I Brought a Mercury Sable in 1999 and it lasted til 2016, with 115,000 miles (I drove my Mercury from NYC to Florida no problems) it was a Wonderful Working Car. My Dad always Told me, their is No Car or SUV like a Lincoln or Subaru ~ They hold up and Out last the Most. He was Right. I own a Bob Wade Subaru.Bob Wade, as You drive onto Their lot, not many New Lincolns are left because the Sales Team didnt let COVID Play Them .. They Kept Working through it and Sold almost Every Lincoln They had available.4 are left!!!!! On the Right of the Lot, are Used Vehicles but All have Great Deals Available too.Different Colors & Models Avail. ~ ranging from A Chevy to a Toyota. Most are Trade-ins with Low Mileage. I bought my Hyundai Accent a year ago from Alan Click. He helped me every step of the way and even had me picked up and taken to the dealership to pick up my car. I visited the dealership several different times, and drove a few different cars. They listened to my needs, and didnt try to take advantage of me or sell me something that wasnt good for me. (Unlike some other places I have dealt with in the past.) Everyone was super helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly...especially Joe. He was also very upfront and honest, about all the vehicles. I happened to come in on a day that Joe was off, and Jay was able to step in and get the purchasing process started for me. Candace was amazing as well. She explained all the paperwork to me, and made my transition into my new car a great experience! They assisted me every step of the way, and were able to answer all my questions. Joe, Jay, and Candace made me feel very comfortable and were great to work with, and I couldnt be any happier! The lady at the check-in desk was awesome too, but I did not get her name. This is my second Subaru. In 2011 had a similar positive experience at Bob Wade. Over the years I have heard comments from others about their honesty and personal interest in their customers. I have never been disappointed. My son had spoken with Aaron Baldwin - said he was very friendly. When I went back with my son, Rachel Gioscio helped us. She was kind, friendly and patient. It was nice to see that the employees together have a great rapport. Their manager Steve was also very helpful and friendly. When I went to finalize the sale, Brandon Mitchell helped me. He was extremely helpful, friendly and kind. He made the deal very fair and desirable. I was happy to learn a little about his background and family. I WISH I COULD GIVE LESS THAN A 1STAR REVIEW!! We found a vehicle listed online. Contacted Bob Wade, agreed to a deal in principle, and they declined to take a deposit. My 65 year old mother drove 5 hours straight through the WV mountains to pick up our vehicle, and what do you know, THEY JUST SOLD IT!! WHAT AN ABOLSUTE JOKE!!! They barely apologized and in fact got in combative and tried to defend their actions. THEY REFUSED TO TAKE A DEPOSIT. WE DROVE 5 HOURS TO GET A CAR FOR NOTHING. THIS SHOULD BE CRIMINAL. Id be satisfied if they reimbursed us for the fuel, but no, just out 300 miles worth of fuel and a whole day shot. NEVER AGAIN. To clarify. Chris Payne was our sales representative, and his sales manager who refused to give me a name was the individual who told me to kick rocks in their own words. These people are why used car salesman have a terrible reputation.

First, I must acknowledge that my review may be partly biased by how much I like our new Forester Premium, which fully deserves its Consumer Reports rating as the best in its class. That said, this purchase experience was different than with all my past vehicle purchases. This is the first dealership Ive been to where no-one was pushy. My sales person owned a Forester and did a through job of showing all the vehicles features in a friendly, non-pushy way. The other staff I dealt with were equally friendly and helpful. They seem to believe that Subaru cars largely sell themselves, which was true for me. I researched to find what I thought was a fair price, which they accepted after checking with the sales director. The Forester came in perfect shape. The dealer services sound good and I plan to have it serviced there, which I dont usually do. My wife has become possessive of the Forester, and Im seriously thinking of getting one for myself..

My experience buying a new car at Bob Wade was great. They completed all the work needed to register a new car for me including the DMV registration, license plates, and updating my insurance. Marshall did an excellent job allowing me to find the car that I wanted. He explained the features of the car really well before and after the purchase and he helped me setup my car so that I would be comfortable using all the features. He and Helen explained and simplified all of the necessary paper work for an easy transaction.

I purchased a 13 Dodge Journey from Travis. Travis is probably the most honest, genuine person to deal with. He really cares about what he does and tries to get the best deal for you as a customer. I worked with Joe Gioscio on buying a 2012 Fiat 500. I found him to be straight up, prompt with answers, if he did not know something he found it out right away. An easy going demeanor made it a pleasure to work with him. When he asked me a buying price or monthly payment, he then worked to get it to what I had asked. Funny how you walk into a car dealership and who you get is so random. We could not have had someone more personable. He had me on his cell phone, as a customer, and would still pick up even when at home. Plus he was very articulate about players, games, and even innings of the St. Louis Cardinals.

