The Worst customer service I have ever experience. I will never come back. I came in for a venti pike. I waiting in line but due to covid I leave a little distance between me and the person before me who is stilling order. I guess one of their regular came in and stood behind me. Once the register became available, the girl behind me regular told me to get in line. The worst part of the experience is to hear employee behind the counter apologize to their regular just boil my blood. Employees are unprofession and immature.

The barista was very helpful and sugested drinks for me.

It a good place to order by app so you can pick it up on the same day in 1 or 2 hours when your order is ready to pick up.

They have people sitting down with laptops and the manager doesnt care and takes the costumers side. The suppose costumers that were sitting there were wasting and taking all the chairs and tables for other costumers too sit down. There was alot of costumers there not doing nothing not even eating and werent time there with there laptops and not eating nor nothing not letting other people sit and eat there . The people that works in Starbucks didnt really care about nothing.

I drove a little far to come here and I’m glad I did! The drive thru barista is by far the best I’ve ever encountered she was such a sweetheart! Her Name is Lilly! I will never forget the kindness she gave me at 10 pm at night! After a long day at LAX

My coffee was sooooo good but I waited like 20mins for it which I didnt understand because they had 5 workers

Customer service was fantastic. Unfortunate to see absolutely no furniture inside. Looked strange all furniture outside with the elements.

Consistently good! It took a few orders to know how to order my tea. Most Starbucks make weak tea as is the case here, so I always order light water.The staff is always friendly.The food is good but sometimes needs cooked longer.

Waited 20min for a drink then got yelled at for moving to the other side (to distance myself from lots of ppl inside). I’m honestly super chill and this isn’t a complaint that I waited 20min. I just think maybe they could be more thoughtful about how they treat ppl who are trying to socially distance 🤷🏻‍♀️

I ordered my drink online and it wasnt even ready after 10mins. Then when I got there I had to wait a other 10 mins for just a lemonade tea. Would never go back there again

This location has made my drink WRONG 5 TIMES. Normally this location makes my drinks well. I figure they couldnt hear me through the mask and plexi glass and must have misunderstood the order the first 2 times but Ive since ordered via mobile or have my drink ordered by someone else who spoke louder the last 3 times. The drinks STILL came out messed up. So it leads me to believe they are not paying attention and dont care. Go to a different Starbucks. This one is no good and all they can do is remake me another wrong drink.

I cant get enough of this place. I come so much Im familiar with the staff. One morning I came and they didnt have enough change for the bill I had so the manager told me to pay her tomorrow. But I went and got change from the bank and paid her that day. Ill never forget her kindness.

I have been here a good amount of times and I have always had a great experience. The staff care about the clients and always have a positive smile on their face. They are really helpful if you are having trouble in choosing a drink. They work fast and amazing. I have never had any problems with my drinks or cake pops. Very happy to recommend it 👍

They tend to be fast and have most of the time my orders on time, sometimes the app may not be in accordance with the store, sometimes the app will say that they don’t have some items and they did, or the opposite that they do but in reality they don’t. People here are friendly and quick to help out the line.

They have done well to prepare for Covid and the staff are always friendly.

Taste good but a lots of ice on our drinks..and i pay almost $6 each...

Always a pleasure going to this Starbucks. The staff is so nice. You know youre a regular when they greet you by name and start your drink while youre walking in. Thats ❤

This Starbucks has improved their customer service so much! About a year ago, I would’ve avoided this location because they were either out of stock on many items, and/or the baristas appeared overworked. I’m sure the baristas are still overworked (that’s Starbucks and customer service in general), but they seem to have much more energy. They are generally very kind and accommodating.Today, a woman in front of me ordered a mocha cookie crumble Frappuccino. These take a long time to make. Once it was ALREADY made, the customer asked to change her order to a green tea Frappuccino. If I were that barista, of course I’d comply, but it’d be tough to smile through it (especially during rush hour). This particular barista was so kind, smiled and said “Of course!” and made the new drink, no questions asked.So, thank you to the baristas for your patience and hard work!

I love their Earl Grey tea. But lets face it, Starbucks is now and always has been expensive. Therefore, I dont visit too often. But its clean and of course great for networking. Among other things, Im an Avon representative.I get to meet many clients at Starbucks. Its a great meeting place. At most of the Starbucks Ive been, the parking is really stranded. And if u can afford it, treat yourself to a nice hot cup of Earl Grey.

Clean & efficient. This location stands out based on the experience I had with an amazing Starbucks associate, Rolo. Not only was he abudantly kind, but the degree of hustle I witnessed from him was spectacular. This guy is an absolute super star!

I am a Starbucks fanatic but my last 2 visits at this location I have been very disappointed. That last 2 visits I ordered a Citrus Defender both times. They were both Made just with water only. I know they are made with a little water steamed lemonade and honey or agave. It’s always to hot to drink at the counter and I never notice till I am have way to work. Please make sure to teach every barista the menu

Super fast high speed internet and a charging station for cellphone tablets and more used for the laptops and tablets near the center..of the table Starbucks has free water also...on request.benches and tabls outside are the designated smoking areas.

It was quiet with unobtrusive music. A little cold from the AC but ok. Some weirdos outside but no biggie. This is just a great neighborly SB.

Been coming to this Starbucks since it use to be Magic Johnsons. Not sure if it is a good thing or it is just that I go so often that I feel like Im in an episode of Cheers, where everyone knows your name and drink.

They never have order ahead open. My job is literally next door and theres no way to do an online order to pick up and go back to work. This place needs to close. 😭

Worst visit today let me start by saying i went at 1:48 pm it was empty with 3 employees working behind the counter. Took forever for my drinks because the where just sitting and talking and then it looked like a of duty empty walked in 5 minutes after i ordered and they ordered and got there drink right away. The after another 5 minutes and me asking how much longer they finally gave me my drinks but big surprise they where wrong

They take my order right every time. Very simple. Ice coffee light on the ice. Extra half and sweetened. see very simple but I cant tell you how many times they have messed that order up. not here they get it right every time. The line is horrible but so is everywhere else

Jose maybe you need some extra training..... Starbucks is too pricey to throw away if its not made correctly .... just got home and emptied cup and there was no caramel in my caramel macchiato.

How can you have a salted Carmel mocha without the salt? How do you run out of salt? Bathroom was the dirtiest Ive ever seen for a Starbucks. Bath faucet was just on and sink was filthy. Toilet was gross. Never again. Girl at register was a bit rude also.
