I am actually posting this for a patient because she does not have an email address. Neva Knight says this is the best experience she has had working with Brooke the HCP and Connie Davis the PCC in this office. She said in the past she felt like the office staff didnt care and this time she felt she got the help she needed.

I had a pleasant visit with the new technician, Chandra. I hope she stays with the company. Hearing Health seems to have difficulty keeping a technician in the Harrisonburg office. Chandra was about to give me a hearing test, but it seems the IT department decided to run some maintenance on her computer in the middle of our office visit. That was a real disappointment.

Nice personally but not dependable. today 9/2 took hearing aids to be cleaned as HL said to do. it was around 10:45am - door locked, no lights.no one around at all!!! another customer was there as well and very upset because her over $4,000 hearing aids werent working. we called # on door and got NO help at all. Ill be looking for another audio office.

They do a good job serving my hearing aids.
