The help I got at this facility was top notch. Robert and Jose did a wonderful job showing me around the building and using the app. Robert went above and beyond explaining the app to my mother. And I greatly appreciate the service.

Robert and Jose are so nice and extremely helpful. They seem to really care about the customers which is pretty rare these days. I hope they stick around! Robert touched base with me ahead of time to remind me of when I needed to reserve the unit and he made sure everything went as smoothly as possible on move-in day which I appreciated since it was a very stressful and unexpected move. Facility is pretty new and from what I saw very clean. Only stored my stuff a couple of weeks ago and have to get back there to go through some things but so far so good. Not sure yet how I like the app for your phone. I’m ‘old school’ and prefer a keypad and lock entry. Will update if necessary.

Wow, just wow! Robert is an exceptional young man. His exemplary service is what customer service should be based off of. From the sign up, app explanation, and set up to walking me through the lock up process he was thorough. I would suggest renting here to anyone. This is a top notch place. Safeguard should consider tripling Roberts salary, giving him 8 weeks paid vacation, and building another facility cladded in gold, resembling ancient Egyptian temples to pay homage to the guidance he provides to the clueless public that blankly stares at their phones and facility elevators in confusion. First issue was when I showed up around 9:15 and the doors were still locked with a sign that said “Closed, will return at 9:45”. Normally this wouldn’t be that big of a deal except that I just called last week to confirm their hours and when you’re running errands with an infant in the car a 30 minute delay causes a lot of headaches. The gentleman did finally show up at 9:45 and was very helpful and courteous.The second more significant problem was apparently they have a no exchange or return policy. I purchased 10 large boxes and 5 extra large boxes, a little over $60 in total, but then unfortunately realized that I couldn’t fit the extra large boxes in my car since one of the backseats is taken up by a baby car seat. When I went back inside with the 5 extra large boxes, the gentleman at the desk was a little flustered as I guess he hasn’t encountered this issue before and had to call his boss. After he was on the phone for a few minutes he politely informed me that he can’t take the returns and there’s nothing they can do about it. This was the cherry on top of the cake of annoying morning. I just didn’t understand how there is no leniency whatsoever. I offered to literally exchange my 5 extra large boxes for 5 large boxes, where obviously I had already paid for the more expensive product, but that wasn’t even an option.

From the first call I was greeted with professionalism and courtesy. The rep was very informative and took my info so someone could call me back once the location in Hawthorne opened. Jose called me back and was just as professional and informative. I went to check out the unit I was interested in and Jose and Rob were very accommodating and honest. The facility is clean, well lit, and modernized with digital features. I signed up for a large unit the next weekend and moved right in same day. Process was easy and prices were more than fair. I’ve used storage facilities over the last decade in WA, FL and NJ but this one takes the cake! Enrique was another rep there and was also very courteous. Def a smooth and simple process! Beautiful new storage facility with state of the art bluetooth controlled areas as well as outstanding security coverage. Both representatives were courteous, knowledgeable, and very detailed spoken on the facility itself as well as payments, what to expect and the customer support.
