I love their acai bowls and the convenient location downtown however their is NO consistency with hours and for a downtown location to be closed on a Saturday? Makes no sense to me. Hours are posted one way online, another on the door, and when I reached out about hours via social media asking if they would be open a certain day as that day they had closed an hour before they were supposed to and I received no response.

The young man and woman that were working the Friday august 13th shift at 12 are incredible! Amazing customer service and made the experience even better for our first time!

I dont like the fact that the smoothies and smoothie bowls are not made to order. Funny enough it also took a while for everything to come out, maybe they give it time to defrost?My smoothie bowl was partially frozen which pretty much made it inedible and my daughter (for the first time ever at a smoothie shop) could not get a smoothie made how she wanted it. Most likely will not be returning ... prices were comparable to most smoothie shops but since its not fresh its not really worth it IMO.

I absolutely love this place and everyone is friendly.. I’ve been going here for a long time now but the only thing I dislike is how inconsistent the hours are... I walk to the haverhill location and sometimes it’s closed when it’s supposed to be open. Also, it’s on the pricey side..

The acai bowl wasn’t even made with acai, it was made with blueberries and bananas. The pineapple express bowl was freezer burnt. The granola is Quaker brown sugar oatmeal, it’s not bad but I wouldn’t even consider it to be granola. I found two big chunks of frozen fruit in the “acai” bowl. This place is not worth the money, not sure about the Bradford location though.

Great food for vegan, vegetarian, or anyone else. Definitely on the healthier side, and everything is delicious. Smoothies, acai bowls, and sandwiches were all a huge hit for our family. The workers were so kind and the atmosphere was cute too! Loves it!

What a friendly group of people who work here! Immediately after waking in for the first time, I felt like family. The bowls are so delicious and healthy. So glad you guys are here in downtown Haverhill. It’s exactly what we needed. Thank you for your service and amazing food. I’ll definitely be back soon :)

Such a nice place, So many different unique options to pick from. The acai bowl was really good, first time trying one! Staff/Owners were supper nice which alone is a reason to come back!

Great little spot! Had the berry crunch açaí bowl; loaded with good fruits, granola, honey and almond butter. Would certainly come back again for another visit!

My granddaughter and her friend went for an ice cream. The people working there were extremely rude to her and her friend. They were both counting their change they had and the two women were asking them what they were doing and if they were going to order something. This is not the first time I’ve heard this place being rude to young people. GOING TO TELL EVERYONE I KNOW TO STAY AWAY my granddaughter and her friend got their ice cream and left

Wish I could give this place 0 stars. Ordered an Alex smoothie and asked if the protein in it was plant based or whey. They proceeded to say it was the “regular one” so I said ok I’ll try a plant based protein. The smoothie had way too much powder in it. Not blended well at all! I went back and asked if it could be made again with no protein at all and they made me pay again and were extremely rude. What was already overpriced I had to pay twice for! Worst $16 I’ve spent in my life. Never coming here again.

Though their food is good, the owners have poor attitudes, and how they treat customers is subpar at best. Im sad that they would bully young children and slander and defame them on social media. It saddens me more that they seem to thrive on negative attention and have no wish to see this matter resolved. They are unprofessional people with no morals and I for one will never be eating there. I love this place. Theyre always so nice, and have a wide selection of ice cream flavors, old fashioned candies, and even healthy alternatives like protein smoothies, acai bowls, and salad. Cant go wrong!

Drove all the way there for a snack only to find that they were closed on the day after the snowstorm! Wasted gas! I’d recommend calling them before you go there, not that I will ever try to go there again!

Love this place. Great food, great people running it. Too bad a couple of parents unwilling to hold their privileged children accountable for misdeeds, and probably everything else they do on life (yeah you know the type..they show up at school to wreak hell on teachers for having the gaul to hold their child accountable or responsible for anything) are the ones giving it bad reviews having never met the people or even eaten there. The kids know what they did and so does everyone else with a functioning brain cell, who didnt have rich, well connected mommys and daddys willing to make their problems magically go away. Im sure however, the parents have taught their children yet another valuable lesson that will guide them through life. Interestingly, upon my latest visit, it seems that the place is more packed than ever before, I suspect, because the food, drink, and staff are AMAZING, and most intelligent people can read the reviews and put 2+2 together, or maybe they are just going there to see for themselves and realize whats up. Karma...funny how that works.

Amazing selection of ice creams from (what I believe to be) a local farm. Blueberry Granola Brittle was tasty. A small cone, $3.75, was enormous. I seriously doubt I could bring myself to order a medium, much less a large. (Younger folks, consider that a challenge to intemperance.)Loose candies for sale, and a shelf of vintage toys. (caps? They actually make roll caps, like for cap guns of fifty years ago? Who knew?)Seating for about eight or ten people, and the tall chairs are seriously tall, my wife thinks.

Pay no attention to the recent slew of 1-star reviews over the last 2 days. It is a smear campaign perpetrated primarily by a pastor, his family and his flock. This shop has been at or near 5-stars from the very start and is a beautiful, clean and friendly shop with delicious healthy food or sinfully decadent treats.. Read the real reviews, not the hateful reviews of unhinged, defamatory harassers that have popped up during this smear campaign.
