I bought a used PS4 controller for $64.00 then it stopped working I didnt have it very long maybe a month & 1/2 possibly 2 months & they didnt have another one and so they told me not to worry about not having the receipt theyd pull it up in their computer, what a joke that was I got back $51. or 52. something dollars and some odd change. Ill be going to Paducah KY from here on out should I want anything else! I dont have any tolerance for liars or ignorance or anyone wasting my time I live in Golconda Illinois having to travel for 40 minutes then they rip me off after telling me not to worry about bringing the receipt. Nah Im good. They can keep their business and everything else in it.Then there was another customer in there with his 2 children buying PS5 games bragging about how theyd just bought their system but wouldnt be getting it til October 1st this was in the latter part of August, the gentleman just wouldnt quit going on and on about it I mean I know that they were excited and I was happy for them but I wanted to do My own business and just leave, this guy just didnt seem care about anyone else accept for himself and his children were running all over the store Dad I want this PS5 game ect.. I finally had to butt in get my business done so I could just leave otherwise Id of been there til the clerk was closing up shop. That guy didnt need them games at that particular moment and he knew it he just didnt really care. So yeah Im Paducah KY bound should I have any further need in the future for going to GameStop. Harrisburg Illinois GameStop employees just hasnt been taught correctly I guess.With All of that said I hope that you all have a wonderful day! Be safe and well. Also Happy gaming!

Id like to brag on your manager India. I came in yesterday to customer yelling nasty things over her asking him politely to wear a mask this is the second time I’ve seen this girl be belittled over her just asking them to wear a mask. Both times she stayed calm. talking with her I found out she’s only been there 3 months which was a surprise to me she’s the most helpful employee I’ve seen at that store in awhile. Constantly checking on customers. Constantly cleaning. Always telling me about the best deals. That girl needs some recognition because she’s definitely the best thing that store has seen in awhile.

Need it for the children and they always make sure Im 100% satisfied before I leave.

Bought a ps3 and warranty from this store...recently its been messing up and not acting right...so i call them to find out how to exchange for new one and they say they dont have any ps3s to call the one in marion...well i did and they said harrisburg store should take care of it....well called a few times after and they emailed the a gamestop that would have one...and was told i would get a call back as soon as the email comes in...one month later and still nothing. What a joke! They give warranties they cant even back up...but im not letting this go. I will get my ps3 Im owed.

Small for a Game Stop. Still has a lot of the products I enjoy. Has many deals and sales going at any given time. Anything you can do at a larger, you can do here (pre-ordering, trading, etc.)

Great place for all your gaming needs. If they dont have it they will take as long as it takes to find what you need online and get it ordered for you.

Good variety of things and the employees were helpful. The prices were higher than competitive chain stores. I came in to price a new Xbox they were about $40 higher than other stores.

Harrisburg Gamestop is pretty low pressure. The salesman was really helpful and wants to be so.

These retards keep selling junk ass products claiming it is MY fault that THEY sold me an iPhone THREE times that did not work. Including an xbox. So now they are telling me they want $60 more to replace it because they do not have anymore of that brand so I have to upgrade to the next one. WHY WOULD I DO THAT? To top it all off I just told corporate and he just sat there not saying much and then keeps repeating Well, the store checks the items before purchase and before sale. IF they did that then they would have noticed that IT DONT TURN ON! DO NOT USE THIS GAMESTOP! ITS JUNK! I shouldnt even have gave 1 star, they deserve none.Edit: With new staff, since they moved, the place is a whole lot better. Ask for Ronald when you go there. Hell take care of anything you need.
