Staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. They rarely dont have the part that I need and they are good about honoring warranties. NAPA tends to be my go-to and its nice to have one near by that employs ACTUAL mechanics instead of teenage flunkies like the competition does.Im a stickler for mechanics and parts shops, believe me when I say I will update this review of my experience changes.

Caveat emptor: friendly guys there, but go to the NAPA website and place an order online to pick up at the store. Itll be significantly less costly. I was charged over $120 for a set of front brake pads + rotors for our Subaru in-store. I returned the rotors because they werent needed, and only got $68 or so back. I contested this because the pads are $27.99 online. I paid over $50 for the pads in the store. They wouldnt honor the online price. Lesson learned. NAPAs pricing is inconsistent.
