My wife and I purchased a 2011 Odyssey just a few days ago. The staff were extremely friendly and professional throughout the experience. We have already driven a few hundred miles just in the last few days up and down mountains and the vehicle handles like a dream. They updated the inspection the day we purchased the vehicle and so far everything has checked out. There are a few minor hiccups with the vehicle like the auto sliding door sensors, but that was easily fixed by resetting the sensor manually. You cant have perfect when buying a used vehicle so I expected a few things to be a bit off. I can honestly say that I feel safe having my family in this vehicle, more so than I did our last. When Im ready to find a car for my work commute, I will most definitely be coming back here first before I go anywhere else. My brother purchased a 2009 Pontiac G6 GT from here and has had nothing but problem after problem after problem after problem with this car. Its constantly in the shop. They refused to return his phone calls and they schedule with him for when the parts are supposed to be coming in and then they never contacted him back. If you like buying money pits, I would highly recommend buying the junk sold here. If you want a car that isnt gonna be in the shop every few days and cost you everything you have, stay away from this place. This place is a complete rip off. Today I came home with my newly inspected Chevy Avalanche Im super happy! the salesman I worked with his name is Kerry, he was very accommodating. When I walked in there I was in a rare situation where my car was in an accident I was in dire need for a vehicle I didnt have much money. However I was approved for a loan thought a third party company they use. I declined and I was able to put a down payment on the car until some more money came in. After a few mishaps I was able to purchase the vehicle with no problems at all on their end. The owner Dwight was extremely polite and easily accessible, when I needed questions answered. Being in the business was very laid back they made me feel like they care about the customer and they werent just trying to sell a vehicle.This is my third vehicle I purchased from Below Blue Book Auto Sales since late 2014 when they first opened Ive purchased a Sudan, a van, and now currently a truck. None of the vehicles I ever had had any issues they only needed maintenance work in the reason why I got rid of them was because I want something different. I have purchased vehicles from other dealerships in the area and by far this is the one I recommend to anyone. It might be a small selection but youll find your gem.

Bought a car cash in full $3000 last week. Drove an hour to go look at the car and when I got there this windshield read 3/10 inspection with no safety emissions sticker. Remind you it was advertised as inspected and new pa emissions until 12/20 on the listing. When I mentioned it they said it was a mistake on their part and Kev said he would make it right by bringing it in next week to get inspected and anything that needed done he would cover for the inconvenience. I agreed to that and continued to purchase the car. I call back a week later and after getting a second opinion on the car I was told it was in good shape except for the tires. The description also said “great tires”. After bringing this to kevs attention I was told i have to pay for everything because he litteraly made what he put into it!! Why are you on this business if you’re penny pinching out your customers when I just put $3000 in your pocket. I’m not a hater by any means or have I ever left any kind of review before. I just want people to beware what type of clowns are running a business like this. And if the owner responds on some “we tried to help” I’ve got screenshots of everything.Update!!! Dwight the actual owner contacted me and made it right that my car was to be inspected and tire replaced tomorrow. My fiancé bought a 2002 GMC sierra 2500HD we have had nothing but problems first the water pump was shot and leaking then we find out the shackle mounts are rusted out and we need to replace them then The check engine light comes on and it’s knock sensor number two so of course we replaced them both and since we bought it we have notice an oil leak welp the garage found it the rear main seal is shot!!! So we paid 8500 plus tax and tags and we have done nothing but put money into this truck I would not recommend this place!!!

I replaced a wrecked Jeep with a used Jeep. The vehicle I purchased was cleaner and in better working condition than 8 or so others I test drove at other dealers throughout the region. These guys bought it, made the necessary repairs, got it inspected and spent a couple dollars to make it more appealing to the driver (new leather on the front seat). They didnt make false claims and were willing to deal. I negotiated terms and declined the warranty provided with the vehicle. It has only been a couple weeks but no issues.If there are issues with the car I will take care of them. It is important to understand what you are buying, this vehicle is not new and did not come with a new price tag. At the age of the vehicle you know things are going to need to be repaired eventually, that is after all why the original Owner is not the current Owner. This is the responsibility I accept when buying a $4000 car that is 13 years old.This wasnt the cheapest vehicle I looked at or the highest priced, it wasnt the newest or the oldest and it didnt have the most or the least miles. I bought it because it was the best deal. The price was fair and Kerry and Dwight were a pleasure to do business with. Do your research, Drive the same car elsewhere, Drive the car Below Bluebook has to offer and make your choice. They will appreciate the chance no matter what choice you make.6 Month Follow Up:I had a shaft break on a power steering pump (an unusual issue which no one could have predicted). Got some new tires, a little brake work and some regular TLC. It would have been great if it never needed anything but I knew it would, as it is still not a new car. Spent nearly half what I bought the car for on all the work (read above about responsibility I accept). I am still VERY pleased with the purchase, and yes you read correctly...I just spent almost $2000 on repairs/maintenance.

Purchased a 2008 Ford Escape for our sons first car; so we were looking for something reliable and somewhat clean and little to no rust (its a used vehicle) . We had looked at several vehicles at other lots and they hadnt even been cleaned, torn seats, car parts thrown in the seat. But Below Bluebook Auto Sales each vehicle has clean and would make a great first or car for anyone. This car was previously keep very clean but the customer service itself sold us. He got us a new car at the auction that was a great car, I still have it and it is a great car. I then reached out to him a few months later and he gave me a Pontiac G6 that he had available. It was a great car for about a month. Then the problems started to unfold. I would ask him to take a look at it and he would tell he has no money to fix the issue. Mind you he said multiple times if there was an issue with the car he would pay to fix it. Well needless to say that never happened. If you want to get a car from here work with any guy but Rickie. He will sell you a lemon. Do your research and either ask for a Carfax or get one done on any car coming off the lot. Good luck.

