Mia is Awesome!

Great experience as I stopped in after seeing a sign for an Iphone 7 for $49.99. My daughters both want a cell phone and I finally am ready to allow, so as you can imagine I had lots of questions. Not only were they all answered but both staff members proactively found us the best deals for both the phones and activation! They were very helpful and answered all the questions my daughter had with enthusiasm. I am so pleased with thr service I will be bringing my phone over as well. Thanks!

***Update*** 2 years ago I posted very helpful. I want to update that to extremely helpful! Mia answered ALL of my questions, helped me purchase a great phone within budget and never rushed me. Boost is fortunate to have such a knowledgeable, courteous employee! It was a pleasure working with her and am very satisfied with the phone and the service!

Not a fan. Went to purchase internet and I was ripped off. Paid 80 for my internet through prepaid and they didn’t activate it at all. I would not recommend this store. Don’t go here. I was promised a call back you know they’re closing and I’m not going to hear back. Never ever again. My next call will be to shavones boss after I was ripped off and she screwed my account and never called me back. I now get a busy signal. This has been going on for an hour. These people have no idea what they’re doing and will leave you high and dry after they screw up your account.

If I could give 0 stars I would bought a new phone and screen protector they werent able to put it on the item was defective with a scratch on the screen protector I then called them they said it wouldnt be a problem I come in the next day and they say they wouldnt swap it out for a new screen protector last time I go to a boost store just go to Amazon for your accessories because these stores will treat u with no customer service.

The phone service itself is poor quality👎🏾I pd for the highest plan they have and the data runs out too fast and the speed for unlimited is slow as HELL!!

The service here is top notch and they go out of their way to make every accommodation. Only reason theres not five stars is that currently theyre suffering from a supply issue with SIMs, promotional phones, etc. Not staffs fault but something that needs to be addressed.

Absolutely horrible customer service girl at the front very arrogant and rude manager stood there said nothing this isnt the first time i was at another location when the same woman was inviting a customer to come to this location to fight her she was screaming and cursing while on speaker with children around spent 45 minutes arguing with customer had a 5 or so people waiting while they argued she is definitely someone who should not be representing boost mobile

The lady in the store was arrogant. Its boost mobile, not corporate she needs to calm down.
