My Lease was up. Went into store to tell them I wanted to pay off rest of phone and keep the one I had. 3 of them said do the upgrade and I will save you 15 dollars a month. Well they didn’t save me anything. Completely lied right to my face. My bill was actually 5 dollars more. So they robbed me off 20 dollars a month for 24 months. I called sprint. I went into the store and you know what they gave me. 40 dollars off on one bill. They robbed me off 480 dollars for 2 years. This store is terrible. I’ve been with. Sprint for 16 years. And this is how I got treated. I will never use sprint again after my lease is up. And I will tell everyone I know about this horrible experience.
I tried to call for assistance regarding a new phone and I can not believe the level of immaturity that was displayed. Jamal or Jamael who answered the phone was very rude and hung up the phone on me after yelling you have to make an appointment I then called back asking how to go about making an appointment. Jamal answered the phone again snapping at me when I was only trying to get help. I was trying to purchase a new phone while I waited for my replacement in the mail. These times during this pandemic are very difficult and its just an inconvenience to be in the house with small children and no access to a phone. I have always went to Manchester locations but have recently moved therefore Im closer to Hartford. However after that experience I will be sure to spread the word how rude the staff is here. I recommend going to any other store than this one. Theyre rude and very unprofessional!!!!!
They lied about my bill, messed up the plan I wanted and added lookout and safe and found when I requested I didn’t want it. Manager is never around and the lady was rude af I highly don’t recommend this locating they will screw you for commission sadly the truth! Gave them a bad score on the survey I received and the district manager Ray called me but never did he ever fixed my situation but lied to me about how can I make your experience better smfh! Wish I could of gave them no stars!!!

If you need Sprint, Go to another store. Walked in to a completely dead store and was barely greeted by to young ladies that really looked like they would rather be somewhere else.I tried to purchase a phone but I was unsuccessful. I had a very hard time getting decent answers out of the sales representative because she was playing with her phone the whole time. I looked up at the other representative and she was taking selfies. I got frustrated and said I needed some time to make a decision and left.Coincidentally, due to the lack of respect I was shown by these representatives I am now on a different carrier that actually works! I could not be happier.In closing I would like to thank the 2 lack luster representatives for frustrating me to the point that I have finally left Sprints horrible network and graduated to a carrier that actually has a stable network.Behavior like this should not be tolerated. If your job is that bad then find a new one.Sincerely,-The Customer!
I really enjoyed my visit to this Sprint store even though I was there for hours and Im not exaggerating. All the staff I encountered were helpful and courteous. I did end up going back the next day due to an issue that they pleasantly assisted me with and got me on my way.
The young women working behind the customer service desk; Destiny, Silvia, and Angelina are as sweet as can be!!!!!!!! Iam above & beyond happy with the phone & deal I received from the company, I wanted a good smart phone that had an exceptional camera, not to mention I never thought I would have a New phone so soon!!! Thanks to meeting Customer Serv Reps Destiny & Silvia outside of there work place promoting outstanding deals, they lured me in & just like Magic I was SOLD!!! Destinys marketing knowledge is amazing!!!!!! She will definitely improve the Sprint business at the rate she is going. All of the ladies know what they are doing & go the extra mile in a friendly relaxed way, not only is service expert & fast, price is fair & they all take their time to educate you. BIG THUMBS UP for this location and to the Manager Izzy for being in charge of a great group of young ladies as well as maintaining the best location of any Sprint store I have ever visited..
This sprint store is phenomenal! They’ve taken care of all my cellular needs and truly have great customer service. The manager Ryan is professional, helpful, and enthusiastic about his work.

I went to the store and was helped the first time by eager representatives. I needed a new phone for myself and my husband and my friend who is on my line. Was advised to come back 3 days later for a promo which included 25% off many accessories, etc. Also told the activation fee would be waived because they were separate from corporate and they were doing nice things for long time customers. Made an appointment with Vivica. She started on my sale but her friends came in so she stopped working on the computer to speak to them for a bit. Then her computer locked up so she had to start all over again trying to input information. I was not offered any accessory for 25% off. Rather, she tried her best to up sell me everything she could. Meanwhile my husband and friend were patiently waiting. I was going to get two A50s and my husband an Iphone8 . I agreed to buy the accessories at full price because i was being pressured. . I was going to pay for them outright . Handed her my debit card to which she replied. Oh, by the way, there is a $60 upgrade fee. Oh REALLY? Every single time i went on my account i was given a notice that i was eligible for a FREE upgrade on every phone. Furious that i was lied to and wasted two hours of my time. I told them it was BS and my husband was angry. They lost the sale for 3 people that day and the manager just stood there and said would you like to look at something else. I have been a customer since 2001 and I came home and called Sprint Customer Retention who were awesome and called that Sprint store to advise them of the complaint. They also arranged for the Newington Store to take care of the 3 NEW phones we are buying. Was also told that the price of the Iphone 8 we were quoted was not true either. They are very good at technical problems but dont care about the customer.
Christain the store manager is a great guy. He cares about his customers a great deal. I had received a free phone after upgrading to a new phone. I decided I did not want the new phone. Christian assisted me in returning the new phone without any hassles. Christain has now made this store my sprint store. Keep up the great work Christain!!!

I visited this store on Friday, and was helped by Matthew the manager of the store. I was completely satisfied with his service. Spent quite a few hours there as Matthew was doing everything possible to repair my phone. My phone was not repairable. I was given quite a few options that would fit my budget. Walked out a satisfied customer! Thank you Matthew!
Stephanie, Jersy, and Jeff are the most amazing associates!! My experience at this store became emotional upon upgrading my phone, due to the almost impossible task of transferinf over data. My iPhone 6 screen was damaged and went all black. Stephanie worked her magic on successfully retrieving all of my photos prior to leaving the store. I cannot thank you all enough!! Need any help with your phone as a sprint customer, GO TO THIS LOCATION! 😊😊😊

Good deals, very poor quality mobile network all i get is buffering, have to connect to my own wifi in order to watch hulu. Maybe is my hispanic geographic area thats targeted for poor service. at least thats the impression I got when I call to complain.

I went to this store which are liars. I spent over $800 bucks and was mislead. I bought 2 phones and accessories for a Note 4. The guy who sold it all to me specifically said tempered glass cannot be broken and if so bring it in and it will be replaced for no charge. So it breaks and the un pilot store manager says otherwise and would not even help me out after she looked up what i purchased. Very rude about it to. Im in customer service myself with automobiles and a measly screen protector lost me as a customer . What they dont know is i have about 50 phones with sprint for my business. This store is horrible and should learn how to treat people and not lie. Went right next door to cvs and bought a screen protector. Moral is just deliver what you promise. Avoid this sprint store . Now i use the one in newington on the berlin turnpike. Way better than those liars.
