Honestly, not that good. Half the yogurt dispensers were not frozen. Candy toppings are stale. Stone and patio no so clean. Ive had better experiences at other store, but this one needs improvement.

Gloves & sanitizer provided at this self serve frozen yogurt-ice. Very flavorful & yummy. Tons of toppings to pick from. Cashier (owner?) was extremely nice both times we went.

This place is a rare treat for us, but a treat indeed! I love the options and the possibilities of combinations they suggest. Also a lot of toppings to try. Its a bit pricey, but worth it, for a rare treat!

No Weigh Days are a scam! Signed up for their text notifications and recently started coming during these days to help support business during the pandemic. Well come to find out on No Weigh Days they take certain toppings away because they are too heavy. Umm that’s not how that would work!!! I think I will rethink my decision to support this business.

First time to sweet frog with the kiddos, cool experience however a couple of options werent available. I was made aware that Thursdays are but one get one however when I asked the cashier she said of we do that on different Wednesdays I told her from by knowledge it was Thursday. She then continued ringing us up. Im not sure if will return to this location. But we will give another one a try and hope it has better customer service.

Great froyo and toppings but the young lady that was in there tonight was not friendly at all. In the twenty or so minutes me and my family were in there she never greeted the customers or smiled and multiple times I watched her talk to her friend that was sitting in side as well talk about the customers. I would expect better customer service with this being a larger tourist town.

My children enjoyed it, but the flavors are extremely limited. Exorbitant prices!

Many choices, decent price, cashier was outside when I was going in, it was my 1st time there and I didnt know what to do, then she came in and didnt say much just charged me.

Im not really a fan of the creamy sweet frozen yogurt. I prefer the sour flavors so I was limited to the tart strawberry which was not that tart. Kids enjoy the fixings bar which has a good selection of candies to use as toppings.

The hours say the sweet frog store is open but the doors are locked and no lights are on, very unprofessional

This particular store was conveniently located just off the highway, and was well cared for (neat and clean) by a friendly staff. A perfect break from a long road trip!

Sweet frog is much like sweet bee used to be Im not sure if it is owned by the same people or not but they are exactly the same and very delicious you can pick from a bunch of different types of frozen yogurt and then a bunch of different toppings then you pay for it by the weight.it is quite expensive but you dont have to load it down with heavy toppings if youre smart.

This store has its hours posted as 11:30-10. We visited at 11:30, the open sign was on, but the doors were locked. We waited fifteen minutes and even called the store, but eventually had to leave. If they do not open at 11:30, the hours need to be updated. We could see employees in the store, but they must not have seen us.This would have been our first time eating at Sweet Frog, but we will not be returning.

My kids really enjoy picking their own flavors and loading up the fun toppings, but watch out it gets very pricey very quickly.

Service is friendly. They have a large selection of delicious froyo and LOTS of topping choices. If you answer some trivia questions correctly you can get up to 15% off.

For being a first time customer we didnt have a very good experience. As soon as we walked in the door we had no clue what to do so we stood in front of the cashier for like 5 minutes waiting to ask someone what to do.. Then we saw the lady behind the counter and like a few seconds she walked away again and didnt help so we just went over to the machines and figured it out ourselves . we got a decent amount of ice cream . and then got our toppings little did we know they charge for. Pound not for the cup. Only 4 of us and we walked out pay $25 . which to me wasnt worth it .

I normally love Sweet Frog. This location had an ant on a table. The flavor options werent as interesting as they normally are though.

Good frozen yogurt, but only 1 flavor of sugar free. They need more to get a 5 start rating.

Staff is friendly and the yogurt is good. Theyve recently introduced Dole whip, which is awesome!Unfortunately almost every time we go, several machines are down which is a bummer, and parking is tricky now that Krispy Kreme is next door. Easiest place to park is right around the side of the building. Overall, good place, we go there frequently now that its the only froyo place in town.

3 stars just because i love their ice cream even though i think they should charge for a cup not by oz, anyway we went today and our ice cream tasted like salt for some reason, i told the lady, and she had somewhat an attitude with me, she said she had cleaned the machine and that she couldnt taste it because it has too much calories, she did not offer a refund nor she offer a differt flavor since the only one with that taste was the one we got, i had to asked my self if i could get another flavor and she said yes but she seemed mad, my husband and i had to leave since we felt uncomfortable, i just think they should worrie more about customer service, i totaly felt like i was begging, plus this is not a cheap ice cream we paid like 28 for 3 cups,

Self serve frozen yogurt available in basic or unique flavors with a very large selection of toppings. They make smoothies too!

Lots of different combinations of frozen yogurts and toppings to choose from. My favorite is tart and strawberry yogurts with fresh fruit.

What can i say except YUM! This one had more toppings then the one in Williamsburg Va but both are great!
