Switched over from boost. Didnt get to do exactly what I wanted but found a good alternative to everything both phone and plan wise. Shout out to Javier for being a stellar associate with the patience of a saint!

I don’t have T-mobile but a friend does. Customer service 1-800 wasn’t any help in understanding his new plan. Call the local T-mobile spot and I forget his name but he was very helpful and informative. Kept to the facts. I wish I had remembered his name. Thank you for the assistance.

Called this store to see if they had a specific case for my phone. They said yes, we dont have a lot, but we do have some. I asked again, for the specific case, he again said yes. I drove 20 minutes from the other side of the bridge because they said they had it. Get there...and they dont have it. Qorst customer service.

Mike helped me port over from ATT.Hardest part was getting my account number FROM ATT!In 15 minutes I had a successful port over with proof on my phone.Never had such a quick, non-issue porting.The store is located at main entrance, on your right directly after entering...so helpful as I REALLY despise malls.

Had very bad experience here. I had to pay extra money for my iPhone X because of them . Few months back during Thanks Giving time there was a trade in offer for my old phone . I traded my old and paid the initial amount for my phone . After receiving a text message from t mobile when I went the store to check, they said my credit card rejected and i have to inquire credit card people . I did as they said. Credit card rejected transaction because they entered wrong billing address. In spite of me explaining this to them they did nothing . Old offer expired and I had to pay full amount .

Ive been with T-mobile for years and they have treated me very well as a customer..I would recommend T-mobile to anyone

Was denied service and kicked out for not wearing a mask today. I have stage 3 esophageal cancer and can not wear one. Travis at this store was ignorant, rude and aggressive

Bad service in this store, an agent working there his name Mathew he said to me that my bill will be 83$ but I found out that my bill will be 108$ also he confirmed that my contract is for 12 months but it’s for 24 months. I’m going to switch to another operator 😔because he took advantage of my bad knowledge in English that’s sad

Called in, asked Javier if they had AirPods, he said yeah they have a 3 pairs in stock, i asked if they could hold one and i would be there in 10 minutes, he said no problem. I take my lunch break from work and take a drive to the mall, and Javier says they sold out earlier that day, but he could order them in for me. Pretty much lied to get me into the store to force an accessory order so he can get the accessory commission. 1 star for dishonest practices.
