The UD GameStop in Harrisburg has some of the friendliest workers who also know a great deal about gaming. They put the customer before making money, genuinely wanting to help you make the best decisions. Definitely some of the best customer service I experienced, which isnt easy to find.

The Manager On Duty Was Very Unknowledgeable On This That Were Going On And When Asked About Products He Could Not Give. A Straight Answer.

Just happy I was able to find some things, was hopping from one to another for a minute. Left satisfied tho

Should have gotten dudes name but he was great i was in harrisburg visiting and customer service was great i happened to be listening to music and he recognized it and we had a good short conversation about hip hop and he made my day and also bought sonic mania so thanks to him.

If i could give a zero i would( terrible customer service) the associate did not wear a mask, did not give me my receipt and under paid on trade ins( i looked up the prices via game stop.com) ill be taking my business to 2nd charles in the mall for now on

Please educate your representatives. I did a trade in quote on the website and when I asked if I could trade it in, they said nope. Without hesitation.

These guys are a busy bunch before the holidays. Working like a bunch of elfs in there. It was 11am on a Tuesday and they had helped 12 people in about 20 min. Good work guys.

The staff were friendly and very helpful.

Went in and had to stand in line for 15 minutes to ask if they had a product while the only staff person was doing a trade in. I was the only other person in the store. Otherwise it was fine.
