Terrible dealership. I bought a pickup from the dealership and it seemed good, but when I drove it home it died when we stopped for gas. It had a problem in the motor and so we took it back and tried to have them help. They refused to even help us slightly, and they said it’s not our problem anymore. They sold us a bad pickup and I had to put a new engine in it because they never told us that the engine had a problem when we bought it. I would never recommend anyone to this dealership and I hope that people don’t get robbed 10k on something that did not work as they said it should of worked. Thanks Paul Spady for wasting my money.

Bought my truck here. Great friendly staff. Book value of the vehicle I wanted was right on the sticker next to the price. Prices under KBB fair purchase price. Service department is great also. Craig is always friendly and gets things done right in a time frame that works for me. Would recommend to anyone interested in skipping the smoke and mirror game usually played at dealerships that hide their prices. Great overall experience, very impressed.

Well I liked the place when I would do my oil Changes and services on my car, but last month I ordered a new passenger mirror for my car after breaking mine of, and still to this day I havent received it. Horrible customer service on there part Ive been nice and called only once a week and they just keep pushing me off saying it will be soon

Paul Spady Buick ran an add that contained scratch offs for a chance to win up to $15,000. Everyone I know I scratched off that they won the $750 prize, however there was only one $750 prize. When we called PSB they claimed that just because you scratch the number off doesnt mean thats the amount you won. I understand the business tactic to it, it gets customers in to your store. However, if a business feels the need to lie to you and deceive you just to get you in their doors why would you ever trust them with a large investment, especially when that investment pertains to a long term investment like vehicles.

Worst service dept. Made appt for recall on Polaris showed up they waited 2 1/2 hrs to to tell me they needed approval on additional piece. Meanwhile didnt even do recall parts we were schesuled for. Then

The attention is very bad, keep in mind that they will put you in your credit even if you are not going to buy him any car, the worst of the worst, when I saw again why those restiers told me to give them my data to remove it three months ago of that and nothing or for pleasure, and all for a gift card that they supposedly dabsn and I had won that without counting that the prices are like 5000 or 6000 usd more qur in the kelly blue book so I recommend that check first on Kelly before going there
