough to go by a schedule when people just walk in and decide to buy and tough to keep appointment times exact-so Im not knocking them! Jake even did a follow up call to see how we liked the vehicle the next day! I love my new to me vehicle and am so happy that Faulkner was able to get the deal done!! And it was pleasant. They handled my warranty for me, I just had to give them the info to contact them. The car drives like shes brand new now! I was not in the market for an SUV let alone a Nissan Rogue. Faulkner Nissan suggested that I drive one and I was instantly impressed. The salesperson was not pushy whatsoever and I told him that I needed to go home and think it over.
