I was very happy with my experience buying a car from Twins. Honestly, I would have overlooked Twins if it wasnt for someone recommending them to me. The small lot is easy to miss, but its definitely worth checking out (at least it was for me).I was originally looking at a car just down the road from Twins at a major national used car company. However, Twins had the same car model in the same condition for 33% less, so it was a no-brainer. All of their cars come with warranties offered. I chose a 6 month warranty.Lastly, I got a great vibe from the people there which helped seal the deal for me. They are a small family business and I just got a good feeling about them. Its one of those things thats hard to put your finger on, but you know it when you feel it. Ive had the car for a month now and am very pleased with it.

I love this place! Ive purchased two cars from them. They are honest and helpful. They gave us a great deal on both cars weve purchased. When you ask to see a car they give you the keys and let you take it out on your own. No pushy sales people. They also dont do financing, which I love because theyre not going to try convincing you that you can afford whatever car you want.

I purchased 2 vehicles here and I can say I was completely satisfied both times. Just recently i went and purchased a Nissan Sentra for my daughter. The daughter at the shop is very respectful, truthful and overall nice. There’s also no pressure to purchase anything which separates this dealer from another other one. Bought my 2011 Ford Fusion Hybrid here, and they were superb.I often have to work past 5pm in lyndhurst, which would put my past their closing time, but when I told them, they actually stayed till 645 so I could come test drive what is now my car. A few days later, someone had come by wanting to BUY the same car, and theyd offered to pay cash, but after I told them my intent on getting it, they actually kept it for me. Bought a 2008 Honda Accord from the tall salesman with blonde hair at Twins Auto Sales. Wish I could remember his name for the sake of the review as he was beyond helpful. I really had an honest feel about this place and everything surrounding the car. After about fifteen test drives and a pre-purchase inspection through my own mechanic we reached a fair agreement. I owe a great detail to the incredibly helpful people at Twins Auto Sales.Having done some damage to my cars fuel tank in Harrisonburg, Leonard Yanvy happily towed us to his lot, where he and a friend diligently removed, cleaned, and repaired the tank so we could get home. The job was expected to take four hours, these guys completed it in half that time.Yanvy, who really did save us on this occasion, went above and beyond his duties to fix our car quickly. Thanks to his advice and honesty, we were quoted a very affordable price for what could have been a $3500 job had I not listened to him.Combining sincerity, professionalism, mechanical expertise and a friendly demeanour, I could not recommend this outfit more highly.
