It was a great feeling going in the office of Hearing At Home for the first time! I felt so at home and it was like I knew them all my whole life! They really have wonderful hearing aids! I hear better with these hearing aids then any I have had, and this is my 4th pair I have owned (and i should know if they are better!)! Hearing At Home is worth checking out! I’ve been wearing hearing aids my whole life. As my hearing level have been declining over the years, I’ve lost hope to hear again. I came in and was surprised to go home with brand new and updated hearing aids. They are very responsive to all of my concerns and worked to fit all of my needs including the use of Bluetooth and come up with a plan that fit my budget. I highly recommend any deaf customers to visit this business. They know what they are doing and the staffs there are all friendly and very helpful!

Best service ever! I have hearing aids purchased prior to moving to the valley. One of them broke and I didnt know where to go to have them fixed. Jimmy Stewart was holding a hearing clinic at the retirement community I live at. I am very happy to say that he was able to quickly get my hearing aids fixed and working again perfectly! He is professional, efficient and most of all a pleasure to deal with. Hearing at Home has gained a loyal customer!!

Everyone at Hearing at Home is very personable and welcoming. Even though I didn’t need hearing aids, they helped me find the right type of earphones that I needed for my small ears: Westone AC10. Courtney took molds of my ears, sent them in, and within a few weeks, I had my brand new earphones! I’d recommend them for all your hearing needs, not just hearing aids.

I would not recommend Phonak hearing aids for anyone looking into options. Have had more trouble with these in 2yrs than my entire time with less expensive model from Miracle Ear. Just recently sent in again now waiting up to 2 weeks for repair/replacement and return. Luckily istill had my old ones

Hearing at Home was a great experience. My Mother has limited mobility, so it was very helpful to have the service provided in the home. Michael Combs was great with my mother who is nearly 87, he was patient, understanding and very helpful. By the time he left, my Mother was set up with new hearing aids and she could, again, hear me speak within a normal voice range rather than a raised voice, a blessing for all concerned. I would highly recommend the service to anyone who needs to have their hearing checked or has a loved one that needs a hearing evaluation and hearing aids.

Dr. Michael Combs was excellent and Hearing at Home is a wonderful mobile hearing center. Dr. Combs explained everything to me and my wife, so that not only would we understand, but more importantly, to feel comfortable with this new normal we were experiencing. He explained all of the options available to us, he provided a hearing exam, and he was correct, I was more comfortable, because I was at home in my own den. He made calls to Care Credit and did some digging while he was there so that we would have the upmost and could make the most informative decision on hearing aids. Dr. Combs is also VERY, VERY flexible. In so much as we had to change our initial order to fit our budget and I had to call him 3 times, but as he will tell you, he wants YOU to be satisfied with what you are ordering. The fitting was incredible. He explained what everything was and did, he walked through step by step how to install the batteries, how to remove and install the wax guards. He walked through getting the synced with my mobile device AND told me and my wife that if we had any questions after, we could call. He also provides follow up. He called me 2 days or so after to see how they were working. Me and my wife plan to stay in contact with him throughout this process, because as he said in the initial visit, sometimes things come up not at the appointments or fittings but after some time has passed. He is great about being available. I would recommend Hearing at Home to all who need hearing aids or just want to check their hearing.

I HIGHLY recommend Michael Combs and Hearing At Home Mobile Hearing Center! I called him to in to asses my mother-in-law and, if needed, provide her with hearing aides. The test was done in the comfort of her own home where she could relax and he fitted her with a temporary hearing aid so she could hear what she had been missing. She was amazed at the sounds she did not realize she couldnt hear in her own home. Micheal fitted her with permanent hearing aides right there on the spot and she enjoys going to church again, can hear us on the phone better and stated, listen to the birds.I give them 5 stars and now recommend them to anyone who struggles with even a little bit of hearing loss!

My 90 year old mother was very reluctant to consider hearing aids and we were literally shouting at each other to converse. I finally talked her into letting me have someone come to the assisted living facility where she lives to test her hearing. Jimmy came and he was wonderfully patient with her and after testing and finding she had lost most of her hearing ability he fitted her for hearing aids. He returned with the hearing aids and she had some difficulty learning how to put them in so he put up a sign outside her door for the aides to help her. My husband went down to see her and spent an hour or more teaching her how to put them in and now she can put them in and take them out by herself. She now loves them and we arent shouting at each other any more! Jimmy is really very patient with his clients and I would recommend him to any one.

I learned about Hearing at Home from other residents at my retirement community. Jimmie was scheduled to do a residents clinic shortly afterwards, so we made the decision to attend. Due to overwhelming response, I scheduled an in-house appointment for my hearing test. The test confirmed my hearing loss. This was a relief - I was starting to think people lowered their voices whenever I entered a room with conversations going on. After I selected my devices, it was less than a week for delivery and fitting them on me. Jimmie also followed up with a call to ensure all was well.
