Customer beware: before you pay out of pocket for services or products make sure they have billed your insurance!! I was charged for products that are covered and when I called THEM to make them aware that I should not have been charged I was told that I would have to wait a few weeks before I would get my money back!! The customer is inconvenienced because the staff is not trained to do their job correctly!

Do not recommend. As a business as a doctors office you are there to ALWAYS help your patients. My prescription had expired and the only contacts I had left were in my eyes. My fault for waiting but I made an appointment and was scheduled a month out.. how ever I called because my left one was now torn! Worst situation possible.. I asked for a sample as they do when you get your trial pair or whatever.. I cant even legally drive without my contacts and I never have gotten glasses.. I was told no they would not help me. And when I called to get my expired prescription to try and order glasses online.. they gave it to me after writing expired on it and DO NOT FILL. How rude to treat a patient. I wont be back!

Dr. Eubanks is the best! Very professional, friendly, and helpful staff. Quality of care is excellent. They go above and beyond for their patients.

Worst eye office I have ever stepped foot in, not only did they put me in under a different name they wouldn’t even let me see the Dr because they booked me for a medical eye appointment and not a eye exam, left work early for nothing. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere because this place is nothing but a joke.Update: The Dr personally called me and apologized for the mix up that happened, not many Dr’s would do that so I added a few more stars than before.

I have always had a positive experience at Eubanks & Daugherty. They take the extra time to explain your vision changes. I feel confident when I leave that all of my questions have been answered and my vision has been corrected with glasses or contacts. The staff at Eubanks and Daugherty are also friendly and knowledgable.

The inside of this building looks something like from the 1920s. I love the nostalgia the staff is super friendly they are very professional and they know what theyre doing. Totally worth the money that you pay to see The physician there.

The doctors and staff at Eubanks and Daugherty have taken care of my family since I was a child. Now, we bring our five year old daughter. She is actually excited to go to her eye exams and to wear her glasses because of the wonderful and caring way that she is treated each time she walks in the doors. I cant say thank you enough to all the staff!

This office is pleasant on the phones, they are efficient and knowledgeable. All of their staff is great to work with. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
