Service got me in right away for a leaking tire. Wait was reasonable. Price was great. The only take away was when I got home and looked at the repaired tire, it was covered in tire mount lube. BIG disappointment as I had to go find a bucket of soup and water and a scrub brush and clean the tire and rim. NOT COOL!!

I had a great experience with a very professional service department manager and staff. The first thing I thought as I walked in after barely getting my truck into the parking lot with a damaged transmission was wow this place is nice. I was instantly impressed with how nice and understanding everyone was as I explained my situation. My truck drives like new! I want to thank everyone at Valley Buick GMC you all are a great team.

I bought a used vehicle that we unfortunately discovered had a major problem as soon as we got it home. Disappointed I call the dealership and explained what our mechanic had found. They fixed my vehicle and assisted with the cost of the repair. I am extremely grateful that they were able to fix my vehicle and get me back on the road in no time at all. The staff was very helpful and personable and I would definitely buy another vehicle from them in the future.

I got side swiped by a pickup and had a few grand worth of damage. They broke more than they fixed. Missed an entire spot on my car, messed up the rubber door seal. And a brand new set of 4 tires and one of them already popped and I got it back a few weeks ago.

Brought my 2020 Sierra in for body work after a deer ran into the side of it. Valley GMC had my truck for over 2 weeks and when repair were completed and before we left the lot, we noticed a interior molding piece that was damaged by the airbags was not repaired and there was still airbag residue within the cabin. Talked to John Wilson Service Advisor and he said said we would put the part on order and we agreed that they would clean the residue up. Problem is we found more wrong once we got the truck home. Found some paint imperfections, more molding pieces that were damaged from when the airbags went off, more airbag dust residue and the mirror on the drive side visor was broken. If we paid for the interior cabin to be cleaned from the airbag dust, how does the broken mirror not get found.We also had had 2 courtesy cars that we rented while the truck was being repair. First vehicle we had was an Arcadia. It was dirty on the outside and the inside and smelled of smoke. You could see dirt on the seats and floor and it looked like it had not been washed in a while. We were able to return it for another vehicle but as I was getting into the other vehicle, the person taking care of the rental cars, pulled it out of the parking spot where I left it and placed the car back to where the other rentals were sitting. Wouldnt you think that if someone returns a car because it smells and it is dirty they would car wash and vacuum?This is the first experience that I have had with Valley GMC of Hastings. I am surprised by the lack of detail that I have had at this point as the dealer had been recommended to us by a couple of friends. I am hoping that our problems will get resolved. Jordan is hands down THE BEST salesperson that we worked with in our car search. He was thorough, he answered every question in detail, and he never let us wait for too long without giving us an update. He made sure our car was clean and both the keyless remotes received new batteries free of charge. Bob was very thorough and knowledgeable on the finance side, too. No one was pushy or impatient with us. It was a great experience and a professional staff. Highly recommend this place, and especially Jordan & Bob!

Every employee there was amazing through the whole process from start to finish. The Sales Rep, Eric, was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating to my requests. Even the finance person, Tom, was willing to work with my budget and made the process as painless as possible. I even got a chance to speak with the General Manager, Craig, who was also very friendly and really made me feel like a valued client. The service team went up and beyond!! I was impressed on how quick I got an apt, then they even checked my car out sooner than my apt, they provided a loaner car for me so I didn’t need to wait! Alonso went up and beyond by washing my car. I wasn’t quite sure the brakes were fixed so Gary took me for a test drive to ensure all was good! And then we realized we left a pair of air pods in the loaner and Bill was awesome in helping us hunt them down! So incredibly impressed!

Thorough, friendly and responsive. I got a great deal on the car that I wanted. I did my homework and shopped around. So I had experience with other car dealers but I must say that from sales to finance I was treated respectfully. I couldn’t say that from other car dealers. I felt they wanted my business without pushing. Karl took a long time explaining all the car features after the sale which I appreciate so much. We recently bought a new 2021 Buick Enclave and after a day noticed that when we applied the brakes there was a grinding sound. The service dept checked it out and when they test drove it, it didnt grind. But the service person said that others have had this issue as well but at this point there was no recall on the pads so they couldnt do anything.

Never in all of our combined years of purchasing vehicles have we had 2 MAJOR repairs (new transmission required) totaling $6000 + within a few months of purchase. Dealership maintains it was driven by a local couple and maintained. An outside mechanic questions that. Unfortunately this has been nothing but stress and $.