I’m glad some ppl got great cars yes their customer service was good however Kerry Martin was my salesman remind you I bought 2 cars from him so I figured we had a mutual respect for each other when I got the car their were some simple things wrong that he promise to take care of he never allowed his mechanic to fix it it was always a problem with time and getting another sale was more important and no I didn’t feel like he owe me but I thought our business relationship was better than that not to mention it took me over a year to get my registration from pendot behind something that happen on their end so I won’t recommend anyone to buy a car from them cause I did that too and her engine blew in 3 months if your going to sale a used car sale a good one especially when you paying your hard earn money.

In the time span I’ve had my car, which is only two months, I’ve spent the same amount fixing it as the price of the car.Two of the tires were dry rotted after been told they were new.The starter, fly wheel, ball joints, wheel bearings and sway bar needed to be replaced.And when some of the issues were addressed I was accused of it being me riding the car too hard and potholes.I would never return or recommend.Update:I didn’t say a bunch of stuff in person because I am a calm and no use in yelling at you in person when I had already decided I’m never coming to your business again.You put money into it because you knew you screwed me over. It also took damn near three weeks for you to do it.A lot of the additional issues were pointed out once I took it to a different shop. I went in for the wheel bearings and two new front tires and was met with a host of other issues. A couple of potholes don’t mess up your car that bad and also where I live there aren’t any. It’s interesting how you have no comment on the fact you put dry rotted tires on my car and passed them off as new.Is my review really that shocking? Because when I told people at my job where I got my car everyone said “Why would you go there? They stay doing that”. So it seems you have a reputation as is.You’ll be hearing from my father though.Have a blessed week.

Called ahead about a vehicle that was posted. I was told the vehicle was on the lot. Went to the lot and I was told that they hadnt had the vehicle for weeks but I was welcome to browse. Every vehicle there was in at best fair condition. Most were poor. Leaking fluids, bad paint, missing trim. This is an example of the difference between cheap and inexpensive.

Ive had some bad experiences with other dealerships to where Ive had the car for only 5-8 months so this place I highly recommend. Im in the process of getting another car with my boyfriend and theyre willing to work with us because of our financial situation. They let us put a little down on it and work little by little to pay it off. I always recommend coming here to get used and good running cars at a cheap and affordable price.

At first I thought I had a great car but every month it seems another thing was wrong with it and it kept cutting off everytime I drive it now I paid 1600 dollars for a 2000 Buick lasabre that isn’t worth 300 dollars after Midas looked at it. Over 4000 dollars in repairs I would have to do just for the car to be enough to safely drive the service is great don’t get me wrong but the car is garbage mind you I got the car in January

Staff was very polite and all. Owner gave me a deal as well. But, I bought a 2006 2.0T Passat there a year ago and the timing belt already went bad after the mechanic looked at it and said it looked recently replaced but he was unsure. I understand that and I know buying a used car you can run into that problem that nothing is perfect but I was disappointed because it is going to cost me $1300 when I paid $3900.

So June 10 I purchased a 2006 Ford Freestyle ($1000, finance for $4000) from Below Bluebook Auto Sales... Nice people, this car was clean so I was super happy when I signed to finance the vehicle. June 14 the car started accelerating on its own, then shutting off on its own. I called on June 14 told them the issues they told me to bring it in. Even though I could not bring it in immediately due to vacation scheduled I brought it in as soon as possible. I had to drive it to New york so as they were looking into the car I asked them will I be able to drive it to NYC, they repeatedly said yes, it should be fine to do so. I trusted them, plus who wants to buy a car that they cant drive. I drove it with my kids in the car because no one told me I shouldnt drive it if so I wouldnt have taken the risk. I expressed that I needed to get to nyc but I need to make sure it will be ok to drive the car. They told me it should be ok. I drove to nyc in the middle of high traffic highway on a bridge entering staten island the car shuts off. I got so scared I placed her on neutral and turned her back on and managed to slowly but surely get her on the shoulder lane. We had to sit for nearly half an hour in a hot car waiting for an officer to escort me off the bridge. Then once my husband pushing while on neutral got the car out of the highway we had to wait estimate of 90 mins for a tow truck to get her to the closest pepboy. See, even though I wasnt angry I was scared because my kids life was my main concern. I finally called Below Bluebook to let them know what occurred. What really got me angry was the back and forth then finally the answer that was provided was We cannot do anything for you unless yo uh bring the car in and then they would pay for half the expenses I stood stranded in nyc for 3 days to figure out what would occur, Paid for towing. The sad part is that if this would have happen months apart I would accept it. What I didnt agree is that there was no warning and it all occurred within 30 days of getting the car. It only took me a month later July 27 to write a review because I was curious to see if they even care to reach out and see how I made out and no one ever reach out. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone and if so you in desperate for a car and feel as you have no other choice, please make sure you get good warranty. As is, is not the problem or even no full disclosure in the beginning, is the aftermath that can affect you big time. Now I have to pay lawyer fees.

Purchased a Nissan Maxima in November. Had two issues with the car and Dwight made sure the problems were solved. Other than that no complaints at all :)

Nice little dealership with great prices. Might actually be one of the only dealerships around with cars you can actually purchase straight out without payments. Not many dealerships with cars for $2000. Small selection however and 2 out of the 3 cars I wanted to check.out were sold already.
