Pay money for service and get little help. If you have your phone past 7 days they dont want to help you. I went back twice within the 7 days and staff didnt want to take my phone back. I think its time to leave cricket and go to another carrier. and it states 7 day return policy.

Staff was very helpful and did everything to accommodate me. Fun and friendly. Nice atmosphere. I would definitely go back again for my cell phone needs.
