I would totally recommend even if your out of state to purchase your next vehicle with Hastings Ford/Lincoln. Mr. Craig was awesome. Went through the entire process less then a half hour. Sarah was amazing as well. I left with the Cadillac and it drives like a beauty.
After working with a different dealer in town (it did not go very well), I was frustrated but Hastings Ford took it upon themselves to improve my current experience. Jamie was absolutely amazing to work with! He understood my thought process and talked me through even my most crazy undecided moments. He was positive and worked hard to get me the vehicle of my dreams!!! Even the signing part was not stressful, I was fully aware of what I was signing each step of the way. Do not buy from this dealership!I believe they Lied about a used car warranty to sell a extended warranty!Then when they got caught, it was a honest mistake.Either ways, they were being deceptive to make a profit or didnt do their due diligence.Is that the kind of business you want to put your hard earned money with?Lots of other dealers will give you the respect and honesty you deserve. We found a vehicle online through cars.com at this dealership. I called to verify the condition of the vehicle the dealership called me back the same day and answered all my questions. We traveled 5 hours from Kansas City to go look and purchase the vehicle. When we arrived the vehicle was out front ready for us to look at, our salesman Jamie Craig came out and answered all our questions, let us test drive it and then had all the paperwork ready to go. Jamie made the process very quick and easy. We have had other bad experiences buying cars from dealership in the past but Hastings Ford Lincoln made it so easy! In total we were at the dealership for at the most 1 hour. Paperwork was ready to go and done quickly and again, they made the processes very easy. We would drive 5 hours each way to purchase another car from them!! We highly recommend this dealership based on our great experience!

I went in on February 19th of 2021 letting them know that I knew that either my catalytic converter or my O2 sensor was bad and that I needed to know which one they wound up telling me that both of them need repaired and that I need to spend $1,200 I felt like hmm Thats weird my cars driving perfectly fine my engine light is just on, Im shocked I need a catalytic converter so I took it to another shop to get a second opinion. Come to find out my catalytic converters perfectly fine they just wanted to charge me and make money off of me The only thing that needed to replace was my O2 sensor which was a $150 fix, so if youre looking to see whats wrong with your car because you dont know maybe dont go here wish somebody told me that

I am new to Hastings about two and a half years now. The Ford service at this dealership has been more than amazing. I now just purchased a pickup truck and the sales staff and the owner are just as amazing as a service.
They offered a free oil change to essential workers in the summer. Got a free oil change and whoever did it put an after market plug in the pan and it was the WRONG THREAD AND JUST SHOVED IT IN THE PAN!!!!!!!!!!!! Very dissatisfied with the service.

If u take your vehicle here please inspect your vehicle before and after. They have put the wrong oil in my car and bent my floor running board and scratched my rims up on my Buick Lacrosse Cxl. My girlfriends car also has had issues with them as far as the undercarriage coverings when put on the lift. Multiple times weve had to bring our vehicles back to be fixed. To anyone Especially elderly people please inspect your vehicle after you have any services done to your vehicle afterwards. Im totally disappointed in the service I received and Im a regular customer. They have lied to me for 2 weeks about the insurance adjuster contacting me and I will be filing a complaint.

Our family has recently bought two vehicles through Hastings Ford with Alex Vickinovac. Our 2005 Pathfinder broke down near Hastings NE when we were headed back home to AZ after spending summer near Valentine. The repair costs were going to be as much as the cost of the vehicle when we had purchased it so we decided to check into purchasing a different vehicle. The people at the repair shop recommended Hastings Ford and were kind enough to drive us there. Jamie Craig was our salesman and treated us very well. He got us into a 2012 pickup that so far we are happy with and he was very accommodating. We would highly recommend not only Hastings Ford but Jamie Craig as well. He gave us great service.

I made a oil change appointment and got in the next day. Without asking they did all the recalls for my explorer. What is surprising is that my cars recalls had been avoided by my previous service center which I. Thought was top notch. Hastings ford went above and beyond for me to get my explorer fixed ASAP when I had a broken headlight and blown fuses that caused my automatic Seats not to work. UPDATE: I would like to update that Doug, the service manager called my husband regarding review. My husband didnt want to get anyone in trouble. They did send us a refund for total cost of installation. Thank you.My husband who has been sober almost 6 years, went to renew his Nebraskas driver license only to find an old DUI from 2013 in Kansas was saying he needed a car breathalyzer for a year before he could renew. This was frustrating in itself. He found out Hastings Ford installed them and set up an appointment and got it installed. We put in on my 2017 Jeep Renegade because he likes taking me to work and it uses less gas than his truck. When he picked up the car he was told they are not going to install interlock anymore and so he would need to find some where else to have it calibrated each month. Something they should have told him prior to installing. He got home only to find out my car would not start even though he passed the analyzer test. My check engine light was also on. He called the service department back to let them know and was told they no longer install, dont calibrate anymore and that it is now Interlocks problem, not theres. They charged him $115 for install. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!Interlock did pay for my husband to take to Grand Island and they said it wasnt even installed correctly. Wires not attached, car codes not cleared. It is NOW correct. The service department should be ashamed for such poor service/customer service!!

My wife and I have purchased three vehicles from Hastings Ford now and we have had a great experience each time. I recently wanted to get into a pickup and out of my car. I went to the dealership to look at a specific pickup and wanted to go through Tanner as we had before. We learned that Tanner is not as involved in the sales department as he was and he pointed us to Sherri. Sherri was just as easy to deal with and was not overly eager to push a sale. My wife and I purchased a set of tires from Lincoln Ford. We purchased the full package and that comes with front end alignment, Tires, Mount balancing tire rotation when needed tire replacement when needed. The people there were extremely helpful and courteous to our needs. They have a waiting room there if you would like or they have a way to get you home and if I remember correctly they will deliver your vehicle to you when done. I would personally go back to them again with my vehicle for them to work on.
My experiences in getting service for my old Ford Ranger for the last two years were good. A special shout-out for Sherri Paul from sales who helped me in the process of trading in my Ranger and getting a new vehicle (a 2016 Escape). Definitely would recommend this dealership for those looking for a new/used vehicle, but for those looking for vehicle service as well.