Most of my work was done quickly and well done. I did ask to have my tire pressure checked and adjusted. It was noted as complete on the slip. When I received my car this was not done. I asked about it and was told it takes a mile or two to reset. I have driven it about 20 miles. Still at 24,26,27,29. I believe it should be 35? Also online stated it would be sanitized and ran thru car wash. Did not appear either were done. After spending a few hundred dollars here I’m not impressed and questioning going back. There people were very nice though.

Had a good experience until our truck was delivered. We had contracted with them to fix a chip in the windshield. This was not fixed, but told after that they used an epoxy to stop the spread, which did not fix the chip. The chip is in the view of the driver, potentially hazardous. Also, the truck was not detailed before delivering it to us. I expect better. We wonder if they even inspected this vehicle before selling it to us.

At first I was very impressed. Karl was amazing. I purchased a 1 year old vehicle, simply to avoid the constant fix it jobs with my older vehicle. I noticed my new cars alignment was off and the car had a shake. So I called, and they were happy to take care of it. So I drove the 1.5 hours back to the dealer. They had my cars for 4 days, claimed to have fixed the issue. Claimed they drove it and it rode fine, which was odd because the mileage hadnt changed. Well my alignment is still way off, and the shake has become much more severe. The whole point I got a new vehicle was to avoid these issues. And now the touch screen no longer reacts when you touch it. When you spend over 20k on a 1 year old car, you should not be making appointments to get it fixed before you even make 3 payments!

Scheduled online and provided full VIN to make things easier. Upon arrival I told the adviser Id scheduled online but still had to repeat my concerns and they still had to go get my VIN. The RO had the concerns I typed up so they definitely had all the details.They ran my VIN in the GM system and had the print out showing my service contracts but they still charged me for the lof and rotate. When I came to pick up my vehicle I was informed that I was supposed to tell them about the GM service contract because they didnt sell it so how would they know? How about look at the papers you stapled to the hard copy. The exact ones you referenced in front of me to confirm I have a service contract. This is the only dealer Ive had to tell about the contract. All others, even ones that dont sell Buick, tell ME about the contract when I come in. Even FCA dealers do this - in fact if they dont review that report they can miss important information and not get paid for thousands in warranty work. But I digress.I also didnt get the standard #-point inspection. No idea if they do a 10-point or stretch it out to include every little detail and call it a 120-point. Either way, to my knowledge they didnt check tire tread or anything. The RO had no details at all.Overall it felt like they werent interested in customer care and only did their bare minimum.To their benefit, the work was done quickly and they communicated with me well. Also the adviser (maybe even service manager) who helped the front desk when I mentioned the contract - he didnt make me wait for them to re-do the paperwork and let me go after confirming on the hard copy that my contact covered the lof and rotate.Additionally to their benefit, the lack of an inspection means they didnt try to upsell me anything which is pretty important to some customers.Just wasnt a great customer service experience and I would at minimum expect the basic vehicle inspection that every other dealer Ive been to (or even heard of) does. Otherwise why bother going to a dealer instead of a quick lube?Also no indication that the interior of my vehicle was sanitized or even had a disinfectant sprayed on it, which made me uncomfortable considering the resurgence of the pandemic here. Maybe they did, but Ill never know.Ive been looking for a new dealer to make my dealer since I work from home now, unfortunately it wont be this one even though its convenient.

Body Shop Manger, John Wilson, is a class act. Brought my 2019 Jeep in for a collision quote in January of 2020. Chose to do business at Valley Buick solely because of the way he presented himself and the information to me. He had given me realistic timelines for each portion of the process, and fulfilled his end of the bargain with ease. I felt that my door needed to be slightly adjusted after the repair had been completed. Brought my car in and he immediately provided resolution. Johns commitment to excellence did not go unnoticed.

