This was our first time here, and were very glad we came! My husband has dietary needs that require sugar-free flavors of he chooses syrup, and this place has sugar-free mocha, which is hard to come by! The food was delicious, the staff was friendly and patient with our sleepy confusion, and the selection is both unique and reasonable! 10 outta 10, looking forward to coming back~

I havent been here in a few years...my mistake. I was greeting extremely professionally and personably by the staff. Helped with menu options and coffee choices and settled on the bohemian breakfast burrito. It was amazing! Coffee was great. Sat curbside though inside seating was available. Keep up the good work guys! Ill be back!

Neat atmosphere! Tempting menu. I enjoyed the latte that I ordered. Sadly, all the tables were taken, but that just gives me an excuse to go again and get a seat and try some of the delicious sounding sandwiches. Looking forward to my next visit.

Staff is severely underpaid and entirely overworked. Manager is immature and unprofessional, crossing boundaries of all sorts. Building is run down and in disrepair. Food and drinks may be good but stay far away from this Wicked place

Good service and atmosphere at this Haverhill coffee shop. My iced coffee was extra large with a good coffee flavor and they had almond milk. I will add it to my stop and look forward to trying the food next time!

Ive been going here since I moved to Haverhill in 2014. Their food is always fresh and have many good breakfast, lunch and beverage options. They are always willing to accommodate with food and drinks. Where else can you get an iced turtle ? Which is simply delicious and I totally recommend it. The prices arent ridiculously high but they arent cheap either but let me tell you its well worth it for the quality and taste. Plus they have all of your dairy free options. The staff are super nice and I would give an A+ for their customer service overall. This little cafe is well worth the visit!

I went there for breakfast and it was amazing. Fast service, seems neutral/friendly that I know of, and food was good. I got a caprese sandwich which was good. It is slightly more expensive than average but that is due to the quality; fresh food and no skimping on the cheese. I also got the seasonal maple latte, my sister hated it but I loved it. Unique flavor sets this place apart. They are also very inclusive to dairy-free diets or just people who don’t like regular milk with (I think it was) 4 different options for dairy-free milk.

Forgot my mask all the workers had one on and a big plastic front when ordering there where no customers I went to another cafe near by that allowed me to order because there where no customers and he had a mask on. Dont forget your mask or no service.

Tried to charge me twice when the driver they used to deliver my food went to the wrong address. They asked if we wanted to pay for it again or just forget about it. They didnt try to right their mistake. Who asks you to forget about something you ordered and paid for when they didnt deliver the service or item.

Clean, welcoming establishment serving healthy food and providing a calm space to relax. Spacey atmosphere once you get inside. Staff were down to earth people that worked hard to keep customers happy and fed. They were also very informative about the menu, which is loaded with breakfast and lunch options. The food is unbelievable! You can tell its fresh and homemade. I will definitely be returning to test out more grub.

We were in from out of town visiting family and saw good reviews online so thought wed give it a try. They couldnt have been more accurate. Fantastic atmosphere, friendly service, and excellent lunch. Well be back.

Ordered lunch today for the first time and the food was amazing! I got the Basilo sandwich and a grilled muffin for desert. They were able to do curbside pick up which was really conviennt. Empoloyees were very friendly! Thank you, definitly coming back.

Excellent breakfast burritos

The customer service is fantastic! The best things are the warm croissant 🥐 or the Asiago bagel w/butter & cream cheese on the panini grill. The best drink so far Hojicha tea with steeped as not to burn. The chai latte is great, although it is a powder mix. Fixings on the foam helps just be sure to check the foam density!

Really like there muffins toasted with butter & bagels. I need to open up and try more of the drinks & food.

These guys are great on a personal and professional level... doing special orders, working with only a few people and still putting items out in a timely manner, all with great customer service!! Dont ever drop the standards guys and youll be 5 stars forever!! Keep it up!! (get the frozen drinks!) they also have protein and can make protein shakes which alot of places dont do right now

I’m really impressed with the team that runs WBC. Always kind, and they are very innovative to stay open during the pandemic—pushing the city to adopt street seats and finding ways to keep serving the community. I do wish the coffee was better but alas there isn’t any great coffee for many miles.

Amazing place to just relax and get coffee!

Bagel Sandwich was delicious, but as previous reviews had warned me - the coffee just isnt it. It reminds me of heavenly donuts regular coffee. It lacks flavor and tasted a bit watery.Not a BAD coffee, just not great. This is more like 3.5 starts but I rounded up l, cuz who likes a 3 star review?

My sandwich was pretty good. A little bland but I still enjoyed it. I got the Turkey, Avocado sandwich only instead of whole grain asked for sourdough bread. Probably was change it some way to give it more flavor next time. Nice atmosphere and relatively polite service. Sat for a while catching up with a friend and they didnt have any issue with it.

