Truck shopping online and ran across exactly what I had been searching for at Key Motors a beautiful 2011 F450. Called Grant at Key Motors (5.5 hours from me) and spoke with him about the truck. Asked him if I needed to put a deposit down before I made the trip and he told me If you tell me you are coming Ill hold the truck for you till you get here. He did exactly that ! Test drove the truck and decided to buy. I absolutely understood that I was purchasing a USED vehicle. On the drive back home I heard a noise that was unusual and took it to Johnston Diesel Performance a few days later. I sent Grant proof that I had paid for the repair and without question Grant sent me reimbursement for the repair. YOU DONT GET ANYMORE HONEST THAN THAT! We recentley purchased a truck from Select key motors and thought we where getting a fair deal. Within 2 weeks from purchase date had to replace battery($190.00) brakes and rotors all around $500 to top that off 4 days after we bought it the check engine light came on. How the truck even passed Va inspection is beyond me,,, unhappy customer
