Staff is amazing! I was helped so much. All my questions (including what does that do) were answered in detail. Eye exam was great: quick yet very thorough. I was assisted with glasses selection. Theres so many options for lenses and I was given superb assistance in selecting what was best for me; my needs AND my wants. Everyone is so knowledgeable and went to great lengths to ensure I was well taken care of. I couldnt be more happy!

Was considering switching fro glasses to contacts. I have never tried contacts, wore glasses for 30 years. The receptionists and tech were very friendly and helpful. Then I had the eye exam. The doctor said he would hurry me though the exam, which I had scheduled, seemed annoyed that I was asking questions about various contacts, and kept returning to my use during scuba diving, and not just everyday use.If I do decide on contacts, Ill go somewhere else.

Staff is always so helpful and knowledgeable. The eye doctor is wonderful. Takes my concerns seriously. Just a great place all around.

What an awesome place! The staff was amazing and the doctor did a great exam and explained things perfectly. I will definitely be going back and recommending them! Brian and Dr. McAndrew both helped me decide on an adventurous pair of glasses and I love them for it!

Both my fiance and I have purchased a pair of glasses here and we go there for Suzanne, the store manager. She provided phenomenal service each time and was very accommodating to my particular taste in eyewear. The entire staff is helpful and they keep visits light yet professional.

I give them two stars, the customer service was great but once my glasses arrived I had to send the back again because they just want adjusting to my eyes correctly. They talked me into getting the tint on them so when its really sunny they turn a grey shade, needless to say I did and wore them at little buffalo for a family reunion and every since you can see the tint chipping on them. They was also supposed to apply the glaring shield for bright lights and driving at night but it dont work I paid 300$ for my glasses my very first time getting glasses here but I can reassure you I wont be back

I’ve been coming here for years they go above and beyond and if somethings wrong they will fix it no questions asked.

Ive had eye exams at this location for at least 20 years with Dr. Daniel Korn. However, a few months ago, I received a letter from Dr. Korn stating he was moving his practice to VisionWorks in Hummelstown. In a petty and unprofessional manner, LensCrafters summarily cancelled my appointment, removed all record of prior appointments and failed to provide any notice to me.I would advise any prospective customers to avoid LensCrafters to discourage their immature behavior.

I recently visited this Lenscrafters location for an eye exam followed by purchase of a pair of safety glasses with my prescription. Dr. Ian McAndrew was thorough in his examination, extremely easy to understand, and delightfully patient to address all my questions and concerns. I felt heard, and genuinely felt like he has prepared me to understand what might be next for my not-so-young-anymore eyes. I also really admired that Dr. McAndrew had the confidence to be himself!Equally impressive was Ashley who very patiently went through all the different styles/types of safety glasses to choose from. Among the pairs I liked, she was outstandingly astute to remember what I liked about each. Such attention to detail is rare. Her zeal was just so encouraging to see and therefore, her customer service is exemplary.While finalizing my purchase and details, I also interacted Samantha. She was knowledgeable, polite, succinct, and amicable. At the same time, I could also vividly see her managerial presence in the store. Overall, in the greater Harrisburg area, this location is definitely the GO-TO location.