Excellent service . We have a Chevy Express 3500 (one ton) 15 passenger family van and not many places can even get it on the lift. These guys know what they are doing and have always provided honest real-world advice.For instance, we were planning a driving vacation to alaska and with 200k miles on our van i wondered if i should buy newer before hitting the Alcan-Hywy, so i sought their advice. Because they had maintained this so well and i followed manufacturers suggested periods, they said it should make it.Therefore, with my trust in asking them to look it over and fix anything you would if your wife and kids were driving there with you, they did - and they did an amazing job of just the basics with some added work on brakes for high performance in the mountains.Short of it is we drove 9k miles with just a synthetic oil change in Dawson Creek, ~ 4k miles in, and had no issues the entire time. we even drove north of the arctic circle! .Spent less than $2k on catching up maintenance vs $17-$25 k for a newer used one ton 15 passenger.These guys are the best. Give them a shout.

Worst experience I could of had. Drove 1 hour 40 min. Weren’t helpful just wanted more money and for me to pay them to take a trade In. Financing was a joke. Pretty much just messed my credit score up checking it. Only good thing about this place was a gentleman showing us his drawings hahaha! One star only for the fact I can’t give them zero and for the guy with the drawings he would get 4 stars he was nice upon arrival and during the whole process while financing was a failure. Having fair credit, a co-signer, and a trade in doesn’t help you buy a vehicle here. I’d bring a couple extra thousand dollars if you are looking to buy.

I would not be a repeat customer to this location. I recommend the Apple valley location instead because they are much more focused on customer service and satisfaction. We found an suv to replace our recently totaled Acadia and drove it on Saturday. We said we’d buy it, and then waited over an 1.5 hours just to even see finance which I can understand if it’s busy but there were very few other people in the dealership. Our salesperson was nice, but for some reason there were multiple sales people doing nothing while our guy was working with us and another couple at the same time which we didn’t really appreciate since it made the process take longer for us.Other reasons for my rating include them giving us a broken key fob (it works but the case is busted) which I asked about it and was told it couldn’t be replaced. I’ve bought cars before and issues with key fobs hasn’t been a problem. Also, we were only given 5 gallons of gas which is their standard process for pre-owned cars. I was surprised to find out that writing a check for over thirty thousand doesn’t even get you a full tank here. We’ve bought used cars at other places and again, this is not the norm from my experience . We like the car, but the experience during and after has rubbed me the wrong way. I understand we didn’t buy new, but still spent a good amount of money as a customer here.

Theyre lucky that I could only give them a star. Brought my truck in there for a code that required attention on the 9th injector in order to do a regen. The service guy named Matt told me that it needed so many parts even a new catalytic converter which was over 5k. Over 1 injector and roughly about 7k to make them satisfied, I wasnt paying the light bill for that month. I also wasnt pleased how he brought up money being an issue. Its never an issue I wasnt a dummy that they were going to get over on that day. I wouldnt trust these guys to put air in my lawn mower tires.

Our experience with Valley Buick GMC Sales (Hastings) on Monday night was EXCEPTIONAL! Eric was the best sales person I think we have ever experienced. We went looking for a vehicle and ended up getting a brief description of three vehicles in the size we were looking for, a comparison of what the differences were between them and a test drive (no sales person, just the two of us) of each one so we could get a feel of each of them. No pressure, just very good information about what we were looking for. We ended up purchasing a vehicle and we were guided through a painless process to get it accomplished. Eric also gave us a very nice guided tour of the dashboard and invited us to call or stop out any time with and questions we may have.We have had our 2006 Trailblazer serviced at this dealership and have been VERY satisfied with the service department staff and quality of work done there. Our youngest daughter bought a used Ford Explorer from another dealership and has had ALL her service work done at this dealership due to the previous experience she has had with John in the service department. Jordan is a great sales person and helped me purchase my first vehicle. He was very laid back and didnt try to force me into buying anything until I felt comfortable. I already did my research and was looking at a particular Ford Fusion and it just so happens one popped up near me at Valley in Hastings. The car was perfect inside and out, low miles, and had every feature I was looking for and was below my budget. He didnt try to sell me on other vehicles. The finance manager I worked with also didnt try to force me into purchasing add-ons or warranty options. He gave excellent suggestions and ideas though, which helped me understand exactly what the pros and cons of the options and plans he was discussing with me. Ultimately, I had a great experience and do recommend this dealership. Typically dealers outside of the Cities are better but this one was great and will help you every step of the buying process.

Dave Murray was great to work with on the purchase of our Buick Cascada. We wanted a convertible and looked at other options, but decided to purchase the Buick because of the great service and friendly atmosphere that is provided by the Valley employees. The Buick Cascada is also the best equipped convertible for the price.
