It was okay service. I didn’t know much of what he was going to do before he did it. That information could’ve been helpful during our introduction. I did my own research afterwards bc I noticed the screen wasn’t the exact same as apple. That’s not a problem but the screen is LED. Only problem I have is my phone getting much hotter than it used to and it dies quicker. BUT the service was quick and affordable.Edit to my review after reading your response:I just wanted to clarify that my phone was not overheating before the screen replacement. It wasnt until a few days after the replacement I noticed shorter battery life and a hotter screen at certain times. Also, i said that the difference in the screen caused me to look into it more closely.. since I wasnt aware what screen you you would have used for a replacement. Just warning the people to research OLED screens before closing out a deal.

I cracked my Xr screen and was desperate for someone to fix it. I didn’t have apple care so i knew i needed to go to a shop. Rappel is a nice guy who gets straight to the business and fixes your phone fast. He is very professional and I wish to see him do big things in the near future.

This is a residential 6 family apartment. It is not a certified Apple nor a Cellular store. I am not sure why this place does not do road side curb pick ups. Ive seen many many people in and out of the apartment. The place does not smell clean whatsoever. 👎 really sketchy.

So far so good with the repairs to my daughters cell phone. He was very up front and honest about what needed to be done and I am very happy with the speed in which he scheduled us and got the repairs completed.

I cracked my phone badly yesterday and I was so mad at myself for being so clumsy. I was desperate to find a place that would offer to fix my iPhone XR at a more reasonable price. I looked up this place and I was a bit hesitant (even at the mall I was looking at tons of reviews nervous) and I noticed this was the only shop that had little to no complaints. The mall has tons of “it’s a scam” reviews but this place doesn’t have that. The man was professional, responsive, and kind. The phone took about 5-10 minutes to repair and when I got my phone back it was as if I bought it from Apple. It’s beautiful and new now! I’m so thankful that he fixed it. During quarantine I dropped my phone leaving the screen pretty smashed up, however the phone still worked perfectly. I couldn’t repair it due to nothing being open and as time went by the phone got worse, one day out of nowhere half the screen had grey bars across it. Then I dropped it again leaving me with black botches all over the screen. So I contacted Rapplecell and made an appointment for the next day. I dropped off my phone he told me 10 min! When I returned he handed my phone to me and I felt like it was a brand new phone again! And the price was more then fair! I will come back if and when I ever need my phone repaired. Called and got my Iphone fixed within an hour at Rapplecell . Spent the afternoon at the apple store and they told me it was water damage and not covered under the warranty. Apple suggested i get a new phone at full retail. Rafael was professional and respectful. I would recommend coming here over other places as the owner is the one who fixes your electronics. Awesome service. Was able to work on it while we waited. Wasn’t able to fix the problem (broken home button), but that’s not his fault. Only Apple can fix/replace the home button because of their proprietary design. But he still gave us an outstanding workaround that will keep the phone totally usable while we look for a replacement.