Brian Strahin was the dealer I was connected to from the time I was first contacted by the dealership after pricing the vehicle online with Consumer Reports. He made buying the new car I wanted easy and painless.I was sold an Easy Care Service warranty after the sale when financing was set up that came with a 30 day 100% refund. After I got home and looked at the material, I decided to cancel the warranty which cost $1764 plus $46.75 tax and called the dealership to cancel. It took about 6 weeks to get the refund for some reason and be aware that ordinarily the sales tax is non-refundable I am told. I appreciate the sales manager Scott Elyard taking an interest and assisting me with some needed answers. Without the debacle of the extended service warranty, I could not have had a more pleasant experience in purchasing a car.

I went to state inspection of my car last week. They insisted on changing my tires and some other brake related parts, and told me my car would not pass the inspection otherwise. The charges were $861. But in the inspection certificate they did not show the changes made and showed the related charges as $0. I remember when I did state inspection last year in another place, they changed one tire and it was shown in the certificate and the related charges as well. It shows that the Bob Wade is not an honest business with professionalism. As I am not a very attentive person to such kind of dirty lies I believed their words that these changes are necessary. I am very sad that I spent my hardly earned money unnecessarily.

I purchased a 2011 Nissan Versa (used) from Bob Wade Autoworld. The car had a big dent on the hood. I was told that a rock had hit it. After having to put the car in a Nissan repair shop to have the transmission replaced, I was told by them that the car had been wrecked, and had a bent front strut that must be replaced!! I reached out to Bob Wade Autoworld, to pay for the strut repair, since I did not know the car had been wrecked when I bought it. As of this review, they have not returned the calls made to them!! I cant believe a reputable dealer would not address this issue, after selling me a wrecked car. I am not able, financially, to fix the strut now. I will have to park the car. I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with Bob Wade Autoworld!!

The people are nice and turnaround is good, but I dont think they offer good value. I have had my oil changed there six times and every time the price was different and the invoices are unnecessarily convoluted. As soon as my car is out of warranty period it will only return to the dealer for recalls and maybe the occasional free multi point check. Routine maintenance is 3 to 10 times overpriced. I can buy a quality CAF from AutoZone for $15. Why would I pay $60 when it probably cost the dealer $4 and takes less than a minute and requires no tools to replace?

On our way to Maine, we experienced slight engine trouble with our Ford RV. While a Ford dealer in the same area refused to even talk to us about the difficulties we had and practically told us to go away, the people at Bob Wade Autoworld tried their very best to help us out. They were not set up to work on an RV, but nevertheless did everything in their power to solve our problem. The lady at the reception desk, I believe her name was Dawn, even offered us the use of her personal car, so that we might be able to go pick up something from an automotive supply place. In the end, they were able to have the item delivered to us at no inconvenience to us other than a maybe 30 minute wait. What a difference between Bob Wade and the Ford dealership. I didnt like the sound. I had another appointment in Harrisonburg.I stopped at the shop without an appointment and asked the service guys if they would be able to check. They checked and added transmission fluid which seemed to resolve the noise issue right away = and then they asked if I would like the car washed. All was done in a wonderful way...and I truly appreciated ALL their efforts.This was extra special since I was leaving the next day and traveling alone to New York. They gave me the extra comfort I needed to know that I could travel and not worry about breaking down.

I had been looking for a good deal on a used vehicle for over two months and had finally come down to two vehicles from CarMax; however, I wanted to take one last look before making any final decisions and wound up speaking with Aaron Baldwin from Bob Wade Autoworld. From the start, I felt more comfortable on their lot than any other dealership; Aaron quickly established what I was looking for and did not try to upsell anything to me. I truly felt as though he was trying to simply find the best fit for me rather than sell me anything with big dollar signs and promises of big commissions. Furthermore, I appreciate that his first determination was earning my business, which he truly did, and his flexibility and understanding when i told him that I had other cars I was considering; that is to say that he was not pushy. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles on the lot and was great about sticking only to the cars that he knew would fit both my budget and needs. I was so impressed with both his services and the servicing deals through the Bob Wades dealership that I felt it was a no-brainer to make my decision.Perhaps my only complaint was in the actual purchasing of the car. While they were very good about finding a reliable and affordable rate for me (everyone I have talked to about it has been impressed with the deal), the person who took me through the paperwork went at a very fast pace which was a little scary for me since this was my first time buying through a dealership. I had to remind her once or twice that I would like to look over some of the paperwork slowly to ensure my understanding of the payments being made and the signatures I was providing. Otherwise, she was very pleasant and helpful with my questions.Truly a great experience!

Worked with Chris Hite (as well as Scott Elyard and their lease specialist, Candace Stearn) and all were great. Chirss attentiveness to my needs and wants was tremendous. To the point of my having mentioned a great disdain for dealer branding on cars (you know, the license plate frames and dealership branding sticker) on Friday, in passing. Lo-and-behold, on Tuesday when getting the car, all signs of branding had been removed!Cant wait to work with the Bob Wade Lincoln team again!