Good food and attentive staff

I want to really like this place! I loved my burrito and my mocha iced latte but the atmosphere was far from what I thought it would be. The tables were covered in food particles and used napkins and it was not busy at all when I came in. The floor also looked like it had not been swept in days. The chairs look like they are going to fall apart any second and the mural on the wall by the bathroom is not brightening the place up at all. The customer service was great and I heard awesome communication between the staff so this is why I gave 3 stars. It needs just a little TLC

With two independent coffee shops around the corner from each other they both are good for different reasons. This one has the better selection of food and pastries and lower prices overall. The coffee here is good but thats where the other shines.

I live right across the street from the cafe and I absolutely love it!! The nutty pan sandwich is my all time & I order it all the time with extra nutella on the side. I wish they offered it with strawberries too though. Their speciality coffee drinks are amazingly delicious as well...Its a cute little coffee shop/cafe with artwork from local artists for sale which is very cool..Its definitely worth checking out if youre in the area.

Stopped in for the first time today and despite coming in right before closing we were warmly welcomed. The chai latte I ordered was hands down the best Ive ever had, perfectly spicy and not overly sweet. I didnt try the food but will definitely be back, the menu is quite extensive and offers both breakfast and lunch.

Today, I went and ordered the nutty tux with the nutty panini and Ethan made it for me over toasted on raisin bread and I didn’t like it at all!! The reason I still give them at 5 star review is because they are the best people and if they make a mistake if something doesn’t taste right, they always fix it exactly how I want it!! I told Nordine that I want it the waffle way and it tastes perfect!!! They always rise to perfection and that’s why they are my favorite breakfast joint!!! I love you guys!!

Ive only tried a couple food items, which were good. I usually get a specialty coffee, iced or hot and they are good as well. I meet a friend there every week. Whether one of us gets just a bottled water, gets more, or gets nothing, the staff is always friendly and welcoming. Its always a pleasant experience.

While getting an oil change for my motorcycle near by I stopped in for the first time. I ordered a cblt. The portions were good. And a good sandwich for the level of service. The sandwich has potential to be great. Fresh grilled chicken then cut would give it more flavor, using avocado instead of guacamole, and buttering the inside half of the bread would do this sandwich justice. Overall nice little place to stop and grab something to eat and drink.

Cute little cafe. Service was fine, nothing super friendly but not rude either. They did allow me to sit for a while chatting with a friend so I appreciate that. My turkey, hummus, avocado sandwich was ok but kind of bland. would have been good with some kind of balsamic dressing or something with flavor. But overall, not bad.

A great place to grab a bite to eat and a cup of coffee because its cozy. They are like Starbucks just smaller and less commercial. They have great customer service and although I have not tried anything but their coffee, which us good, the food looks and smells very appetizing.

Always great brunch options with sumptuous portions. Dont forget the awesome smoothies and alternative hemp or CBD infused beverages. Staff are super friendly and dogs are welcome too!

Love this place, I come in all the time. Coffee is great. The only thing that holds me up is the food takes kind of long to receive sometimes 15-20 minutes waiting for 1 sandwich but its always worth it!

So the food and coffee is perhaps a shade better than dunks. No one is pressing or grinding espresso beans. Its all done in an automatic machine just like dunks. The bacon they use is that fake microwaveable crap and the eggs come out of a bag. I will definitely not pay high end coffeehouse prices for their product again. Especially when it is served to me by some kid in a greasy man bun 15 minutes later due to him flirting with some girl that came in after me but got her order ahead of me. Poor service. Poor quality. Never again.

Id have to say I really enjoy this place. The decor is reminiscent and comfortable, the service was friendly, and the coffee is great. I will definitely be frequenting this place more often.

They sell great sandwiches. The coffee prices tend toward the pricey side. Every time I have gone there have always been at least 5-10 people in the cafe if it is not seated to capacity. There is a large parking lot about 50 feet from here as well as street parking.

The perfect place for a down to earth coffee shop the bakery fresh food is always delicious and they support the local arts with fresh paintings from artists on the walls.

Just left there, disappointed. My boyfriend and I went there for lunch. We walked in the door at 2:05, they dont close until 3. The girl at the counter told me that they shut down the grill because they close in 40 min.First of all Ive worked in food service and you dont shut down your grills or ovens until you close or in some cases about 10 min prior to closing. But 40 min really?! Which isnt even 40 min more like 50-55 minSecond, it takes about 10 min to make 2 sandwiches. Which wouldve left you with more than enormity go time to shut everything down and leave at 3 like Im sure they are going to.Its really unfortunate because based on this experience we will not be returning. A manager or owner should probably always be present if this is the kind staff you have operating your business when youre not around.

The people are nice. Its a convenience stop, too expensive for what youre getting. Its shall and cramped.its worth it to go around the block to Battle Grounds. Much better coffee and food AND real bacon haha
