Best experience ever at a Verizon store! Todd was kind and explained everything that needed to be done and even made my old plan more up to date! He was amazing!

We stopped by to see about a new screen protector for my iPhone.Todd suggested we try a liquid glass treatment.We decided to do my iPhone, and my wife’s iPhone.The whole process took only a few minutes, and Todd was very knowledgeable, and helpful!

I switched from another carrier to Verizon. Todd took the time to explain the entire transition process, and made it as quick and easy as possible.

Nate was very helpful! He let us know about current sales with phone accessories, as well as bundling all 3 of our phones & tablet for insurance as opposed to having separate insurance on only the phones! We came in to get a phone for our son, Nate walked us through our best options as well as well best phone choice! He was very Patient, and extremely helpful.Thanks again 💪

Terrible manager to work for and deal with, he is very rude to staff and customers. He is almost always late. He never trained me had other employees do it and he never spoke to me. He never gave me a chance, he is racist and he told me “my type didn’t fit the role” WHAT DOES THAT MEAN.??!!! He himself has said he can not be touched because he is such a good salesmen. Just an unacceptable person to have in a manager position.

Was told one thing go in and get to the end of the transaction only to find out the person that set everything up previous did not know what they were doing which ended up costing me 200.00 on a trade. Will never use this location again.
