Mr. Blake was wonderful. He checked us in and explained the scheduling problem on Friday and re-assigned us to this morning. He was efficient and really nice. He arranged for me to get a Lyft ride home and to be picked up and even helped me change out my key ring for the car fob to one that was easier with my arthritis. Above and beyond.

I purchased a 2018 Ford Edge from Bohn but upon driving it home I heard a noise from the rear end. I set up an time to bring it in to their service dept. It was found to have a nail in the rear tire. Bohns service dept didnt fix the tire,they replaced it. Free of charge! Great service. I also got a very good price on the Edge

It was quick and easy, as much as car shopping can be... I love my Bronco Sport so much! Ill definitely come back to get my Bronco(not sport) later this year when they are available. Brought my car in for a problem with my transmission. Was told that the initial diagnosis was free. If there was an extensive diagnosis it would be $183 but they would call me first. After dropping my car off, the next time I heard from them was to let me know I needed a new transmission ($8200). I told them to leave it I didn’t have the money to get it fixed right then. When I came to pick the car up, I was told I had to pay $183. I explained that they never called me to get that approved they only called to let me know how much the repairs were. When they pulled my car around there was something hanging underneath the passenger side of the car. I went back in and got the service advisor Blake, and explained that there was nothing hanging underneath the car before I dropped it off. His response was “well what do you want me to do about it.” I explained again that there wasn’t anything hanging when I dropped it off so there shouldn’t be anything hanging when I picked it up. He told me again “ so what do you want me to do about it”. At that point I walked off and got a supervisor who was very helpful and pulled it back into the garage to have the hanging piece looked at and fixed. Blake was rude the entire time I dealt with him and has no business working in any type of customer service.P.s. I bought the car at this location less than a year and a half ago (2017 Ford Fusion) and the transmission went out ($8200 to replace) I will not be purchasing or having my vehicles worked on at this location ever again!!!!

Brought my truck to Bohn Ford for routine maintenance Thursday, October 14, 2021. They took her through the paces and changed her oil, rotated her tires and had my baby purring like a kitten. A good 30 point inspection was just what the doctor ordered. Good service, good timing, good people! Now we can ride!!!

I went to Bohn Ford in Harvey La to have some things fixed on my Mustang GT. It’s seems like everywhere you go these days people don’t care but Blake in service handled business for me like he owned Ford itself! Everything he said he was gonna do, he did. Everything I told him was wrong, he was extremely knowledgeable about and made me feel comfortable about things being fixed right. He kept up with me through text and calls all the way and never left me wondering about anything. The service Blake offered was beyond excellent and in today’s world that’s a rare commodity.

The dealership was very clean and open-spaced. Our salesperson was super helpful and answered all of our questions. Finance was very helpful as well, didn’t try to sell us things we didn’t want, only what we needed.

Mr. Blake is truly a people person he also is very knowledgeable. You can tell from his personality that he really enjoys helping his customers. He was wasn’t my first advisor when I got to the dealership but when I asked for a different advisor he didn’t mind helping me. Very disappointed with Bohn Ford truck service. Brought F250 for service and 7 days later my truck had not been assessed. I tried to reach service representative Kenny to check on status but was unable to reach anyone. Decided to drive to dealer and was told they lost the keys. While we were waiting Kenny found keys and threw them on service desk and stormed out the door without acknowledging me. I followed him asking if this is the way he treats his customers. Took truck to another service center. By the way, they were looking for another set of keys that had been misplaced on another vehicle. Kenny said we are having a key issue!! Bohn Ford obviously needs more staff, to be more organized and much more courteous.

I brought my 2019 Ford Escape for a routine oil change and check up around 1:30pm and it was done by 3:30 pm.I am very pleased w the professional manner of the service Dept. A job well done.

