I havent used a storage facility in over 20 years. Madelyne assisted me today and she was WONDERFUL!!! The facility is nice and clean. I would definitely recommend StorQuest if your looking for storage and its in a nice area! Definitely worth it and very reasonable~

OMG!!!! I LOVE LOVE LOVE THAT STORAGE FACILITY! Due to a long distance move I rented 2 units here sight unseen and i am more than pleased! Not only is this facility clean and air conditioned, but there’s a very clean restroom also. They offer a big variety size storage units and locks are also available. Entry to the facility is easy and they offer extended hours which was more than a plus. We had plenty of space for our moving van and they even have Push Carts and Ladders to make your move to the storage unit easier. Cleaning staff is always on the job making sure everything stays nice and clean. The entire office staff is GREAT! They greet you with a smile and are always courteous. Moving supplies are also available in case you need them. STORQUEST is the only place I will store my belongings and know they are safe and secure. Give them a try, YOU WON’T REGRET IT!!!

Madelyn was very helpful getting us a same-day unit! She showed us several different spaces and helped us find a great deal. The spaces are clean and secure, and we love the flexibility of coming and going with our own code access. We are confident with our choice to use StorQuest!

I Transferred from the Playa Vista location and have had a very pleasant experience for the 4 months Ive been operating here.Facilities are always clean, the layers of security and surveillance make me comfortable, and service has always been good. The people at the front desk treat me well; Maddie and Analyse have gone out of their way to provide extensive service to me multiple times and I was am so happy things work out so well that i felt compelled to write a review.The bathrooms are always clean, my packages arrive safely, and I can always get a cart. Definitely a charming step up from public storage, and the location is great as i can access the freeway and nearby big store quickly. Lots of parking as well. Will be extending my stay.

My experience with StorQuest in Hawthorne, CA was a smooth process. The tour of the units and seeing the cleanliness was helpful. The office and everything I witnessed seemed to be efficient and well running.The office ppl seemed friendly and were able to answer my many questions. The customer representative I worked with was Analyse and she explained the contract and how StorQuest operate.Very pleasant experience and highly recommend this location.

The gentleman who attended me was overall very knowledgeable and courteous. Beautiful, hygienic facility. Storage units can be elegant beyond their initial purpose. Im very happy that this place is nearby because it is an evolution of what storage units can be, both aesthetically and comfortwise. The manager was also thorough, giving me a brief but complete rundown about how to use everything to my advantage.

Starting off strong. Just signed paperwork for a storage space and I was definitely impressed with the customer service. Amanda was friendly, pleasant, personable, and knowledgeable. I didnt expect such professionalism and was very pleasantly surprised. Was only my first interaction but hopefully is a sign of a promising future!

I had my toddler with me at the time of signing my lease and oh my God he was literally all over the office! Jacky was so patient and so understanding it is very much appreciated. ❤

Love their facility.. it’s new, clean and smells good. The temperature is controlled so it won’t ruined your personal things. Cynthia helped me. She’s very patient and kind. I highly recommend this facility and this branch specifically.

Analyse was great at helping me to have a smooth experience. I initially booked my unit through the call center and when I arrived on site for my check-in, I realized that the call center had mislead me and provided incorrect information. Analyse was patient, proactive and kind in not only helping me to get a resolution but calling her manager to follow up and then personally giving me a call a few days later to let me know the loop had been closed. I had used Storquest in the past and decided to return and am thankful that I did. Highly recommend!

Great location! Very helpful staff, great security and really convenient set up to move your things in.

Moving and finding storage can be such a painful chore. However, I can tell you that from the moment that I walked into this facility, I felt welcomed. I was met by Cindy and Jonathan, who were working in the front office when I arrived. They both greeted me and were quick to offer assistance. They helped me find a reservation (that I had at another StorQuest location) and offered to show me a unit of comparable size at their location. They gave me a tour and helped break down the pricing for each of the size options that I was considering.The facility was very clean, well lit, they even had music piped through the facility! I have not moved my stuff in yet, but I have my unit picked out and ready for my move!Thank you Cindy and Jonathan for making my move less stressful!

Still happy with my unit after 5 months.Extremely clean facility. Right off the 405 fwy. Push carts available if you lend them your ID while you use them. Access key pads to get in and out which I appreciate; gives me peace of mind. VERY Covid-19 conscious, workers are seen cleaning and disinfecting common areas. Would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a new facility.

Great experience however every time I go to the floor where my storage unit is located, it is very warm and humid. I’m not sure where the humidity is coming from but it is not safe for my belongings. You can’t advertise, “climate controlled” if in fact the AC is down.

Beware the bait and switch tactics. They offer one price, but reserve the right to increase prices 20% after. I was a walk in and given the terms on paper but was never told about the increase until i went online to see what other units were available. When i called, the manager says tha this is normal and that they only tell you this when you sign the lease. Hence you have already stopped looking for other options and then its too late. There are plenty of competitors that dont conduct these shady sales tactics. Check out Public Storage, US Storage and Redondo Torrance MiniStorage, none of whom conduct themselves in this way. Good luck.

Chris was amazing from the minute I walked in the door. He is friendly, courteous and above all knowledgeable. I saw unit and signed paperwork quickly because the place is spectacularly clean and safe; but mostly because the staff is exceptional.

J Salazar was amazing. He was by himself fresh off lunch with quite a few people waiting for him but he kept his cool and communicating with everyone about what was going. Once it was my turn he was personable, we had a good conversation and he got me to my unit & got through all the details very quickly. I was very impressed with the service.

I reserved my unit online and was contacted the next morning about coming in to view it. Cynthia was very polite and walked me through the facility. She was very clear when she explained the paper work. I thought I was going to have a rough time but it was very pleasant and I’m glad!

I had a smooth transition from inquiring over the phone to being setup with a locker in person. The facility is nice /clean with friendly staff. However, the paperwork is misleading in regards to military discounts. It reads active duty or reservist ...but in person I’m told only active reservist receives a discount.

The entire process was easy and quick. Destiny helped me through the process - she was great!

If youre in LA and you need a place to put your belongings and want to feel safe and secure this is the place this is 100 and I dont like many places but they the staff are very very nice and polite and respectable they joke with you and everything they are down to earth I wouldnt have asked for a better place to place my belongs yes and you know you can come whenever you want but its gated you have to put the code in so thats what makes it safe too cameras everywhere so if you need a place come to storage quest and get your storage all right have a blessed day I love it here

Cindy is very professional. I really felt like she cared about me being satisfied with the services that was being provided.I do think that the hours of service could be extended, however, I am not familiar with the factors which determine hours of operation.Overall, I am pleased.

Very easy, received my unit fast, very secure,very clean great location and very nice and helpful employees. Best storage I ever had and I have had a few. Price for a extra large unit was less expensive than one I had 11 years ago. Way better unit also.

IAM very impressed with the customer service here at Storquest. A young lady named Destiny helped me over at the Gardena location but the store hours are limited. She offered to help find something that fit my needs and she told me about Storquest in Hawthorne. When I got there, this facility I have a tiger was sparkling shiny and I was assisted by Cindy was very nice and Cynthia who was also kind. They reserved the unit for me and when I came back, Destiny helped me. I would recommend Storquest to all my friends and family

Friendly, fast service and a very clean facility makes this a great place to rent!! The doors to the units seem wider than other places I toured allowing you to easily maximize your storage. The site and the facility seem very safe. So happy I chose this location. Definitely recommend it! Thank you Cynthia!
