Greg who did the financing seemed like an uncle I always wanted and never had. He made the paperwork process seamless and anxiety free. Even the sales people we werent dealing with, held the doors for us, got us coffee and water. My wife and I had a fantastic experience with the staff and service at Faulkner Toyota today. We had been looking for an upgrade for our family vehicle for several weeks, it was a struggle for us looking for the vehicle on our own. After making an appointment with Faulkner Toyota, it was easy going through the rest of the process. We met with Jenn who was extremely helpful, she answered all of our questions and seemed genuinely adamant about helping us find the vehicle that best suited our needs. Looked for a particular truck but it was sold by the time I got there and within 24 hrs they had another for me to look at. I ended up purchasing that one and the sales team was very professional but not pushy. From the time I first spotted what I wanted online, lost it to someone else, had them find me another, test drove, then purchased it and drive off the lot was 48 hours.

I have a 2010 Highlander, which had it rear hatch mechanism fail in September 2018. It was replaced by Toyota at no charge to me, due to a known problem by Toyota, they called it a extended warranty repair, they wont use the phase Recall. In December 2020 the same mechanism failed, approximately 2 years and 2 months after the repair. I returned to the Faulkner Dealership expecting they would re-repair at not cost to me. I believe it is reasonable to feel an mechanism that had a problem should be replaced by a mechanism that should work equal to or better than the original mechanism. Their answer was no, the Toyota Corporation would have to approve the repairs. They wouldnt call to get approval because they would get an immediate refusal. They said if I, the customer called, they may consider it. This makes no sense to me. If the Dealership is correct, then Toyota Corporation has a problem in management of customer satisfaction. If the Dealership is just giving me the run around then they obliviously arent concern with customer satisfaction.Other than that, the Dealership is find for straight forward repairs that can be paided by the customer or pre-approved by Toyota, Their extra step is questionable.
Messaged with someone online. We came up with a final price, drove down with all cash. They sold the car because they did not receive a message confirming we were coming. They did however receive all of the other messages back and forth. So we left with nothing except a two hour drive and a wasted tank of gas. But I was trading a 2004 Sienna which had given me good years & at my age didnt wanna be worried about any breakdowns or repair issues. This was my first time buying a car across state lines. They made the process easy and seamless. Frank gave the best price and was willing to provide all the pricing details upfront without me even showing up at the showroom or even placing a phone call.When I arrived at the showroom everything was ready and good to go, Fernando did all the follow up work, EB worked the banks and get the best rates. I was out of the showroom in approximately an hours time. They gave me a test drive on the car I was buying it was clean and prepped to deliver. .I ran into an issue with my financing company (credit Union) and lo and behold they had a plan B in place. I had an issue with the tires that came on my 2018 RAV4. Even though they were not a warranty item, Faulkner took care of the issue for me. They ordered new tires, scheduled an appointment around my busy schedule and took care of the issue. My family really appreciates what they did. The entire process of trading my vehicle and buying another was very pleasant. Everyone was kind and considerate and attentive. I hadn’t considered buying a nee 2921 Rav 4 but after our salesperson Donnell pointed out the value of our trade and the financing incentives from Toyota the payment wasn’t much different to buy new. I never felt pressure or like I wasn’t important like I felt at other dealers. The entire process was extremely smooth and easy and I highly recommend Faulkner Toyota and Donnell! They’ll treat you right. Their service after the sake is super. As I’ve serviced my Prius here for years. If I could give six stars I would!
I called service advisor Ryan England because my car battery was dead on my Venza. He had me call Toyota Connect for it to be jump started. He told me to bring the vehicle in after they came and they would work me in to see what caused the problem. The result causing the problem was the SOS emergency button was draining.the battery. He told me that they had to re-program the SOS connection. He said everything was corrected. I am very pleased with the service department and also the sales personnel at Faulkner Toyota.