Bohn Ford did a fantastic job servicing my F-150 truck. When I first came to the Service Dept I was promptly met by Blake Wilt, Service Advisor. I told him a few problems I was noticing. He explained the time it would take to have it looked at, that he would call me with an estimate, and we would go from there.My truck runs like its new, the repairs were completed on time, and the Service Dept could not have been nicer! Blake called me when the work was finished, my truck was waiting for me by the Service doors, ready to be driven home.I am a recently widowed lady and Blake made me feel comfortable leaving my truck to be repaired. The Service Team at Bohn Ford created a pleasant understanding atmosphere for me. Tracey LaFrance, was very helpful.Atmos Energy had to have truck towed to Bohn Ford on 9/17/21, for no start. It took awhile, but by Wednesday 9/22/21 she was able to let us know the diagnosis. I told her we needed the truck ASAP because being a utility company we needed the truck in the field. With the 2021 Ford F150, if the oil life goes below 20% or over 3000 miles the truck will not start. Tracey kept me informed all the way. Had a problem with my 2013 F150 losing power while driving on the freeway. Took it to one Ford dealership who wanted me to leave my vehicle but was 5 days out before it could look at it not counting repair time. Called Bohn Ford who gave me a same appointment. They looked at it that same day, was able to pin point the issue and I was back on the road in 3 days. Great experience and my service advisor Terry was great.

Ray at Bohn Ford Service department was great to work with. We were traveling accross Hwy 10 when We noticed a grinding noise as we braked the car. Being from out of state, one could expect to be taking advantage of, however we greatly appreciated the straight forward honesty in the way Ray treated us. He gave us a estimate that I feel was quite fair. When we picked up the vehicle the next day, Ray informed us that additional work was done. He replace both rear rotors with new brake pads and still was under the amount he qouted as a budget. Great service at a great price.

Even when their service department is full they’ve always taken the time to handle small issues when I drop in, tail light, fuse, check oil and tires, etc I have a 2008 and they do an awesome job servicing it keeping me on the road! I only trust their service department to touch my car as I’ve never had to return because something wasn’t serviced correctly.

I would Love to give them less than a 1. I had a 12:15 appointment for a basic oil change. On arrival the service guy told me it will be about 3 hours, even with an appointment, how sad.

The shop never called to give me updates, and then when I was finally picking up my vehicle, they tried to convince me I needed more work done. One final thing, in the past whenever I had my vehicle serviced, they always returned it to me vacuumed. Apparently, this service has also been discarded. I would only take my vehicle here again if there was literally no other shop available to do the work.

I would like to thank my service advisor, and the techs that worked on my vehicle. I went in for an oil change, and tire rotation, surprisingly i was in and out, in less than 30 minutes. Which is much appreciated, since i work nights.

I made a 9:30 appointment to get my speaker replaced because it is fuzzy when I talk to someone in my car. The employee it would be a few hours and I asked what is a few hours? Will it be done by 2 I have kids to pick up he said with the amount of work they have they can’t guarantee. Well why is it that I make a appointment when your not going to work on my car. I left because I have to pick up my kids and they could not tell me a time. The only reason I gave this review a 2 star is because the employee called me back after I left and said bring the car back another day and we will make you priority. I should have been a priority when I made the appointment. Very disappointed!

Been here a view times, and they are usually on top. This time they messed up. I brought my car in because the head and rear lights stayed on when I turned of my car. They told me they had to do a diagnostic, and called me later to let me know that the wires for the lights are after market and that they couldn’t fix it because of that.luckily they didn’t charge me the $270. I talked to my roommate a bit later and she told me to check the fuses. Switched the fuses, and everything works great. I wonder how such a big company with the newest tools and such couldn’t find a little problem like this. Pretty disappointed.

This dealership gets 2 stars from me. It would be zero but my service advisor has been really helpful. But after months of me having an issue with my vehicle which is still under bumper to bumper.... I ended up taking it to a different Ford dealership. If they end up unable to resolve the issue as well, I will amend this review but so far is been 5 months of the run around.
