My experience today was wonderful !! Nikki was so helpful with the greatest personality, she made things easy to understand, help me change my service provider over to Verizon, helped me pick out a great phone a case to go with it . There was a little wait but not long, and while I waited I couldnt help but listen while she dealt with other customers, the patients and charm and personality, the way she treated all of her costumers, just wow !!! What an employee yall have . I usually dont take the time to do surveys, as a single parent, my time is very limited .. although with customer service like that, I had to make time ! 5starts A+

I came to Verizon TCC in Harrisburg to get a phone upgrade. The service was exceptional. Nikki Fly answered my questions and helped me make the best choice for my circumstances. I never felt pushed to make a particular purchase, which will bring me back again for my future Verizon purchases. All of the staff is helpful. I was impressed with the genuine patience they had for their customers.

Ive been using this store for about 5 years and absolutely love it! I drive an hour just to go to this store and wouldnt consider going to any other one! You can feel the friendly atmosphere as soon as you walk in and the workers actually care about the customers. I absolutely love going to this store when I need help with my phone!

I am so impressed with the team here. I called to see if I could upgrade my 81 year old dads phone and Mary quickly took my info, told me my options and offered to help us get through the process quickly. When I arrived, she had the phone options ready for me to see and talked me through the prices.. she so quickly swapped out the phones, patiently explained it all to my dad and made sure his data and apps and bluetooth were all working before we left. They really gave us a great customer experience and handled a fairly large number of customers as we went through the upgrade process.. thr true A team! We will definitely be back!
