I have always seen close friends posting Mr Cupcakes on social media and praising just how mouth watering they are so I finally decided to order and I WAS AMAZED !! The Coconut and Cheesecake cupcakes were definitely my favorites. Definitely one of the best cupcakes I’ve ever head. ❤️

I ordered cupcakes from the Hawthorne Location and the frosting was good. But the cupcake itself was disgusting. it tasted like a two year old made it. that’s how nasty it is. Like come one do better.

Always great cupcakes but make sure to get there early, otherwise your favorites will probably be sold out.

They offer both smaller and larger size cupcakes. Plenty of flavors to choose from! A must try!

Horrible I will never ever be ordering from this place again, specifically Hawthorne location. Over all because of the Managment. Spoke to me like it was a joke. Placed a pretty pricy order. Was specific with order. And didn’t seem to care that I was upset, offered me more cupcakes in exchange for error. Explained that I don’t eat cupcakes often and I would just like a percentage back. Declined. For the money people spend on these cupcakes you can’t tell me that they don’t do refunds. Just poor customer service. First and last time for everything.

I bought cupcakes this weekend and they were disgusting, old and stale. First time getting nasty cupcakes but wont be going back!!!Sorry cant reply to you but I got a dozen, holy cannoli, birthday cake, mickey mouse, elmo, matcha and they were all hard and stale, the kids couldn’t even eat them! I do love your cupcakes but so disappointing.

Best cupcakes around. At least 30 types of cupcakes all delicious and moist. Also still the most affordable cupcakes around considering how high quality they are. I have paid double at other places for terrible cupcake. Mr Cupcakes hands down is the BEST!!! They have a bunch of locations now and everyone of them is always nice, clean and friendly.

These are awesome cupcakes and so many flavors to choose from! I have had them for celebrations in my home as well as have enjoyed them at local events in town. Highly recommend!!

Beware it is a specialty store. They do not offer regular sized/taste cupcakes. The food is ok, but it is a niche. Most of the cupcakes are very expensive, and very large. If you like extraordinary cupcakes go ahead. If you are looking for a regular cupcake, this is not the place.

This was my first time at this location. I came in about 8am ish to pick up some cupcakes for a coworkers birthday. The location is great, they have parking, its spacious and smells divine. The lady working ( could be owner ?) was very nice. The cupcakes were great and fresh and I was very happy with the selection they had in the case at the time.This location I noticed was plenty of space, seating, free wifi, and very welcoming.I will surely go back -

Horrible taste. Thick disgusting icing that tasted like lard. When you bite into the cake, it crumbles apart. Dry and gross.

The idea, and appearance is great, but honestly, the cupcakes were soo dry,and bland. The frosting was good, very expensive.I liked the fancy boxing, but for flavor, a boxed cupcake is moist,and more flavorful.Unfortunately, wont spend that kind of money there again.☹

Because I drove up with 15 min to spare just now. The shop attendant saw me and turned the lights off.!!!! And the sign clearly said closing at 8 pm! I live far I was in the area and was really looking forward to having some cupcakes. And I dont ever buy just one. Last time!

Best cupcakes I ever had. The tiramisu ones can use a little more espresso flavor but by far the best cupcakes ever! So moist and yummy! The icings arent too overly sweet, which is great! Ill be back for more!

Ive learned in the years of cupcake eating that vanilla cupcakes are simple but yet hard. If you cant make a good vanilla cupcake its not a good bakery! The cupcake was overly sweet and powdery/pasty icingCOULDNT EVEN EAT IT