Shout out to Lee! My daughter, my dog and I are on a 10k road trip across around the country. We were in need of our scheduled maintenance and have been trying (without luck) to get an appt for the last 2000 miles. On a whim, I decided to stop by Faulkner Toyota around noon today as a Hail Mary. Luckily for me, Lee was working. He managed to squeeze us into their booked schedule so I would feel safe on the road. I even gave him the wrong phone number and he ran over to the cafe next door to let us know our car was ready. I am so grateful for the awesome customer service and the extra mile Lee took to make our road trip better!
I bought a brand new 2021 Toyota Camry from this dealership and I was very impressed with their service! Things were originally off to a bumpy start at first because due to some confusion, it was implied that it the car I am buying is to have a sunroof, which it didn’t. I didn’t test drive the car because I had test driven another Camry, and was told they would be exactly the same, so I skipped the test drive (I don’t recommend this to anyone). After finishing up the paperwork, committing myself to a car loan and receiving the keys, I went out to see the car and with my new angle I noticed right away - there is no sunroof. I quickly mentioned this to the salesman and he was instantly understanding and apologetic. I was honestly confused at how helpful and trustworthy they were, I was expecting it to be a costly conflict, but boy was I wrong. Over the course of the following month, management worked with me to make sure the car is exactly what I expected, and had a sunroof installed for me! It doesn’t affect my existing car warranty, and has its own lifetime warranty. It was clear that they just wanted me to walk away with a good experience, and ultimately, I did. I am so impressed and happy with all they were able to do for me and I highly recommend working with this dealership, these are some great guys!

I wanted to be 4 years and they put me on 6 years and never told me . Be extremely careful when youre assigning anything with the finance. Dont recommend going to this Toyota dealership. Total car cost 26,000 I have to pay in finance 13,000 😒 Do not go to this Toyota dealership. I already went there and they said they cant do nothing about it so this will be posted until it changes.

Be VERY wary of anything their service department tells you!! Our niece took her car (2015 Corolla) that she bought from her Grandfather (my Dad who is 81 yrs. Old) in for an oil change. After her oil was changed, they then tell her she needs $400 worth of brakes & rotors. Not only do I KNOW this was UNTRUE because we just had the car inspected...I know how my dad drives it...rarely over 60 mph!! We will NEVER be back nor will anyone in our family. We will also be contacting corporate customer services to report these thieves.

After visiting other dealerships, looking to purchase a new vehicle, my spouse and I were getting pretty frustrated with the lack of customer service we were receiving. That all changed when we pulled into Faulkner Toyota! My spouse and I work very closely with many individuals in our day to day careers and know what it takes to deliver the Wow factor to our own customers. My spouse drives a very large truck and we werent sure where we could park that day out of the way from other cars parked in the front lot. We were so impressed by the fact our salesman kindly offered us a spot right in front of the building so we didnt have to park far away and walk. That salesman now is definitely our go to Car guy! Navorro, from the first moment we walked in, was top notch! You can tell the difference in enthusiasm when someone loves what they do and care about their customers! We drove my car and were filling out paperwork within an hour! No waiting around, no jokes no gimmicks! We picked up my car the next day after work and she was perfect! On June 2, after driving from Boston, ended up with a bolt in my left rear tire on my 2018 Tacoma which I love. I discovered while trying to change the tire that the dealer ....Toyota of Nashua neglected to include the appropriate lug key in my repair kit so I needed to have the Tacoma towed to Faulkner Toyota.I was greeted by Lee Sprout the Service Manger who was immediately helpful and expedited getting my Tacoma tire issue resolved. They removed the damaged tire and replaced all the lock lug nuts with regular lugs. Im done with lock lugs..... Lee and his staff were extremely efficient and professional. I will no longer be using Toyota of Nahua for anything and anytime Im in central Penna and need Toyota service.....Faulkner is the only place Ill be going. I highly recommend them for all things Toyota .Mike S

Jason hooked me up with a 2008 Rav4 Sport V6. I told him a specific one I found online, and he pointed out an older one right outside his office and Im glad he did. It was everything I was looking for and more. Great price point, had more features than the other one I was looking at, and he never once made me feel like I need to buy the car. Their financial member EB was really cool and made sure he didnt waste our time sitting with him behind the computer. It took a while for him to get things done in his office but when he came out with everything to sign, it was fast and easy. Again, never pressured me to buy anything more than what I was looking for. 10/10 would recommend.

