They are scam artists the sales man should not even be allowed to sell vehicles could not give me a straigh answer

I saw a 2009 Ford Mustang convertible from Marketplace on Facebook and within the week I drove her home! Great deal and customer service with Dominic and Chris, they made sure my requests were completed before I drove off the lot. Bought a car from these clowns last week, within a few days it broke down, in limp mode with the engine management light on. Took it back to them they refuse to turn the management light off nevermind fix it. Turns out its a DPF issue and will cost over $700 to fix. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE. ABOSULTE RUBBISH ON THEIR FORECOURT.

Went and got a car from them and they sold me a LEMON!! Car went to junk within just a few days. Took it back for them to fix it and they refused to do anything! If I could give 0 zero stars I would. My advice is take your money to some place that isn’t full of crooks!!

I have been waiting 11 months on a part to come in to repair the broken vehicle they sold me. I will not be buying anymore and urge everyone to beware of them. They have played phone games with me for almost a year and my vehicle still isnt fixed.

Called them..told them exactly what I wanted and how I wanted it financed. When I got there I was welcomed by a very positive and friendly salesperson. No pressure and gave me exactly what I wanted. If you go here just ask for J J.

I bought a vehicle a couple of months ago. They refuse to fix the problems that have been happening with it and they have been very poor of service since I bought it. This has never happened with any of my vehicles in my life.

Sold a friend of mine a bad car knowing it’s bad.

My husband and I bought a beautiful 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee from this car lot. The air shocks in the front were messed up so they had to replace those before we bought it. It couldnt even be driven at that point. The on site mechanic replaced them with after market shocks. I think he had limited experience working on this kind of suspension and didnt realize that the hose also had to be replaced. So, they took it to the Jeep dealership to have this part of it repaired. About a month after we bought the vehicle the shocks developed an air leak. The very shocks that the car lot put on the vehicle. It needed a $60 check valve replaced because apparently it was not installed properly. They refused to fix it. We are very disappointed in the customer service and the follow-up with this car lot. They do not stand behind their vehicles and they apparently do not want repeat business. I would avoid them and go to a more reputable dealer in the area.

They are so helpful one of the best car lots Ive ever went to actually the best car lot Chris is always trying to look out for you and do what he can to help you. Pretty good people here highly recommend.

Great place to work and really good cars

I came to them not expecting to accomplish much due to no credit or a large downpayment. And i ended up driving away with a 2014 mazda at less than 200 a month. The guys worked with Me on the down payment, even helped with the bank. Only gripe i have is they claim to have a referral program where if you send someone to them and they purchase a car, you get $100. Yeah, no. Dont hold your breath. Other than that my experience was wonderful.

A vehicle came into my shop 3 days after it was purchased from Harrisonburg Motors. It had a very recent (within 30 days) inspection sticker on it and the customer complained of a roaring sound when driving. We very quickly found it to have 2 worn out wheel bearings on the front, to the point that they were dangerous. The pads were not making contact with the rotors, and the rotors were rusted to the point where they could not be resurfaced, they would be below spec after. The entire frame is rusted, and the control arms are almost rusted through. Every bushing is dry rotted and there is quite a bit of play in other steering and suspension components. We recommended that the customer contact the dealer, which they did and the dealership informed them it was not their problem. This is not the first customer we have come across that had a very similar experience. I would avoid this used dealership and find one that is more reputable and stands behind their claims of great customer service.

Chris was very helpful with all of my questions on two vehicles, a 2007 Kia Sorento and a 2011 Kia Sorento. I decided on going with the 2011 because there was better financing options with it. I have taken it back there once for a minor issue with the vent system switching over, not something you would notice driving on a warm day. Tim was very quick on figuring out what was wrong and fixing it. They have all been super nice during this time.
