Had to get away from t mobile, went here got new phone and when transferred apps it disabled them was locked out of cc apts and am still locked out of 1 but worse of all I was spending $100 a month for 18 months on golf rival so this phone cost me $1.800+ I cant believe they did that to me, she was using wi fi and should have plugged in phone so I would not lose everything, all my pictures are now downloads, and pictures I deleted are now in my album, supposed to have unlimited everything and after 1 day phone warned me using to much, also having trouble with volume on media, well all I can say is Im done with t mobile witch is good, got a new $1.800+ phone, will go to Verizon and I bet phone works great. I would not go there again and stay away from t mobile, I have found out hard way Verizon is the place to go ot maybe AT&T skip t mobile I was customer for 8 years never late never missed payment but phone was dieing and happy to give new customers free phone but wold not give a phone to long time customer in good standing, lady was rude and did not seem to care about losing longtime customer that tells you there customer service is terrible, so if your not going to buy apple go to Verizon or AT&T skip t mobile, cricket, boost, & consumer cellular or you will be very disappointed, the woman was nice but knew nothing about downloading a phone with same#!!!

Five stars cause Carmen was super fast, helpful, and efficient. She clearly cares about her job and her customers and I highly recommend her.

Very disappointed in the store manager Carmen. Have been having several issues with my phone and trying to get someone from customer service to help. I contacted the store to see if they could offer any assistance because I kept getting transfered from person to person for over 2 hours (sometimes they have a contact of a supervisor or a rep who could actually help). She was so rude and told me that after 7 days they cant help and its not their problem. Weve had nothing buy positive interactions with employees at this location until this. Will make sure in the future to avoid this location because of her poor customer service skills.

Good prices . only thing i wasnt super happy about was when i bought 2 phones and 2 phone cases and they only had one case style for one of the phones . . I didnt like it ... But i guess i didnt speak up and the guy assumed i would be taking both case.. Now im kind of stuck with this super ugly case. The employee didnt give me the box for the case nor a receipt! He said it was in the bag .. I didnt check until i got home but there was no receipt .

Went here for enquiry of iphone upgrade.. there was only one salesman, who was least bothered about customer enquiries.. was not interested to give any information, was rushing us to get out of store

It has been brought to my attention, the Hartford Connecticut Cricket location are engaged in illegal labor practices and exploitation of employees (non family related employees) and work place harassment. To include extortion and coercion, also illegal practices. Now, Mr. Moe Problems...clean up your act, return what is owed. If not, let me know witch agency do you prefer, when charges are filed against you...the NLRB, DOL OR lawEnforcement. I will also spill the beans to the public and corporate. We all know Cricket has enough legal issues.

The two ladies working this store, totally they couldnt know how to give service they played with young boys rather than working, I was upset I speaking English but she speaks Spanish with one of her friend n I was collected my stuff n I left the store to find other cirket stores.lastly I got Good service at, 541 Franklin ave, hartford.