I didnt think ant truck could compare to my 2018 Tundra. But since I traded to the 2021 Tundra Im really glad I did. My first dealings with Faulkner was by far the best ever and my last deal with Faulkner was even better. Im glad I made the trip from Williamsport Pa it was well worth it.
Finding a vehicle in this environment without being beheaded isnt easy. Outside of this environment, I was beheaded. I had looked at the only two Tundras available in Rockville, Maryland days before where they commanded $5K over MSRP. I paid MSRP. It was raining when I took delivery. Other than a rock chip in the windshield, we are happy with our purchase. We bought the best full size pickup. Several other dealerships behaved as if I should beg them to sell me a vehicle, and many were actively price gouging. Our economy is on a slippery slope vehicle, real estate, all staples prices are hyper inflated. On a macro scale this doesnt likely end well. However, my purchase experience at Faulkner Toyota was a positive one. If you buy a new car have the sales person go through the features, there are many. The Tundra is a powerful, spacious, well made product that tends to maintain value. In this inflated environment, we couldnt waste $ on a quickly depreciating and mechanically inferior domestic .

All repairs/replacement parts needed were explained in a way I could easily understand and all questions were answered. Very clean environment. Inspection/repair was complete in a very timely manner. Faulkner Toyota Harrisburg serviced our 2004 Toyota Sienna (216,000 miles) as follows:1) Replaced automatic transmission (AT) with Toyota remanufactured AT.2) AT works normally now.3) Checked for and serviced front brakes, rear springs, right taillight.4) All repairs good but car interior smells like the inside of a repair shop.5) Slight rattle exists under the car; may be heat shield for exhaust.6) Repair price was reasonable; prompt service.Would have given 5 stars except for inside car smell and rattling noise.
When I got home my husband asked me did they give you the option to keep your old hybrid battery, because many time they recharge them and resell them. I said no the salesperson never even asked me that and we wondered why collectively. Additionally, the time they took to fix it was longer than expected just to change a battery in excess of 2 1/2 hours. This was the reason for the low rating and the customer bathrooms were very nasty and smelly!
Service at Toyota is always top notch. Even during this pandemic, the staff are super friendly and helpful. I only waited a short time for my car to be serviced. Been servicing my Toyota vehicles here since 2005. Love them!

Overall, very awesome experience. I made the appointment 3 or 4 days ahead on the site. Very easy and convenient. Everybody was nice and friendly! I knocked off a star purely for having to wait over 2 hours when I had an appointment for an oil change and inspection on a 2018 vehicle.

Staff is very friendly, attentive, and quick to respond to inquiries. Was the first dealership of many to treat my husband and I with respect and not like children. Were young adults and were upgrading from college beater. They worked with different companies to ensure we got the best rates available to us. We came from Rochester, NY (a 5 hour drive) and they made sure our time wasnt wasted. There was only one person handling all the financial/paperwork for the Saturday that we went so it took a little longer than usual to get everything together, but it was well worth the wait we left the dealership with an immaculately clean car!

We were looking at multiple different cars and brands, but ultimately decided to go with the Toyota because our experience with Donnell made us want to buy a car from Faulkner Toyota more than any other dealership. We requested a hitch for the vehicle, which was scheduled the week after we bought it, and the service representatives were equally as friendly. The only negative aspect of our experience was with the Finance manager, which is why this review is 4 stars instead of 5. I felt as though he was pressuring us after we repeatedly declined his offers for additional warranty packages. I understand that selling these packages is part of his job, but his level of pressure escalated from normal to offensive very quickly. I would still recommend Faulkner Toyota, and plan to continue to do business with them in the future.

Work done was great. First visit to Faulkner service was wonderful. ( I cant remember the pleasant gentlemans name) my Second visit Lee was less than helpful and unprofessional. Ive never met a service person not look you in the eye when talking to you and when asked a question made me feel like I should have know the answer.

They will work with you on figuring out the best payment options for you as well.
